First time users ? Account Configuration

First time users are kindly asked to take some time to properly set up their account

Step 1 Enter User ID and PIN. The User ID can be found on your identification card and is an 8-digit ID. The default pin number for a first time user is your date of birth, in the order DDMMYY, e.g. if your birth date is the 18th Dec 1984, your default PIN would be 181284.

Step 2 Change Pin Number

On first login, you are required to change the default PIN that was set. The screen below appears.

The default PIN just entered is the Old PIN

Enter your NEW PIN in both the New PIN: and Re-enter new PIN: boxes. Please remember that this PIN must be digits only and exactly 6 digits long.

Note: The PINs being entered on this screen will appear as a series of bullets; the actual numbers will not be displayed. This measure safeguards your PIN.
