Each year the program selects numerous recipients to receive a $10,000 scholarship
renewable for up to an additional three years - up to $40,000 total per recipient.

Union Plus Scholarship

$500 to $4,000, this one-time cash awards are for study beginning fall of 2017. Students may
re-apply each year.
Eligibility:
Current and retired members of participating unions, their spouses, and their dependent children (as defined by
IRS regulations). At least one year of continuous membership by the applicant, applicant's spouse, or parent must
be satisfied by May 31, 2017. The applicant must be accepted to into a U.S. accredited college, community
college, or technical or trade school at the time the award is issued. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is recommended.
