The American Healthcare System
It is common knowledge that the families who rule the world practice a belief system that states that man is god. And science is the means by which they try to prove this. To them, science is everything. This is why science always has the last word in America, and its word is law. These families who believe this are also into the Kabbalah, Rosicrucianism, and Freemasonry. The Kabbalah, Rosicrucianism, and Freemasonry are closely intertwined with Hermeticism, which is intertwined with alchemy. Understanding all of this, you will better understand the minds from which modern medicine originates.
Hermeticism
Hermeticism, also called Hermetism,[1][2] is a religious, philosophical, and esoteric tradition based primarily upon writings attributed to Hermes Trismegistus ("Thrice Great").[3] These writings have greatly influenced the Western esoteric tradition and were considered to be of great importance during both the Renaissance[4] and the Reformation.[5]
-----
An account of how Hermes Trismegistus received the name "Thrice Great" is derived from the The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, wherein it is stated that he knew the three parts of the wisdom of the whole universe.[11] The three parts of the wisdom are alchemy, astrology, and theurgy.
-----
Much of the importance of Hermeticism arises from its connection with the development of science during the time from 1300 to 1600 AD. The prominence that it gave to the idea of influencing or controlling nature led many scientists to look to magic and its allied arts (e.g., alchemy, astrology) which, it was thought, could put Nature to the test by means of experiments. Consequently, it was the practical aspects of Hermetic writings that attracted the attention of scientists.[14]
Isaac Newton placed great faith in the concept of an unadulterated, pure, ancient doctrine, which he studied vigorously to aid his understanding of the physical world.[15] Many of Newton's manuscripts—most of which are still unpublished[15]—detail his thorough study of the Corpus Hermeticum, writings said to have been transmitted from ancient times, in which the secrets and techniques of influencing the stars and the forces of nature were revealed.
-----
"As above, so below."
These words circulate throughout occult and magical circles.
The actual text of that maxim, as translated by Dennis W. Hauck from The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, is: "That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above corresponds to that which is Below, to accomplish the miracle of the One Thing."[29] Thus, whatever happens on any level of reality (physical, emotional, or mental) also happens on every other level.
This principle, however, is more often used in the sense of the microcosm and the macrocosm. The microcosm is oneself, and the macrocosm is the universe. The macrocosm is as the microcosm and vice versa; within each lies the other, and through understanding one (usually the microcosm) a man may understand the other.[30]
The three parts of the wisdom of the whole universe
Alchemy (the operation of the Sun): Alchemy is not merely the changing of lead into gold.[31] It is an investigation into the spiritual constitution, or life, of matter and material existence through an application of the mysteries of birth, death, and resurrection.[32] The various stages of chemical distillation and fermentation, among other processes, are aspects of these mysteries that, when applied, quicken nature's processes in order to bring a natural body to perfection.[33] This perfection is the accomplishment of the magnum opus (Latin for "Great Work").
Astrology (the operation of the stars): Hermes claims that Zoroaster discovered this part of the wisdom of the whole universe, astrology, and taught it to man.[34] In Hermetic thought, it is likely that the movements of the planets have meaning beyond the laws of physics and actually hold metaphorical value as symbols in the mind of The All, or God. Astrology has influences upon the Earth, but does not dictate our actions, and wisdom is gained when we know what these influences are and how to deal with them.
Theurgy (the operation of the gods): There are two different types of magic, according to Giovanni Pico della Mirandola's Apology, completely opposite of each other. The first is Goëtia (Greek: γοητεια), black magic reliant upon an alliance with evil spirits (i.e., demons). The second is Theurgy, divine magic reliant upon an alliance with divine spirits (i.e., angels, archangels, gods).[35]
Theurgy translates to "The Science or Art of Divine Works" and is the practical aspect of the Hermetic art of alchemy.[36] Furthermore, alchemy is seen as the "key" to theurgy,[37] the ultimate goal of which is to become united with higher counterparts, leading to the attainment of Divine Consciousness.[36]

Alchemy
Though alchemy played a significant role in the development of early modern science,[2] it differs significantly from modern science in its inclusion of Hermetic principles and practices related to mythology, magic, religion, and spirituality. It is recognized as a protoscience that contributed to the development of modern chemistry and medicine. Alchemists developed a structure of basic laboratory techniques, theory, terminology, and experimental method, some of which are still in use today.

Potion
A potion (from Latin potio "drink") is a magical medicine, drug or poison in liquid form.
In mythology and literature, a potion is usually made by a magician, dragon, fairy or witch and has magical properties. It is used for various motives including the healing, bewitching or poisoning of people. For example, love potions for those who wish to fall in love (or become deeply infatuated) with another (the love potion figures tragically into most versions of the tale of Tristan and Iseult, including Richard Wagner's opera Tristan und Isolde); sleeping potions to cause long-term or eternal sleep (in folklore, this can range from the normal REM sleep to a deathlike coma); and elixirs heal/cure any wound/malady (as in C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe). Goscinny and Uderzo's character Asterix the Gaul gained superhuman strength from a magic potion brewed by the druid Getafix.
Creation of potions of different kinds was a common practice of alchemy, and was commonly associated with witchcraft, as in The Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare.
During the 19th century, it was common in certain countries to see wandering charlatans offering curative potions. These were eventually dismissed as quackery.

America’s healthcare system relies on the presence of sickness and disease within the population. If the population ever got well, and found out how to remain well, there would be no need for the elite created healthcare system, resulting in a loss of power, money, and the vehicle through which they carry out population control.
Birth of The HMO
Nixon is not the source, and HMOs are not the only cause. A better source would be Edgar Kaiser and his associates. And if they could get Nixon to lie to the American people about healthcare, how about today’s president?
“The U.S. health care system has become one gigantic money making scam, and you are about to see the statistics that prove it. Today, the United States spends more on health care per person than any other country in the world by far. The health insurance companies and the big pharmaceutical corporations are raking in gigantic mountains of cash and yet the quality of the health care that we receive in return is rather quite poor. People living in Puerto Rico have a greater life expectancy than we do. Residents of Cuba have a lower infant mortality rate than we do. We are the most medicated population on the planet and yet we are also one of the sickest. If the U.S. health care system was a country, it would have the 6th largest economy on the globe and yet rates of cancer, heart disease and diabetes continue to increase. The U.S. health care statistics that you are about to read below are absolutely stunning. For as much money as we shell out for health care, we should have the greatest system in the entire world. But we don’t. Something has gone horribly wrong.”

