Instructions for Hostess Portal/Party Event Set-Up 1. Log into your personal website 2. Click on Profile 3. Scroll down to the gray heading that says "Your Website Information" and click on the word "Personalize" 4. Scroll down to "Display Options" and make sure the box that says "Show My Events" is checked 5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Update My Site 6. Click on Events 7. Click on "Party Event with Hostess Portal Options" 8. Click start-time 9. Click date you want event to begin 10. Under Description, type: (Name of Hostess) Party 11. Event Details (for instance "Hostess Name's Thirty-One Party) 12. Address Line 1: Street Address 13. Zip Code 14. Make sure you check the box that says "Show On Website" 15. Scroll down and make sure there is a checkmark in the box "Allow Shopping" 16. Shipping Method (leave as UPS Ground) 17. Check the box "Email Responses to Hostess" (so that the Hostess will be notified of who can or cannot attend) 18. Check the box "Send log in info to Hostess (IF you want your Hostess to be able to go into the Hostess Portal) 19. Email - type in YOUR HOSTESS' EMAIL ADDRESS 20. Type any password that you/your Hostess can remember easily 21. Address Line 1: Type in (First Name of Hostess) Online Party 22. Leave Address Line 2 blank 23. Enter Hostess' Zip Code 24. Click Update and Continue to Invitations 25. In the Subject Line, type something like: (Name of Hostess) Online Party 26. In the Invitation Message, I give them the EXACT DETAILS (on how to RSVP... AND How to Shop on this online party) ... so my invitation would read something like this:

You're invited to my (Online Thirty-One Party) Thirty-One Gifts offers ... then I would add more things to make it more personal ... Please RSVP by clicking on the RESPOND link at the bottom of this invitation. To start shopping, go to my website at ( ................
................
