JOB DESCRIPTIONDelphi Drug and Alcohol CouncilI.POSITION:Open Access Program CoordinatorII.SUPERVISOR:President & CEOIII.GENERAL DUTTES:The Open Access Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the RecoveryNet Open Access Clinic to insure quality of service delivery, compliance with regulations, and communication with the RecoveryNet Partners, community stakeholders and referral/funding sources. In addition, the Open Access Program Coordinator is responsible for working with the Financial Administrator in managing the program budget. The Open Access Program Coordinator may be available to provide direct services to clients, parents/families, and professionals as needed.IV.JOB SEGMENTS: The following are the primary functions performed by Open Access Program Coordinator:Provide direct supervision to the Open Access Program staff including hiring, firing, time-management, evaluations, maintaining personnel records, and other matters pertaining to personnel issues.Coordinate and schedule staff assigned to the Open Access Program by RecoveryNet Partners. Oversee the day-to-day function of the Open Access Program.Serve as a primary liaison between the Open Access Program and the RecoveryNet Partners.Serve as the primary liaison between the Open Access Program and third party payors, non-partner providers, referral sources and other community stakeholders.Conduct regular staff meetings and assess and arrange for on-going training of staff. Assist the President/CEO and the Financial Administrator in formulating budget requirements, justification, program narratives, and statistics for inclusion in the program proposals, applications and licensing procedures.Oversee the collection of data, preparation and timely submission of reports. Assure that county, state and federal regulations an adhered to, concerning confidentiality, HIPAA, client report systems, client files, and other licensing requirements.Suggest program and procedural changes, as needed, based on the assessment of the impact of the services being provided.Work in the community with other agencies, consumers, funders, etc. to insure a positive image of the Open Access Program, and to insure that the program is meeting the established needsAttend internal and external meetings as required, and requested.Other assignments as may be required.V. QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum requirements for this position are:Qualified Health Professional (CASAC, MSW, LMHC, RN, or Ph.D.), and Five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment services with a history of increasing responsibility including clinical and program supervision, and Knowledge of financial management, substance abuse, open access, personnel administration, and electronic medical records, orA combination of education and experience equal to the above.VI.RESUMES ONLY TO: chatch-feir@ ................
