Qn.06 Is there any m-appl for fees payment?
Ans: Yes, RGUHS has introduced m-app. You can download m-app “RGUHS” by searching Google play store.
Through m-app, student fee, Admission fee, Helinet fee and Affiliation fee may be paid.
Qn.07 Can I make challan payments of any branch of SBM?
Ans: No, Challan system is discontinued. All payments should be through RGUHS Online Payment Gateway.
Qn. 08 Can I make payment through RTGS/ NEFT?
Ans: No, all payments should be through online payment Gateway.
Qn.09 Do Banks levy any additional charges on online payments? User needs to pay?
Ans: For Debit cards, user needs to pay.
@ 0.75% of transaction amount if the value is upto Rs.2,000/-
@ 1% of transaction amount if the valve is more than Rs.2,000/-
For Net banking, user needs to pay @ Rs.12/- transaction and @ Rs.30per transaction in case of SBI Group
ST as applicable will be levied.
Qn. 10 I have made payment through online payment Gateway. Acknowledgement shows transaction failed. Payment has been debited, What should I do?
Ans: Don’t be panic. In case the amount has been debited and transaction shows failed, your account will be re-credited after a few days.
Qn.11 My college list is not included in the list of colleges, what should I do?
Ans: In that case, please inform the Finance division along with a request letter from the concerned college.
Qn.12 I have made Online Payment through Payment Gateway. My account is debited. But due to time out or technical snag I was unable to get the receipt, what should I do to get the receipt?
Ans: Please e-mail to the ID:forguhs@ with the following details: Name, College, Mobile No., emailed, type of fees paid, amount paid, date & time on which transaction was carried out, or you may contact 9886139194.
Qn.13. I made several attempts to make online payment, but each time may payment was declined and it shows payment failed. What is the reason?
Ans: There are several reasons for payment failure.
1) The bank has declined the authorization
2) The bank has not confirmed the payment
3) User has cancelled the transaction
4) Secure authentication has failed
5) User has exceeded withdrawal limit
6) User’s registered mobile is changed
7) Internet failure
8) Sudden server slowdown.
Qn.14 College authorities insist to make payment at RGUHS, Bangalore Is its so?
Ans: Payment can be made anywhere, anytime by logging on to our website rguhs.ac.in or through mobile by downloading mobile app “RGUHS”.
Receipt can be printed as soon as the transaction is completed or may be obtained from the mail sent to your mail ID.
Qn.15 In case of correspondence with RGUHS for payments, which reference number I should quote?
Ans: Any correspondence with RGUHS should be by quoting transaction reference Number (For Ex: DUPG3947192051).
No other reference will be entertained.
Qn.16 In case of college category, how to remit the exam fees?
Ans: Exam fee should be collected from the students and then to be remitted by the college as a single remittance.
