If you wish, many items in black are also available at the Chase Lands’ End and TwinHill apparel Web sites at our corporate discount. All other clothing, including ties and scarves, must be from the Chase apparel collection. All of the items in our collection were specifically chosen to complement one another and create a cohesive brand image. That's why items purchased outside the apparel program cannot be worn, as they can't be reviewed for consistency with the brand and the collection.

I’m in the Classic Program but would like to wear a suit. Is this allowed?

Yes, if you’re in a job family following the Classic Program, at a minimum you must wear the apparel in that collection; however, if you’d prefer to wear a black suit or any of the tops in the Professional Program, this is perfectly acceptable and even encouraged. There will be some restrictions on which items can be purchased using a bank-funded Chase Apparel Card.

I’m in the Professional Program and don’t want to wear a suit every day.

Is this allowed?

Based on customer and employee feedback, the need to structure the apparel program to create a more professional appearance was essential.

We recommend suits or black sports coats for those in the Professional

Program because it addresses customer and employee concern. You do have some alternatives, however. Men may wear shirts from the collection with a required tie but no jacket. It’s acceptable for women to wear the sweater set options in lieu of a jacket. In addition, the sweater vest can be worn by both men and women as an alternative to a black jacket. Men must wear a tie under the sweater vest.

Can I wear other colors besides black pants or skirts?

No. Black was selected because it is universal, easy to maintain, and easy to find. In addition, it helps support the consistent brand image with apparel.

Must all shirts be worn tucked in or do we have options to leave shirts un-tucked?

For men, all shirts must be worn tucked in with no option for un-tucked shirts.

The sweater vest can be worn un-tucked. Long sleeve and short sleeve soft blouses, all stretch blouses, sweaters and twin sets can be worn un-tucked.

Are men required to wear a necktie?

Men in the Professional Program are required to wear neckties. For Tellers,

Sales & Service Associates, Lead Tellers and Assistant Managers, a tie is an option but not a requirement. Ties can be purchased using the Chase Apparel Card as well as with personal funds. Only Chase branded ties or ties selected from Lands’ End and TwinHill for the Chase Apparel Program are acceptable.

Can I wear my own accessories (such as American flag pin, broaches, etc.) on or with my apparel?

You may wear your own accessories; however, these should be kept professional, minimal and tasteful and should complement the apparel collection, not detract attention from it.

How should the Chase nametags be worn?

The Chase nametag should be worn on the right.

For women, are there skirt, slacks and suit options?

You may use your own black skirt, slacks, and suit options, or you may choose to purchase elegant tailored suiting separates from either the Lands’ End or TwinHill tailored options at discounted pricing.

If all of the apparel options don’t have logos, why can’t I wear my own clothing?

Options have been added to the collection to address employee feedback, specifically the request to have items that are more fashionable, more high-end and more flexible. All of the items in our collection were specifically chosen to complement one another and create a cohesive brand image. For these reasons, we aren’t allowing the individual purchase of items that can’t be reviewed for consistency with the brand and the collection. Inconsistency in color and style could be counter-productive to the brand image we are trying to project.

May I wear Chase clothing outside the branch for ever day purposes?

No. Chase clothing is for business purposes only, and it is not intended to replace your regular clothing.
