How to Configure Browser History Settings
Please complete the following steps to dependent on your preferred browser to ensure the application works properly. Chrome is the preferred browser for this application, but it will work in Internet Explorer with IE10 or higher.
In Internet Explorer:
1. Click the icon in the upper right corner and select 'Internet Options' 2. On the 'General' tab in the 'Browsing History' section, checkmark "Delete Browsing History on exit"
3. Click Delete button Preserve Favorites website data should be unchecked Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, History, Download
History & Form Data should be checked (Others are optional)
4. Click 'Delete' 5. Click 'Apply' 6. Click 'OK' 7. Refresh the SOS tab
