It is imperative that we all do our part to take care of the equipment. The following is a list of rules accompanied by a binding contract that you and your parent/guardian must sign. Any damage done to equipment or software will be the responsibility of the student, parent/guardian and may be in the form of a monetary fine. No access to computers or other equipment in the music production lab will be granted to students who break the following rules:-No food, gum, candy or drink allowed in the music production lab-No hair brushes, combs, picks, makeup, lotions, perfume, cologne, hand sanitizer, beauty products of any kind are permitted in the music production lab-No running, horseplay or yelling in the music production lab-Do not use any equipment without the teacher’s permission-Do not go on the internet unless instructed to do so by the teacher-Do not change any settings such as wallpaper or screensavers on computers-Do not draw on, scratch or deface any furniture, equipment or school property -Always make sure your hands are clean before coming to music production class-Do not leave your books on the table-Make sure your station is clean and neat at the end of each class, detangle wires and put everything back in accordance with class expectations-Do not load any unauthorized files onto any computers whatsoever; always check with the teacher first-If you have questions or are unsure of something, always ask the teacher before doing anything-Always raise your hand before asking/answering a question-Be in your seat at all times unless instructed otherwise-The moment you notice damage, report it to the teacher (or else you may be responsible for it)-Complete assignments on time and be sure to attend all rehearsals/performances -Never insult the integrity of any person in music production classSTUDENT: ____________________________ Date: _______________PARENT/GUARDIAN: ___________________ Date: _______________00Music Production is a class at Pershing with a lot of expensive equipment.
