Distribution Process:The IMC distributes and oversees all distribution of catalogs as outlined below.IMPORTANT: All catalog requests beyond amounts specified below must be placed through the IMC. Receiving will only fill requests from the IMC.Contact Cathy DeMoss x5309 to request additional cases. Do not contact Receiving directly for catalogs. Please plan for time for delivery time if you know you will need catalogs for an event.2019-20 Case Info: 26 catalogs per box (approximately)Note: Distribution operates on the shared premise that “free” distribution does not serve students as much as counseling appointments, during which students receive a catalog. For this reason, the college only distributes “free” catalogs through very specific channels such as counseling appointments and external outreach.Columbia Staff, Faculty, and AdministrationQuantity: 7 cases (182 copies)Point Person: IMC/Cathy DeMossProcess:Quantity annually reviewed by IMC. IMC places a work order for catalogs and distributes via campus mailboxes.Recipients:Administration, Classified, Faculty (Full-time)Full-time Counselors’ copies will be spiral bound.*7 additional catalogs are spiral bound for Counseling Adjunct/Lobby.**All bound Counseling copies go to the Lead Counselor (Kirsten Miller) who will distribute.
