Need 3 separate laptops, each with a USB drive and power point. Have a power point template already installed on each computer via the USB drive. Administrator/scribes take notes on paper, as a group, after 40 minutes, list the 3 most important responses for each question. Write those down on the four slides, in order of importance. Determine which industry participant will deliver the presentation. Save presentation and head back to room 2001 by 3:50 pm.4:00 – 5:00 pmReport Back/Global Discussion Each designated industry partner presents his/her group’s primary points. They present in about 10 minutes. Facilitator (Dave Nelson) asks participants to note during the presentation whether they personally agree with the group’s responses, and document them so we can discuss as a group later.
