Stock Price Check

Kohler Power Resource Center allows users to check stock and price of an Aftermarket Part or QuickShip material number.

1. Log into the Kohler Power Resource Center website and click on the Transactions Tab. Select a sold to customer number. You will arrive at the My Transactions screen. (To close the left navigation bar, click the left arrow)

2. To check stock on Aftermarket Parts or QuickShip materials, click Create new: Price Stock Check.

3. Select the Order Type.

4. For QuickShip products only, click on the Products tab located in the left navigation panel of the Transactions screen.

Select Number to search the Product Catalog based on the material number. Example ? 20RESA*. Click Go.

Stock Price Check

Select Description to search the Product Catalog based on the description of the product. Example ? Genset*. Click Go.

To add products to the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon . 3|Page

Stock Price Check

The system will transfer the selected materials to the Stock/Price Check screen.

Note: Modify the quantity field as required. 7. Click the update button.

If you would like to clear all line items, check the box and click the update button. Or you can check the box at the line item.

8. Click on the following buttons to perfom these tasks: a. Print ? print an output b. Cancel ? cancel this transaction c. Create Order ? place an order for this material

If you wish to create an order from here, fill in the required fields and follow the create an order work instruction.

This transaction has been completed.
