Call for Proposals for Capstone Courses

Call for Proposals for Capstone CoursesApplied learning refers to learning experiences that get learners thinking, collaborating, communicating, and ultimately have them engage with and contribute to the world around them. The VP Education is inviting proposals from chairs and program leaders interested in integrating applied learning in the form of capstones, or other structures to develop new courses that integrate significant applied learning. The 8 principles of Experiential Learning in Camosun’s Applied Learning Model can be used to guide this process. Please note that support services are available. Information can be found on the applied learning webpage at the link provided. Why Capstones? The Goals & Benefits are many.
