What Do Graduates of The Series Say?

"This has been one of the most valuable courses I have taken in my career history. The material is presented thoroughly and in a fun way that keeps my attention. A+++"

"This series provides the opportuntity to view management through many different lenses and from different perspectives. Most management trainings are `how to' and this is a `how to think'. Priceless!"

"This series...has forced me to look inward and recognize my strengths and weaknesses, and has given me the tools to develop those weaknesses into strengths. And this was only after day two!"

Overview

Why Should I Send My Managers? Talented professionals are frequently promoted into management positions based upon their expertise and performance, but many soon discover their past experience has not adequately prepared them for the expanded demands and broad set of skills necessary to successfully address the challenges of managing and motivating employees.

How Can The Management Excellence Seminar Series Help My Managers? This seminar series provides the skill set all managers need to be successful. The format is interactive, and the blending of management concepts with real workplace scenarios means attendees can immediately bring what they are learning back to the office and apply it. To date, over 260 managers from more than 90 companies have attended this series.

Who Will My Managers Learn From? Lead instructor Cortney Cahill, M.S.O.D. is an organizational development consultant focused on developing leaders and their teams to drive business results through strategic initiatives and organizational alignment. Consulting and coaching leaders since 1997, Cortney's clients range across industry sectors and nonprofit organizations. Cortney will be joined by guest instructors who specialize in performance management and employment law.