A few of the key statements from the video
- Philanthropy is a tool for social control. The organizations and foundations that supply the needs and wants of schools, other organizations, individuals, don’t do so for the benefit of the recipient. They do so in order to have influence over the recipient. All the recipient has to do is become dependant on the funds, which they always do.
- Another key statement was that all of the control over the healthcare system is not just about money, it’s about eugenics and depopulation. This, particularly depopulation, is what the rest of this informational piece is about.

Population Control
Thomas Robert Malthus
The Rev. Thomas Robert Malthus FRS (13 February 1766 – 29 December 1834[1]) was an English cleric and scholar, influential in the fields of political economy and demography.[2] Malthus himself used only his middle name Robert.[3]
His An Essay on the Principle of Population observed that sooner or later population will be checked by famine and disease, leading to what is known as a Malthusian catastrophe. He wrote in opposition to the popular view in 18th-century Europe that saw society as improving and in principle as perfectible.[4] He thought that the dangers of population growth precluded progress towards a utopian society: "The power of population is indefinitely greater than the power in the earth to produce subsistence for man".[5]

Some of his ideas sound a lot like the Illuminati and Freemason ideas we know of today. Could it be that he was an “agent” sent to spread an idea which benefited the plans of the elite? As stated in a later video, Malthus was employed by the British East India Company. This shows a direct link to the elite Jewish merchants of that day (if you know about the Jewish involvement in such companies), giving more proof of his role as an agent of the elite and the New Word Order conspiracy.

At about the same time Weishaupt was embarking on an academic career two important figures entered the world stage: Thomas Robert Malthus,8 born in 1766, a major influence on Darwinism, population control and the eugenics movement; four years later we see the birth of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, in Stuttgart Germany, the inventor of what would become known as the “Hegelian Dialectic.” “For Hegelians,” Antony C. Sutton reports, “the State is almighty and seen as ‘the march of God on earth.’ Indeed, a State religion. Progress in the Hegelian State is through contrived conflict: the clash of opposites makes for progress. If you can control the opposites, you dominate the nature of the outcome” (Introduction to the 2002 edition of America’s Secret Establishment: An Introduction to the Order of Skull & Bones, no pagination PDF copy).
Revolutionary radicals were impressed with the proof-of-concept displayed by the ruthless conspirators in France. Malthusian and Hegelian dogma became equally influential for anarchists, communists, the intelligentsia and the new breed of revolutionaries that surfaced in the 19th Century: Young Hegelians such as Bakunin, Proudhon and Marx took up the cause in the “spirit of the times” to “destroy in order to build.”

A footnote on Thomas Malthus from the previous article:
Thomas Robert Malthus, an English country curate, was the child of a liberal father who had the distinction of being friends with the French Philosopher Jean Jacques Rousseau. Malthus became deeply concerned with the growing mismatch between people and resources, and in 1798 put “his thoughts to paper” with his Essay on Population. This seminal work made him world-famous and has been studied and argued about ever since. To Malthus the greatest danger facing the human species was the difference between population increase and food production: “that the power of population is indefinitely greater than the power in the earth to produce subsistence for man” (Preparing for the Twenty First Century, Paul Kennedy, p. 5). Malthus postulated that the increase in population levels grew exponentially (in the ratio 1, 2, 4, 8, etc.) while food and resource production increased only mathematically (in the ratio 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) (Ron Gray, Malthus Was Wrong; So Were William Vogt and Paul Ehrlich).
His gloomy forecasts called for “periodic wars, famines or plagues to ‘reduce the surplus population’, or we would soon be standing shoulder to shoulder” (Gray, op. cit.). Malthus had a direct impact on Darwin’s theories about evolution and Marx’s ideas about Capital (M. McConeghy, Malthus, Hume, Rousseau and Godwin). Before the eugenics movement (the science of bettering the human stock), formulated by Francis Galton and Ernst Haeckel, Malthus promoted “hygienically unsound practices amongst impoverished populations,” believing “that the ‘undesirable elements’ of the human herd could be naturally culled by various maladies. The spread of disease could be further assisted through discriminative vaccination and zoning programs.” (Phillip D. Collins, The Ascendancy of the Scientific Dictatorship Part Two: Science Fiction and the Sirius Connection)
In the Twentieth Century elite “neo-Malthusians” – with particular pessimistic urgency – directly influenced policy makers when the Club of Rome, in 1968 and 1972, published The Population Bomb and The Limits to Growth respectively; predicting world wide famine and general gloom and doom as a direct consequence of inaction on the pressing issue of overpopulation. “Obviously our first step must be immediately to establish and advertise drastic policies designed to bring our own population size under control . . . The first task is population control at home. How do we go about it? Many of my colleagues feel that some sort of compulsory birth regulation would be necessary to achieve such control. One plan often mentioned involves the addition of temporary sterilants to water supplies or staple food. Doses of the antidote would be carefully rationed by the government to produce the desired population size.” (Paul Ehrlich, The Population Bomb, pp. 130-131)

