| |Future Atom Championship structure with the 2021 Atom Pathway |

| |Proposed tryout progression for Midget Hockey, Junior to Midget seeded |

| |Freedom of movement for Midget A/AA |

| |This is the model Hockey Canada wants to push forward |

| |Spring Hockey models |

| |7 day try outs |

| |Change in tournament style Championships recommended by Alliance Pathway Committee |

| |Burlington Cougars hosting Minor Atom A/AA Championships |

| |Lambton hosting Minor Atom AAA Championships |

| |All 27 Novice MD teams will play in Championships. Placed in 1 of 3 tiers based on play between Jan 15 and Mar 29. |

| |In preparation for 2020-21 Hockey Canada mandates all 12 Minor Atom MD teams will participate in Championship. Placed |

| |in 1 of 3 tiers based on play between Jan 15 and Mar 29. |

| |Minor Atom MD has some lopsided scores with two dominant teams from Kitchener. Current structure is to play until the |

| |end of March and Seed teams for 3 Tiers at the MD Championships. Proposed Structure is to create two Tiers combining |

| |the West with the East for a home and away game prior to the MD Championships. |

| |Final year that the GLHA will be hosting the Alliance MD Championships |

| |Bid Application due January 13, 2020 |

| |Woodstock indicated that they would host the HL Championships in 2021 |

| |Brantford is the only association that has submitted a bid to host Select Championships for 2021 and 2022 |

|TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR |Jim Morrison helping with setting the schedule for the tournament. |

| |Mark Colbran will send out email to Silver Stick volunteers to see if they can assist. |

|SILVER STICK TOURNAMENT |Last year we didn’t have a Midget AAA Division. |

|DIRECTOR |This year we have 6 teams registered. |

| |U.S. has high elite leagues that now include showcases. |

| |The issue with getting enough Midget AAA teams to participate in Silver Stick is due to other tournaments occurring on |

| |that weekend. |

| |Proposing to change to a High School/Prep School Division. |

| |To make this change, we would need to make a presentation to Silver Stick International to create this division. |

| |These teams must be Hockey Canada or USA Hockey approved for insurance purposes. |

| |We would need proposal by mid February. |

| |Mark Colbran to present his proposal at the January 7 SHA meeting. |

|REGISTRAR |All players are rostered with the exception of 1 Midget roster. |

| |Just tracking down bench staff. |

|NEW BUSINESS |POLICE CHECKS: |

| |House league is 28% complete. |

| |Novice and PeeWee have to be rostered for the Holiday tournament. |

| |FUNDRAISING: |

| |“Catch the Ace” an online fundraising initiative is not permitted unless it can be checked through the City. |

| |PENALTY FREE SWEEPSTAKES: |

| |Bluewater Optimist sponsoring for $1000 for Atom to Midget divisions. |

| |This will be for games in January and February with the draw in early March. |

| |FUTURE MEETINGS: |

| |January 7 and January 22 |

| |Alliance Semi-Annual Meeting is January 25 |
