Winter Solstice Celebration

Please join us for our Winter Solstice celebration. I was guided to hold these solstice celebrations to

bring people together to celebrate these special days and their energies. I was told to bring people

together to celebrate the light within and to do so as a community.

During the winter solstice, we celebrate the light within during the longest period of darkness. This is a

reminder that we can come together to unite each of us who carry the divine light within to spread

some light during this longest period of darkness.

What will take place?

I am asking everyone to bring a canned or boxed food item to be donated to the Pittsburgh Community

Food Bank & a dish to pass. We will hold an opening ceremony to set the intention of our gathering and

to acknowledge the light we carry within us.

Susan Rose will lead us in a discussion and meditation as to the importance of this particular winter

solstice. This December 21st marks the completion of a cycle where the Earth comes in alignment with

our central sun which brings us into alignment with a large belt of electro-magnetic energy which will

affect everyone. This cycle takes 26,000 years and December 21st marks the completion of this cycle and

the beginning of a new cycle. The rest of the evening is spent socializing with new and old friends.

There will be plenty of food to socialize over. There will be healing available such as reiki.