Excerpt from Novus Ordo Seclorum: the New World Order, 1800 - 49
"... we should facilitate, instead of foolishly and vainly endeavouring to impede, the operations of nature in producing . . . mortality; and if we dread the too frequent visitation of the horrid form of famine, we should sedulously encourage the other forms of destruction, which we compel nature to use. Instead of recommending cleanliness to the poor, we should encourage contrary habits. In our towns we should make the streets narrower, crowd more people into the houses, and court the return of the plague. In the country, we should build our villages near stagnant pools, and particularly encourage settlements in all marshy and unwholesome situations. But above all, we should reprobate specific remedies for ravaging diseases."
Reverend Thomas Robert Malthus (1766-1834) an English economist who argued that increases in population would outgrow increases in the means of subsistence, especially if natural checks were removed or meliorated. Consequently, Malthus believed civilised society to maintain its level of social development should encourage diseases and plagues to limit the population. This argument of 'balance' with the Earth's resources to maintain civilised progress is integral to the doctrines of the New Age and the New World Order and by inference so is the argument for the need to cull human populations. This of course is also integral to the Eugenic Movement. Most people cannot, will not and do not want to accept the Truth. Most people are quite unaware that there is an ancient conspiracy to enslave mankind in a global tyranny of unimaginable horror that makes pale everything that occurred during the terrors in the French and Bolshevik Revolutions and what occurred in Nazi Germany and Communist China. Even when the overwhelming evidence is presented to them, they adamantly refuse to contemplate that such a thing exists or that wicked and evil people are working assiduously to bring it about. Most refuse to believe anything is wrong in the world, especially that there exists an agenda for global tyranny. Moreover, most will not believe that the situation is as bad as it actually is and that the Secret Plan for World Government is so nearly complete, or that a small group of men rule the world. Furthermore, that an integral component in this plan for world tyranny is population control, not only physical, mental and spiritual control but also control of the number and type of people allowed to exist in this New World Order. That is, a Eugenic Agenda that demands radical reduction in the number of people living on Earth by means that reveal the Evil nature of the agenda. The Secret Masters of this Evil Agenda condone the slaughter of millions of innocent people by a variety of means of which war and terrorism are the most spectacular but which will be the lesser agents of destruction after the man-made pathogens are released into the world to eliminate specific racial groups. Malthusian League
The Malthusian League was a British organisation which advocated the practice of contraception and the education of the public about the importance of family planning. It was established in 1877 and was dissolved in 1927. The organisation was secular, utilitarian, individualistic, and "above all malthusian." [1] The organisation maintained that it was concerned about the poverty of the British working class and held that over-population was the chief cause of poverty.

Aldous Huxley was the grandson of Thomas Henry Huxley who was known as “Darwin’s bulldog” for his strong support of Darwin’s theory of evolution. Darwin’s teachings were created for the support of the Malthus/eugenic teachings. The original title of Darwin’s work, The Origin of Species, reveals the true intent behind it: On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life. Francis Galton, “the father of eugenics,” was Charles Darwin's half-cousin and was greatly influenced by his work. History of birth control
The history of birth control, also known as contraception and fertility control, refers to the methods or devices that have been historically used to prevent pregnancy.[1] Planning and provision of birth control is called family planning.[2] In some times and cultures, abortion had none of the stigma which it has today, making birth control less important; abortion was in practice a means of birth control.[3][4]

Modern birth control movement
Birth control became a contested political issue in Britain during the 19th century. The economist Thomas Malthus argued in An Essay on the Principle of Population (1798) that population growth generally expanded in times and in regions of plenty until the size of the population relative to the primary resources caused distress. He demonstrated that two types of checks hold population within resource limits: positive checks, which raise the death rate; and preventive ones, which lower the birth rate. The positive checks include hunger, disease and war; the preventive checks, abortion, birth control, prostitution, postponement of marriage and celibacy.[20] Malthus later clarified his view that if society relied on human misery to limit population growth, then sources of misery (e.g., hunger, disease, and war) would inevitably afflict society, as would volatile economic cycles. On the other hand, "preventive checks" to population that limited birthrates, such as later marriages, could ensure a higher standard of living for all, while also increasing economic stability.[21]
His ideas came to carry great weight in British political debate in the 19th century, and they heavily influenced the movement toward the adoption of laissez-faire liberal capitalism. Malthusians were in favour of limiting population growth and began actively promoting birth control through a variety of groups. The term 'voluntary motherhood' was coined by feminists in the 1870s as a political critique of "involuntary motherhood" and as expressing a desire for women's emancipation.[22][23] Advocates for voluntary motherhood disapproved of contraception, arguing that women should only engage in sex for the purpose of procreation and advocated periodic or permanent abstinence.[24]
In contrast, the birth control movement advocated for contraception so as to permit sexual intercourse as desired without the risk of pregnancy.[25] By emphasising "control", the birth control movement argued that women should have control over their reproduction - the movement was closely tied to the emerging feminist movement. The Malthusian League was established in 1877 and promoted the education of the public about the importance of family planning and advocated for the elimination of penalties against the promoters of birth control.[26] It was initially founded during the "Knowlton trial" of Annie Besant and Charles Bradlaugh in July 1877.[27] They were prosecuted for publishing Charles Knowlton's Fruits of Philosophy which explained various methods of birth control. Besant and Bradlaugh wrote that it was "...more moral to prevent the conception of children, than, after they are born, to murder them by want of food, air and clothing."[28] The trial of Bradlaugh and Besant counter-productively triggered a wave of public interest in contraception, and book sales of Knowlton's book surged.[29]
Starting in the 1880s, birth rates began to drop steadily in the industrialized countries, as women married later and families in urban living conditions increasingly favoured having fewer children. This trend was particularly acute in the United Kingdom, where birth rates declined from almost 35.5 births per 1,000 in the 1870s to about 29 per 1,000 by 1900. While the cause is uncertain, the 29% decline within a generation shows that the birth control methods Victorian women used were effective. Many women were educated about contraception and how to avoid pregnancy. While the rhythm method was not yet understood, condoms and diaphragms made of vulcanized rubber were reliable and inexpensive.[30]
In the United States, contraception had been legal throughout most of the 19th century, but in the 1870s the Comstock Act and various state Comstock laws outlawed the distribution of information about safe sex and contraception and the use of contraceptives. Margaret Sanger and Otto Bobsein popularised the phrase "birth control" in 1914.[31][32] Sanger was mainly active in the United States, but had gained an international reputation by the 1930s. Sanger established a short lived birth control clinic in 1916,[33] which was shut down just nine days later. Sanger was arrested for distributing contraceptives, and went on trial.[34] Here as well, the publicity surrounding the arrest, trial, and appeal sparked birth control activism across the United States, and earned the support of numerous donors, who would provide her with funding and support for future endeavors.[35] She went on to found the first birth control league in America in 1921.
The first permanent birth control clinic was established in Britain in 1921 by the birth control campaigner Marie Stopes, in collaboration with the Malthusian League. Stopes, who exchanged ideas with Sanger,[36] wrote her book Married Love on birth control in 1918; - it was eventually published privately due to its controversial nature.[37] The book was an instant success, requiring five editions in the first year [38] and elevating Stopes to a national figure. Its success was followed up with Wise Parenthood: a Book for Married People, a manual on birth control, published later that year.[39] She originally tried to publicize her message through the dissemination of pamphlets in the slums of East London, but this approach failed to work,as the working class was too mistrustful of well-intentioned meddlers at the time.[40]
In 1921, after years of planning, Stopes and her husband Humphrey Verdon Roe opened the Mothers' Clinic in Holloway, North London.[41] The clinic, run by midwives and supported by visiting doctors,[42] offered mothers birth control advice and taught them the use of a cervical cap. Later in the same year, Stopes founded the Society for Constructive Birth Control and Racial Progress, a support organization for the clinic. Her clinic made contraception acceptable during the 1920s by framing it in scientific terms and gained an international reputation. The Malthusian League opened up a second clinic shortly afterward, but admitted that Stopes clinic had been the first in the British Empire, although the League emphasised that theirs was the first scientific clinic where birth control instruction was given under medical supervision (the medical officer was Norman Haire).[43] These two clinics 'opened up a new period in the history of the movement aimed at the emancipation of women from their slavery to the reproductive function'.[44] Although the clinic helped few patients in 1921 'the year was one of the most important in the whole history of birth control simply because of their very existence'.[45]
Throughout the 1920s, Stopes and other feminist pioneers, including Dora Russell and Stella Browne, played a major role in breaking down taboos about sex and increasing knowledge, pleasure and improved reproductive health. Stopes was particularly influential in helping emerging birth control movements in a number of British colonies.[46] In 1930 the National Birth Control Council was formed. Stella Browne's initial activism was limited to giving speaking tour across the country, providing information on birth control, women’s health problems, problems related to puberty and sex education.[47][48] In 1929 began to openly call for the legalization of abortion, during her lecture in front of the World Sexual Reform Congress in London.[49] In April 1930 the Birth Control Conference assembled 700 delegates and was successful in bringing birth control and abortion into the political sphere -[50] three months later, the Ministry of Health allowed local authorities to give birth control advice in welfare centres.
The societal acceptance of birth control required the separation of sexual activity from procreation, making birth control a highly controversial subject in some countries at some points in the 20th century.[51] Birth control also became a major theme in feminist politics; reproduction issues were cited as examples of women's powerlessness to exercise their rights.[52] Starting in the 1930s and intensifying in the '60s and'70s, the birth control movement advocated for the legalisation of abortion and large scale education campaigns about contraception by governments.[51] In a broader context birth control became an arena for conflict between liberal and conservative values, raising questions about family, personal freedom, state intervention, religion in politics, sexual morality and social welfare.[52]

