RE: Game Agenda for 9/4/20

Please review the following information in preparation for our game on Friday night. Your cooperation will be very much appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me promptly at 563-568-7963 (cell).

Varsity Pre-Game Time Format (Scoreboard Clock Time)

(Time left on clock)

(4:45pm) 9/10th grade game will start (9:00 quarters 10 minute halftime-No 3 min addition)

(30:00) Time countdown starts 7:00pm

(10:00) Band will take the field (BOTH Teams must be off the field)

Band will march on field Flag marched on field-Passing of the Colors (Freedom Bank)

(5:15) BOTH TEAMS MUST BE ON THE FIELD--- Announcer will announce for the National Anthem

***(Both teams on the game field- ***Line up on own warm-up end on the goal line)

(5:00) National Anthem played (Waukon H.S. Band) (Flag on the scoreboard-Northwest end zone)

(3:00) Mock Toss Center of the field (1 captain per team)

(2:00) Starting Lineups

(00:00) Kickoff (Will not be any earlier than 7:30)

*** Varsity- 12 minute quarters, Halftime will be 15:00 plus 3:00. (Coaches & Officials will keep track of this).

***Pixellot camera subscription is available to view from home- (9/10) (Varsity)

Miscellaneous Notes

• Upon arrival, please park your bus should unload northwest of the entrance of the high school where the spectators enter at the ticket booth. A greeter will meet you at the entrance to escort you to your locker room. Your teams will both dress in the girls’ athletic locker rooms. Please pick up after yourselves before you depart.

• Bus Driver will be instructed to park in the elementary parking lot (east side of the high school).

• Water is available at the football complex in the room between the restrooms on the home side of the stadium.

• Towels will not be provided for teams or officials.

• A trainer and physicians will be on site for the varsity games. (Brad Krambeer, Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Perkins). They can/will help with both sides for injuries if needed.

• Please do not go into our gym for any reason. Visitors will warm up on the north half of the field.

• Spikes should not be worn in the building ANYWHERE. They should be removed directly outside the locker room.

• Space is available right inside the press box door for a coach, videotaping, and 1 radio announcer (far south bay).

• Please use caution when on or near the all-weather track. We ask that your teams cross the track at the designated covered area and you will warm up on the north end (next to the scoreboard) of the field for pre-game.

• In the event of inclement weather, your team will be directed to your assigned west locker room. Fans will report to a safe shelter pending the situation. Lightning- Report to their vehicle, Tornado- In the school to designated areas.
