Note: May begin nursing program with up to six (6) SCH of non-science courses to be completed.____Submit the “Application for Admission to the RN to BSN Program” form along with unofficial transcripts.____Schedule a meeting with a nursing advisor. ____Submit the reference form from your supervisor, or, submit a letter of reference from a nursing faculty member, if graduation was in the past year and you have not worked as a registered nurse.____Current Texas license or reciprocity to practice as a registered nurse in the State of TexasYou may also begin our program BEFORE NCLEX in your last semester of an ADN program and take up to two designated courses. ____Demonstrate the ability to perform or accommodate for performing, the essential physical, mental, behavioral or communicative functions of the curriculum.University Admission Requirements____ Complete the undergraduate application by visiting ____ Pay the $30 non-refundable application fee via your electronic application or pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card in our Business Office____ Request and/or submit final official transcripts from all college level institutions previously attended.