Birth control movement in the United States
In 1916, Sanger opened the first birth control clinic in the United States, but the clinic was immediately shut down by police, and Sanger was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
A major turning point for the movement came during World War I, when many U.S. servicemen were diagnosed with venereal diseases. The government's response included an anti-venereal disease campaign that framed sexual intercourse and contraception as issues of public health and legitimate topics of scientific research. This was the first time a U.S. government institution had engaged in a sustained, public discussion of sexual matters; as a consequence, contraception transformed from an issue of morals to an issue of public health.
-----
Although contraceptives were relatively common in middle-class and upper-class society, the topic was rarely discussed in public.[6] The first book published in the United States which ventured to discuss contraception was Moral Physiology; or, A Brief and Plain Treatise on the Population Question, published by Robert Dale Owen in 1831.[7] The book suggested that family planning was a laudable effort, and that sexual gratification – without the goal of reproduction – was not immoral.[8] Owen recommended withdrawal, but he also discussed sponges and condoms.[9] That book was followed by Fruits of Philosophy: The Private Companion of Young Married People, written in 1832 by Charles Knowlton, which recommended douching.[10] Knowlton was prosecuted in Massachusetts on obscenity charges, and served three months in prison.[11]
Birth control practices were generally adopted earlier in Europe than in the United States. Knowlton's book was reprinted in 1877 in England by Charles Bradlaugh and Annie Besant, with the goal of challenging Britain's obscenity laws.[12] They were arrested (and later acquitted) but the publicity of their trial contributed to the formation, in 1877, of the Malthusian League – the world's first birth control advocacy group – which sought to limit population growth to avoid Thomas Malthus's dire predictions of exponential population growth leading to worldwide poverty and famine.[13] By 1930, similar societies had been established in nearly all European countries, and birth control began to find acceptance in most Western European countries, except Catholic Ireland, Spain, and France.[14] As the birth control societies spread across Europe, so did birth control clinics.

Anthony Comstock, a postal inspector and leader in the purity movement, successfully lobbied for the passage of the 1873 Comstock Act, a federal law prohibiting mailing of "any article or thing designed or intended for the prevention of conception or procuring of abortion" as well as any form of contraceptive information.[19] Many states also passed similar state laws (collectively known as the Comstock laws), sometimes extending the federal law by outlawing the use of contraceptives, as well as their distribution. Comstock was proud of the fact that he was personally responsible for thousands of arrests and the destruction of hundreds of tons of books and pamphlets.[20]
Comstock and his allies also took aim at the libertarians and utopians who comprised the free love movement – an initiative to promote sexual freedom, equality for women, and abolition of marriage.[21] The free love proponents were the only group to actively oppose the Comstock laws in the 19th century, setting the stage for the birth control movement.[22]

