100% QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Step 1: Incoming Parts Inspection

100% of all component parts are inspected upon receipt.

Step 4: Hi-Pot Testing

After the circuit board is mounted inside the casing, every unit undergoes a hi-pot test which checks for abnormalities in operating voltage and current.

Step 2: In-Circuit Testing

After all components are populated on the printed circuit board, every ballast is tested for circuit integrity using computer aided testing protocols.

Step 3: Functional Testing

Subsequently, every unit is connected to a computerized functional testing apparatus that confirms all electrical input and output characteristics measure within specified tolerances.

Step 5: Burn-In Testing

Once each ballast is sealed and all assembly is complete, each unit is connected to the proper lamps and powered at full load for at least one hour, thus eliminating virtually any manufacturing or component defects.

From newly received components to finished ballasts, we make sure that testing is 100% completed at each step of our quality control process so that the products reaching our customers are free of virtually any type of defects.
