How to execute, print or save the Security Roles Report by Location from SAP portal

PDF and Excel options

Print to PDF:

1) Log into the Employee Portal () and click on SAP ERP icon.

2) Click on the ERP Administration Tab. If you are the location¡¯s chief administrator, you will see this tab;

otherwise, you will have to request it via a Heat ticket to ERP Security Team written by your top level

administrator.

3) Click on the link titled Security Roles Report

4) Once you click on Security Roles Report, you should receive the following screen. Choose your desired option

(radio dials available). For this example, location 9319 will be used. Click Execute once you have entered your

Cost Center.

SAP will render a similar screen for the Cost Center you indicated. If you use the option Search Roles By Employee, it

will take less time than Search Roles by Cost Center.