Free speech movement
At the turn of the century, an energetic movement arose, centered in Greenwich Village, that sought to overturn bans on free speech.[24] Supported by radicals, feminists, anarchists, and atheists such as Ezra Heywood, Moses Harman, D. M. Bennett, and Emma Goldman, these activists regularly battled anti-obscenity laws and, later, the government's effort to suppress speech critical of involvement in World War I.[25] Prior to 1914, the free speech movement focused on politics, and rarely addressed contraception.[26]
Goldman's circle of radicals, socialists, and bohemians was joined in 1912 by a nurse, Margaret Sanger, whose mother had been through 18 pregnancies in 22 years, and died at age 50 of tuberculosis and cervical cancer.[27] In 1913, Sanger worked in New York's Lower East Side, often with poor women who were suffering due to frequent childbirth and self-induced abortions.[28] After one particularly tragic medical case, Sanger wrote: "I threw my nursing bag in the corner and announced ... that I would never take another case until I had made it possible for working women in America to have the knowledge to control birth."[29] Sanger visited public libraries, searching for information on contraception, but nothing was available.[30] She became outraged that working-class women could not obtain contraception, yet upper-class women who had access to private physicians could.[31]
Under the influence of Goldman and the Free Speech League, Sanger became determined to challenge the Comstock laws that outlawed the dissemination of contraceptive information.[32] With that goal in mind, in 1914 she launched The Woman Rebel, an eight-page monthly newsletter which promoted contraception using the slogan "No Gods, No Masters",[33] and proclaimed that each woman should be "the absolute mistress of her own body."[34] Sanger coined the term birth control, which first appeared in the pages of Rebel, as a more candid alternative to euphemisms such as family limitation.[35]
Sanger's goal of challenging the law was fulfilled when she was indicted in August 1914, but the prosecutors focused their attention on articles Sanger had written on assassination and marriage, rather than contraception.[36] Afraid that she might be sent to prison without an opportunity to argue for birth control in court, she fled to England to escape arrest.[37]
While Sanger was in Europe, her husband continued her work, which led to his arrest after he distributed a copy of a birth control pamphlet to an undercover postal worker.[38] The arrest and his 30-day jail sentence prompted several mainstream publications, including Harper's Weekly and the New York Tribune, to publish articles about the birth control controversy.[39] Emma Goldman and Ben Reitman toured the country, speaking in support of the Sangers, and distributing copies of Sanger's pamphlet Family Limitation.[40] Sanger's exile and her husband's arrest propelled the birth control movement into the forefront of American news.[41]
Early birth control organizations
In the spring of 1915 supporters of the Sangers – led by Mary Dennett – formed the National Birth Control League (NBCL), which was the first American birth control organization.[42] Throughout 1915, smaller regional organizations were formed in San Francisco, Portland, Oregon, Seattle, and Los Angeles.[43]

Legalization and aftermath
After World War II advocacy for reproductive rights transitioned into a new era which focused on abortion, public funding, and insurance coverage.[146]
Birth control advocacy also took on a global aspect as organizations around the world began to collaborate. In 1946, Sanger helped found the International Committee on Planned Parenthood, which evolved into the International Planned Parenthood Federation and soon became the world's largest non-governmental international family planning organization.[147] In 1952, John D. Rockefeller III founded the influential Population Council.[148] Fear of global overpopulation became a major issue in the 1960s, generating concerns about pollution, food shortages, and quality of life, leading to well-funded birth control campaigns around the world.[149]

Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), usually referred to simply as Planned Parenthood, is a non-profit organization that provides reproductive health services in the United States and internationally. PPFA is an affiliate of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and one of its larger members. PPFA has its roots in Brooklyn, New York, where Margaret Sanger opened the first birth control clinic in the U.S. She founded the American Birth Control League in 1921, which changed its name to "Planned Parenthood" in 1942. Planned Parenthood reports that it consists of approximately 174 affiliates and 700 health clinics in the United States and abroad.[2][3]
Planned Parenthood directly provides a variety of reproductive health services, is involved in sexual education efforts, contributes to research in reproductive technology, and engages in legal and political efforts aimed at protecting and expanding reproductive rights.[3]
PPFA is the largest single provider of reproductive health services, including abortion, in the United States.[4][5][6]
History
Early history
The origins of Planned Parenthood date to October 16, 1916, when Margaret Sanger, her sister Ethel Byrne, and Fania Mindell opened the first birth control clinic in the U.S. in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York.[12] All three women were arrested and jailed for violating provisions of the Comstock Act, accused of distributing "obscene materials" at the clinic. The so-called "Brownsville trials" brought national attention and support to their cause. Sanger and her co-defendants were convicted on misdemeanor charges, and they appealed this through two subsequent appeals courts. While the convictions were not overturned,[13] the judge that issued the final ruling also modified the law to permit physician prescribed birth control. Their campaign led to major changes in the laws governing birth control and sex education in the United States.[14]
In 1938, the clinic was organized into the American Birth Control League, the core of the only national birth control organization in the US until the 1960s. By 1941 it was operating 222 centers and had served 49,000 clients.[15] However, some found its title offensive and "against families" so the League began discussions for a new name.[16] In 1942 the League became known as the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.[16]
Largely relying on a volunteer workforce, by 1960 the Federation had provided family planning counseling in hundreds of communities across the country.[15] Planned Parenthood was one of the founding members of the International Planned Parenthood Federation when it was launched at a conference in Bombay, India in 1952.[15][17]
After Sanger
Following Margaret Sanger, Alan Frank Guttmacher became president of Planned Parenthood, serving from 1962 until 1974.[18] During his tenure, the Food and Drug Administration approved the sale of the original birth control pill, giving rise to new attitudes towards women's reproductive freedom.[15] Also during his presidency, Planned Parenthood lobbied the federal government to support reproductive health, culminating with President Richard Nixon's signing of Title X to provide governmental subsidies for low-income women to access family planning services.[19] The Center for Family Planning Program Development was also founded as a semi-autonomous division during this time.[20] The center became an independent organization and was renamed the Guttmacher Institute in 1977.[20]
Faye Wattleton became the first African American president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 1978. Wattleton, who was also the youngest president in Planned Parenthood's history, served in this role until 1992.[21][22] During her term, Planned Parenthood grew to become the seventh largest charity in the country, providing services to four million clients each year through its 170 affiliates, whose activities were spread across 50 states.[23]
-----
Services
The services provided by PPFA affiliates vary by location, with just over half of all Planned Parenthood affiliates in the United States performing abortions.[36] Services provided by PPFA include birth control and long-acting reversible contraception;[37] emergency contraception; breast and cervical cancer screening; pregnancy testing and pregnancy options counseling; testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases; sex education; vasectomies; LGBT services; and abortion.[38][39]
-----
Planned Parenthood Global
PPFA's international outreach and other activities are performed by Planned Parenthood Global, a division of PPFA.[3] Offices are located in New York, NY; Washington, DC; Miami, FL; Guatemala City, Guatemala; Abuja, Nigeria; and Nairobi, Kenya. The organization's focus countries are Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopa, and Kenya.[50]
-----
Funding
Planned Parenthood has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act, amending the Public Health Service Act. Title X of that law provides funding for family planning services, including contraception and family planning information. The law had support from both Republicans and Democrats.[51] Nixon described Title X funding as based on the premise that "no American woman should be denied access to family planning assistance because of her economic condition."[52]
-----
Planned Parenthood receives above a third of its money in government grants and contracts (about $528 million in 2014).[46][53] By law, federal funding cannot be allocated for abortions,[54] but some opponents of abortion have argued that allocating money to Planned Parenthood for the provision of other medical services "frees up" funds to be re-allocated for abortion.[43][55]
-----
Donors to Planned Parenthood have included the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Buffett Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Turner Foundation, the Cullmans, and others.[65][66][67][68] The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's contributions to the organization have been specifically marked to avoid funding abortions.[65] Some donors, such as the Buffett Foundation, have supported reproductive health that can include abortion services.[65]

