Welcome to the Hawkeye Hunting Club and Conference Center. Let our reservation staff assist you in custom planning the perfect visit for your group. Start with your lodging choice and then add the hunts and activities you want. Let us make your next personal or business trip one to remember for years to come!

LODGING

Hawkeye's lodges range from 4 to 8 bedrooms and are furnished to meet all your group's needs. Lodges are reserved solely for your group so you will never be mixed with other guests. Our reservation staff will help you match the best lodge size and service level for your group's outing. Groups of 12 or larger enjoying full-service lodging will receive a 5% discount on their bill (not including alcohol).

$275 per person per night ** $30 extra per night for single occupancy

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules for private clubs mandate that only Hawkeye alcoholic beverages may be served on premises. A $5 per person temporary membership fee in the Hawkeye Social Club will be assessed per TABC rules. Mixed drinks will be billed per glass; wine is available by the bottle.

DEER HUNTS

All deer hunts take place out of blinds and are only available to overnight guests. Deer hunting is subject to the Texas Parks & Wildlife North Zone schedule and Shelby County doe restrictions.

$75/person/hunt $35/hour for supervised guide service, if desired $700 harvest fee per doe or spike $700 plus $75 per point harvest fee for bucks three points or more (6 points or better are preferred)

All hunters are required to have a current Texas hunting license which may be purchased on property.

Booking Policy and Deposits

Full-Service Lodging: A deposit of $200 per day per person is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be invoiced after your stay. Full-service lodging deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule: 30 plus days before arrival date - deposit will be applied to a future hunt/visit within one year of the original arrival date. 7-30 days before arrival date ?one-half of the deposit is forfeited and the remainder will apply to a future hunt/visit within one year of the original arrival date. Less than 7 days of your arrival date, for reasons other than severe weather ? the entire deposit is forfeited. If severe weather causes you to cancel, your entire deposit will be applied to a future hunt/visit within one year of the original arrival date. If you do not re-book within this stated one-year period, your deposit will be forfeited. Rain outs will be determined by Hawkeye Hunting Club management.

Vacation Lodge Rental: A deposit of one half of the total lodge rental is required to confirm your reservation. The balance remaining is due on or before two weeks prior to arrival. Vacation deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule:

100% refund if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the check-in date 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to check-in date No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in date
