This position as Director of Legal/Compliance, is responsible for assigned functions in developing, implementing and maintaining the Authority’s compliance program, which includes compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements; quality assurance; collaboration with risk management; and assigned operational functions including business continuity, disaster recovery, records retention, and coordination with local, state and federal government agencies. coordination with all departments, provide oversight for implementation of new laws regulations, policies and proceduresKeeps Authority department personnel informed of legal, regulatory, and internal