The following documentary focuses on how Blacks have been targeted by those in the Malthus/eugenics movement, but it contains very useful information on eugenics and Planned Parenthood that shouldn’t be ignored.
Black Genocide - Maafa 21 - Full Length
I have to disagree with a couple of the ideas that seem to be implied in that documentary: 1. If slavery didn’t occur, there wouldn’t have been eugenics or population control. 2. Blacks becoming “free” or wanting rights was the cause of the eugenics. As you’ve already seen, those things didn’t start eugenics or population control, they just attracted the attention of these things which were already at work. And this resulted in the actions taken by Planned Parenthood and others.
Population Council
The Population Council is an international, nonprofit, non-governmental organization. The Council conducts biomedical, social science, and public health research and helps build research capacities in developing countries.[1][2] One-third of its research relates to HIV and AIDS; its other major program areas are reproductive health and poverty, youth, and gender.[citation needed] It held the license for Norplant contraceptive implant, and now holds the license for Mirena intrauterine system. The Population Council also publishes the journals Population and Development Review, which reports scientific research on the interrelationships between population and socioeconomic development and provides a forum for discussion of related issues of public policy, and Studies in Family Planning, which focuses on public health, social science, and biomedical research on sexual and reproductive health, fertility, and family planning.
The organization
Established in 1952 by John D. Rockefeller III, with important funding from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Council is governed by an international board of trustees. The 2006 board includes leaders in biomedicine, business, economic development, government, health, international finance, the media, philanthropy, and social science.
Headquartered in New York, the Population Council has 18 offices in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and does work in more than 60 countries. With an annual budget of around $74 million, it employs more than 500 people from 33 countries with expertise in a wide array of scientific disciplines. Roughly 55 percent are based outside the United States.
The Council has its roots in the discredited eugenics movement. The first president of the Council was a eugenicist appointed by Rockefeller; Frederick Osborn, author of Preface to Eugenics (New York, 1940), leader of the American Eugenics Society, and one of the founding members of the Pioneer Fund. Osborn was vice president or president of the Population Council until 1959. In 1968 he wrote, "Eugenic goals are most likely to be achieved under another name than eugenics."[3]
Reproductive health
The Council conducts biomedical research to develop contraceptives and social science research to better understand the factors influencing access to and decision-making around contraceptives.[4] Its fundamental research on reproductive and immunological processes serves not only as the basis for the development of new contraceptive methods to meet the needs of both women and men, but also for new hormone therapies and AIDS-prevention products.[citation needed]
In the 1960s, the Council played a key role in documenting the large numbers of people in poor countries who lacked access to contraceptives and in conducting research to design and evaluate public family planning programs.[citation needed] At the same time, the Council's biomedical researchers worked to develop new contraceptive methods, such as the intrauterine device.
Some contraceptives available in some countries today were developed by the Population Council: the Copper T IUD, Norplant, Jadelle (Norplant II), and Mirena. More than 50 million Copper T IUDs have been distributed in over 70 countries. Norplant was replaced by Jadelle.

The Population Council was established in 1952, but it’s clear that its ideas were present before then.
Do see how one third of their research is in HIV/AIDS? What does that tell you about HIV/AIDS?
Here are some statements from the Population Council (1969)
“The following paper reviews various proposals made for dealing with ‘the population problem’ beyond the current efforts of national programs of voluntary family planning. It was written by Bernard Berelson of The Population Council.”
“This paper rests on these propositions: (1) among the greatest problems on the world agenda is the population problem; (2) that problem is most urgent in the developing countries where rapid population growth retards social and economic development; (3) there is a time penalty on the problem in the sense that, other things equal, anything not done sooner may be harder to do later, due to increased numbers; and accordingly (4) everything that can properly be done to lower population growth rates should be done, now. As has been asked on other occasions, the question is: what is to be done? There is a certain agreement on the general objective (i.e., on the desirability of lowering birth rates, though not on how far how fast), but there is disagreement as to the means.”
“Why is family planning the first stop taken on the road to population control? Probably because from a broad political standpoint it is the most acceptable one: since closely tied to maternal and child care it can be perceived as a health measure beyond dispute; and since voluntary it can be justified as a contribution to the effective personal freedom of individual couples. On both scores, the practice ties into accepted values and thus achieves political viability.”
“For the purpose of this paper, then, let us assume that today’s national family planning programs, mainly via voluntary contraception, are not “enough” – where “enough” is defined not necessarily as achieving zero growth in some extended present but simply as lowering birth rates quickly and substantially. “Enough” begs the question of the ultimate goal and only asks that a faster decline in population growth rates be brought about than is presently in process or in prospect – and, within the range of possible, the faster the better. Just to indicate the rough order of magnitude, let us say that the proximate goal is the halving of the birth rate in the developing countries in the next decade or two – from, say, over 40 births per thousand per year to 20-25.”
The list of proposals include (summarized):
A. Extensions of Voluntary Fertility Control
1. Institutionalization of maternal care in rural areas of developing countries
2. Liberalization of induced abortion
B. Establishment of Involuntary Fertility Control
1. Mass use of “fertility control agent” by government to regulate births at acceptable level
2. “Marketable licenses to have children”
3. Temporary sterilization of all girls via time-capsule contraceptives, and again after each delivery, with reversibility allowed only upon government approval
4. Compulsory sterilization of men with three of more living children
C. Intensified Education Campaigns
And there’s more. Two of the methods show just how manipulative they are, how they wield supreme power over the population, and how animal-like the population is to them. 1. Promotion or requirement of female participation in labor force (outside the home) to provide roles and interests for women alternative or supplementary to marriage.
2. “Direct manipulation of family structure itself – planned efforts at deflecting the family’s socializing function, reducing the noneconomic utilities of offspring, or introducing nonfamilial distractions and opportunity costs into people’s lives”; specifically, through employment of women outside of the home; “selective restructuring of the family in relation to the rest of society”.
Take a look at the deceit: “Why is family planning the first stop taken on the road to population control? Probably because from a broad political standpoint it is the most acceptable one: since closely tied to maternal and child care it can be perceived as a health measure beyond dispute; and since voluntary it can justified as a contribution to the effective personal freedom of individual couples. On both scores, the practice ties into accepted values and thus achieves political viability.”
Just look at the term “family planning”. It gives the impression of aid to potential families, and suggests that it’s for the purpose of planning a family. But do you remember what it is? From the article on The History of Birth Control: “The history of birth control, also known as contraception and fertility control, refers to the methods or devices that have been historically used to prevent pregnancy. Planning and provision of birth control is called family planning.”
Family planning = The planning and provision of contraception and fertility control, or pregnancy prevention.
That’s extreme deceit, and you see the exact same thing in the name “Planned Parenthood”. Do people who plan on being parents go there?
The names and the arguments are pure deceit. And let’s not forget this statement from that same article: “By emphasizing ‘control,’ the birth control movement argued that women should have control over their reproduction - the movement was closely tied to the emerging feminist movement.” The use of feminists and feminism as a tool is not new.

