A block of rooms is available on a first-come, first served basis for your Class at the Holiday Inn Express on University Drive. Make your reservations by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the appropriate group code. The Convention and Visitors Bureau receives weekly updates from hotels regarding room availability. They don't make reservations, but they can point you to the hotels likely to have rooms available. Please call 979-260-9999 to receive those updates. Howdy to the Class of '44!

We are planning to have a Mini Reunion in College Station on the weekend of October 22-24, 2010. Our tentative program is to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on both Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday evening, we will have a delicious barbecue buffet with our scholarship cadets who are in town at the Sanders Corps Center as well as the chance to receive an "update on the Corps".

On Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. we will tour the Messina Hof Winery and then enjoy a nice lunch together at their Vintage House Restaurant.

We have chosen this date because it is an away game for the Aggie football team and should the game be televised, we can all enjoy it together on Saturday afternoon.

I hope many of you can attend this Mini Reunion.
