[1] The basic installation of the rooms consists in a theater setting and includes a screen, a projector, a laptop computer and a sound system (micro/speakers) when this is required. Any room setting or technical need different from the basic installation will be considered; however, we cannot guarantee its feasibility.

We will be pleased to receive proposals from other Canadian provinces and other countries, whether in French or English.

The major opening and closing activities will be available in French and English. Moreover, some workshops will also offer a simultaneous translation. We cannot however guarantee to offer a simultaneous translation for all workshops that will be retained in one or the other language.