He said there were two primary reasons for Woman’s Lib. Those were the two areas/agendas Woman’s Lib would affect the most if implemented. Another area it would affect, but not as much, is stated above in the statements of the Population Council.
“The Population Council is a foundation established in 1952 for scientific training and study in population matters. It endeavors to advance knowledge in the broad field of population by fostering research, training, and technical consultation and assistance in the social and bio-medical sciences.”

If you look at society today you’d see that many of the proposals for solving “the population problem” have been implemented.
2.1 Kids: Stable Population
I might as well expose something else right here since they’re speaking on replacement rate. A propaganda campaign for the acceptance and increased practice of homosexuality was unleashed on the American public about ten years ago. America went from homophobic to accepting and even practicing homosexuality almost over night. This was then followed up later with the passage of a law allowing homosexual marriage. Sadly, the population was duped once again.
Check this out:
Take 200 males and put them in seclusion, on a parcel of land or island, for one hundred fifty years, giving them the best food and medical attention and supplies the entire time; then check back with them at the end of that one hundred fifty years. Do the same with 200 females in another secluded area. What will you find? Death. What does homosexuality equal? Death. What would happen if the whole world was homosexual? Humanity would die out. And marriage only binds the non productive together, ensuring no productivity (no children)! Now, what do you think happens to the replacement rate of a population as more and more people practice homosexuality and there are more homosexual marriages? So, by getting caught up in what should have been obvious hype and the pushing of an agenda, the society has supported the legalization of depopulation, once again. Note: That’s not the only reason for the homosexual agenda.
David Rockefeller speaks about population control.
Don’t fall for the reasons given on why they don’t want an increase in population, it’s not true. Less people means better control over the people, and less risk of harm to them.
Ted Turner Is A Demon, Depopulation Agenda 21
David Rockefeller and Ted Turner are not the only vocal advocates of population control. There are others; some of them well-known, others not so well-known (or known at all). People like Ted Turner are the low level billionaires who are shown to public and used to draw attention from the people above him. These billionaires, and unseen trillionaires, are not like the lower class, middle class, and upper class people you are use to. They have a totally different reality and way of thinking. Their reality mirrors that of celebrities who are together in their own world, a totally different world than you and I. Their thinking mirrors that of celebrities also. There’s us, and there’s them. And when it comes to the elite, there is a huge difference between us and them, and they play god over us, controlling and manipulating ours lives to their liking.
It’s so easy to scare people into an agenda, especially in the US. If you include fear, they’ll believe almost anything. “The earth is overpopulated!” “The earth will be overpopulated!” What does that mean? There are too many people? There will be too many people? What is “too many people”? How do you know what “too many” is? There won’t be enough space if the population grows? This is wrong, and stupid. You can drive around your town and see empty land. Drive to the agricultural area in or around your town and you’ll see land. As one guy in a video on depopulation stated, drive through Texas and you’ll see nothing but empty land. The same is true for surrounding states, and states not even in the vicinity. The same is true in countries across there world. There’s plenty of space. And this is not even the extent of the available land. Think of the land people like Ted Turner owns. Think about the land being occupied by useless businesses selling crappy products to the people their owners intentionally made into consumers. And don’t forget about the land where the factories sit that produce these products, products that the people don’t even need until they start using them.
There won’t be enough food? This is another hoax. Do some research on the topic. There isn’t a shortage of food, nor food production. And even if there was, there’s still all of that land remember? And think about all the people with front yards and backyards with absolutely nothing growing in them. So, just from that you see that the idea is a lie. And this is coming from the same people who deceived and pressured populations into leaving off from farming, food production, to work in jobs that came with industrialization (their industrialization). These same people also deceived and pressured populations of the world to change from growing traditional foods to cash crops. So, how much food would there be if we all switched back?
The main supporters of the food shortage idea somehow forgot to include in into their calculations the food that is wasted.
Reducing holiday food waste
Vast amounts of food trashed despite incentives
The Big Waste: Why Do We Throw Away So Much Food?
Dive! Trailer
And why don’t they give it to the hungry (the real reason)? See Malthus.
What about resources such as oil? The whole oil shortage is a hoax. Look into it. And regardless of it being a hoax, if there was an oil shortage you could simply produce things that didn’t use oil. They know this, and can do this. 99% of mankind’s existence on this earth was without the dependence of oil. Oil wasn’t a need until they purposely made it a need, creating products, jobs, and economies from it. And that’s because a special family controlled the oil, the Rockefellers. So, the whole resource shortage idea is a joke. There are plenty of alternatives.
What about global warming? Global warming is a hoax. Look it up. That’s why they had to change the name to “climate change”. Of course there’s climate change. And do you realize the same people selling the global warming hoax are the same people who created the industries that pollute? That’s why they were called Industrialists. If pollution is the problem we could simply live like true human beings and use natural things. A huge change could be made just by using the hemp plant, which these same elite viciously attacked because it was such a life saver, and it stood in the way of them creating a world of synthetic materials based on Rockefeller oil, brought about by DuPont scientists. And what are synthetic material made of? Chemicals.
The pollution and destruction of the planet’s ecosystems is something headed by these people. And they’re the ones who persuaded populations to do things their way, and use their products, which is the only reason why regular people play any part in polluting and destroying the planet’s ecosystems. Listening to their lies, and fearing their threats, people pollute. So, people are not the problem, they are.
A quick and simple way of solving the so-called population problem would be that the people who believe in it strongly should die. So, let’s wait on these elite families to offer themselves up.

