Debtor’s Motion to Convert Case to Chapter 13

If a case is converted to chapter 13, Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3015(b) requires that the debtor file a plan fourteen days after conversion, which deadline may only be extended upon motion for cause shown.
