CIRCUS-CARNIVAL REGISTRATION PLATES (TRUCKS OR TRUCK TRACTORS ONLY) - Valid from April 1 through September 30 of any year. Use the appropriate chart (Trucks/Truck Tractors) to determine the registration fee for the proper registered gross weight of the vehicle and divide that fee in half. NOTE: Circus-Carnival registration plates are not eligible for two-year registration.
