Mat Chat Episode 18 of the Maryland Mat Chat recaps the kickoff weekend with the meet-and-greet, social and Red & Black Wrestle-Offs in College Park. We will break down the intrasquad concept that's become increasingly popular, break down the weight class outcomes and talk about the surprises and performances from the first display of Terps wrestling in 2015-16. Then we'll look ahead to the Terrapin Duals on November 1 as the Terps host Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Davidson at the Xfinity Center Pavilion. Click here to listen
Senior Spotlight: Lou Mascola Redshirt senior Lou Mascola was not a highly ranked recruit coming out of high school, but he's showing that it doesn't matter what you've done in the past, it only matters how you work to succeed
in the future. Mascola started wrestling when he was just four years old and wrestling has been a constant in his life ever since he stepped onto the mat. He was always looking to compete and improve whenever he got the opportunity, even if it made his life a little more hectic. Click here to read full story

Terrapin Duals We begin the 2015-16 season with the sixth annual Terrapin Duals Sunday at the XFINITY Center. Wrestling starts at 10a, but we do not compete in the first round. The Terps will take on Pittsburgh (11:45 a.m.), Buffalo (1:30) and Davidson (3:15).
Maryland's duals will be streamed live on BTN Plus here.
