New York State will make available at least 90% of its annual allocation of CSBG funds to eligible entities. In New York State, eligible entities include CAAs and CAPs designated prior to 1981, agencies designated subsequent to 1987, and the organization serving migrant and seasonal farmworkers, in accordance with §676(b)(8) of the CSBG Act. ................
