Most of my own judgements were like the theoretical explanations discussed in the class. What turned out exactly as I suspected?I was expecting a discussion about career progression of an academic in this work shop. I have been busy in delivering duties of national and international interest assuming, research, and dissemination of knowledge that such involvement would enhance my quality and skills of teaching. How might this be useful in my next teaching assignment?I feel I was “groping in the dark” in the past in identifying the values and responsibilities of a true resource person. Certain values of a teacher that were discussed today have been inbuilt in my system. However, I did not know that they are theoretically correct. I can now improve my approach in a more conscious manner. What questions do I have about this?On my own evaluation I feel that I have achieved the basic requirements explained under “Achievements of academic”. But I have no idea how I can claim for my achievements.Annexure 2 ................
