VacationCongratulations, you and your partner just won $6,000 to go on a vacation to a country in the Caribbean, Central America, or South America. However, you have to plan out the five (5) day journey so that you have an enjoyable and memorable time, while spending the majority or all of your money. There are lots of things to do on vacation, make sure to plan out all of it.Remember, when you’re planning out a vacation, it is always best to over-estimate how much things are going to cost. Pre-Plane Activities (20 Points)(Planning is very important for a good vacation)Before you get on the plane, there are still lots of activities that you’ll have to complete.Passport – You must order 2 passports and pay the associated costs. One-time costClothes – Depending on where you’re traveling, you’ll need certain clothes. Please choose 4 basic outfits that you will take on your journey. Remember, sometimes you can be doing fancy activities or outdoor activities. One-time costTickets – You’ll need two tickets round trip (back and fourth). One-time costOrganize a ride to the airport – You could take a taxi, bus, shuttle, or if you’re feeling very fancy, a limo. One-time costSnacks – Some of these plane rides can get pretty long; feel free to bring lots of snacks. One-time costBook a hotel – Where will you be staying? Will you be spending lots of money on a fancy 5-Star resort or will you be staying in a cheap hotel and spending money on the experiences? One-time costSuitcase/Backpack – Provide yourself with a nice suitcase or duffel bag for the journey. While you’re at it, get a nice backpack or purse for your everyday materials. One-time costExchange Money – Many of the places that you’re traveling to have different currencies, you’ll have to exchange your money to the currency of whatever country you’re going to. After the Plane Activities (50 Points) (This section looks smaller, but is the largest part of the Assignment)Transportation – How are you getting from place to place? Are you renting a car? Are you taking the bus? Are you taking the subway? Are you going from Taxi to Taxi? If you’re in a large country you may need to take another plane to get to another part of the country. Remember transportation is a daily cost.Food - Food is good. I love food. You love food. We all love food. However, paying for food is not that much fun. However, you’re going on a nice vacation, so we have to get some nice meals. Please plan out Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner everyday. Please provide the details of where and what you’re eating. Activities – What are you doing each day? Are you visiting landmarks? Climbing mountains? Going on expeditions? Make sure to have at least 2 events planned for each day. Do things that you’ll like, but will also push you out of your comfort zone. Souvenirs – What souvenirs are you buying for yourself and for your friends and family? Purchase at least 5 souvenirs from your journey. After the Vacation Activities (5 Points)(This section is actually quite small)Organize a ride from the airport – You could take a taxi, bus, shuttle, or if you’re feeling very fancy, a limo. One-time costOther Google Slides Requirements/Reminders (5 Points)At least 20 Slides (You’ll probably have way more than that though)Title Slide Pictures…Lots of them.Transitions between the slides…Simple ones, that make the presentation look niceBackgrounds that are nice, but don’t ruin the text. (Remember, don’t use pictures as the background. Work as a team. The best products come from the groups that work together. ................