Biological and Chemical Warfare (Healthcare) for Population Control
This documentary is low-budget, and long, but it contains a wealth of very important information that shouldn’t be ignored.
In Lies We Trust: The CIA, Hollywood and Bioterrorism
- In 1963 a global policy think tank met at Iron Mountain. The Report from Iron Mountain discussed keeping growing populations manageable. This report stated, “A viable political substitute for war must posit a generalized external menace to each society of a nature and degree sufficient to require the organization and acceptance of political authority.” They suggested a “comprehensive program of applied eugenics.” They had a desire to keep economies going, while at the same time keeping the populations controlled.
War, a tool for depopulation, kept the populations dependant on government, killed off thousands to millions, and increased the elite’s money and control, but it destroyed infrastructure. Because of this, they desired a new approach.
The greatest killers of mankind have always been wars, famines, and disease.
- NSSM 200 called for massive third world depopulation. It was done at the request of Henry Kissinger in 1974. “There is a major risk of severe damage to world economic, political, and ecological systems and, as these systems begin to fail, to our humanitarian values.” “The urban slum dwellers (though apparently not recent migrants) may serve as a volatile, violent force which threatens political stability.” “In international relations, population factors are crucial in, and often determinants of, violent conflicts in developing areas.” “There is no single approach which will solve the population problem. The complex social and economic factors involved call for a comprehensive strategy …” “At the same time actions and programs must be tailored to specific countries and groups.”
- Operation Paperclip brought Nazi scientists and their families to the US.
- Chief officials in the Nazi Party ran a company called I.G. Farben. They were contracted with Rockefeller’s Standard Oil to develop rubber and purchase oil. At that time, Allen Dulles was chief counsel and intelligence officer for the Rockefeller Standard Oil Company.
For further information into the connections between American business and Nazi Germany see:
The Best Enemies Money Can Buy – an interview with Antony Sutton.
- One of the Nazis who came to work for the US Navy through Operation Paperclip was Eric Traub, who came with his assistant Anne Burger. In 1951, Taub worked for the Naval Medical Research Institute laboratory in Bethesda, Maryland. His work with Burger included investigating 40 strains of highly infectious viruses. Eric Traub was Hitler’s top biological weapons developer.

- Henry Kissinger was positioned in the Nixon administration by Vice President Nicholas Rockefeller.
- The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War by the U.S. Army War College was released two decades after the Report from Iron Mountain was released. Many of it’s strategies for population control began years earlier. The military equated its content to the discovery of gunpowder and the atomic bomb. This new type of military action emphasized “non-lethal” warfare. The weapons deployed in this revolution, like cancer viruses, are deadly but they kill slowly, and most expensively, through medical management (helps economy). These “non-lethal” armaments include the use of toxic biological, chemical, and electro-magnetic technologies; including genetically modified organisms called GMOs used to slowly, but surely, make people sick.
- Critical for the success of these weapons of mass destruction and these secret military operations is what’s called Command and Control Warfare (C2W). The media has been used to change American values and condition everyone to accept new wars, and methods of conducting war.
- This warfare provides a key for criminal cover which is called plausible deniability.
- The Rockefellers monopolized American medicine and public health by the early 1930’s. This redirection of American medicine was largely due to the prostitution of Abraham Flexner, cited by Time Magazine as the autocrat of the Moneybags. In 1940, Flexner operated for the Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundation’s fortunes to extend their medical monopoly.
They attacked all things related to natural healing, science, and medicine. They gained control over medical American education, and emphasized the most profitable approaches to healthcare. They funded only students, faculty, and academic institutions that served their needs for drug sales and profitability.
- It was 1941 when America’s biological weapons program began under the direction of George W. Merck, president of the German drug giant the Merck Pharmaceutical Company.
- The Rockefeller Institute’s Puerto Rican Cancer Experiment of 1932 killed at least thirteen people by injecting them with cancer viruses.
- Fort Detrick was a large, sophisticated biological warfare testing center.
- After it was determined that SV 40 caused cancer in nearly every species it was injected, cartel officials within the National Cancer Institute started the Special Virus Cancer Program (SVCP) in 1962. [A partial list of the viruses they created in labs is shown at 41:26.]
- Retrovirology included the production of AIDS-like and Ebola-like immune system destroyers for germ warfare and population control.
- Fort Detrick was made the new home of the National Cancer Institute, and headquarters for the greatest, most lucrative war ever – the war on cancer.

MSKCC is actually composed of two intimately related institutions. Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases, currently led by Physician-In-Chief, Dr. Robert Wittes, provides patient care, whose origins stemmed from a medical laboratory established on the campus of Cornell Medical Center and funded by John D. Rockefeller, in 1900. The original Memorial Hospital building was designed by Henry C. Pelton and constructed in 1939 by a group that included John J. Astor and his wife, Charlotte. Between 1970 and 1973 a new memorial hospital was built on the same site—originally donated by John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
Sloan–Kettering Institute, currently led by Dr. Thomas Kelly, is MSKCC’s basic-science research arm. The research institute was established in 1945 with a US$4 million gift from the foundation of Alfred P. Sloan, Jr. Half the gift was to fund construction of a 13-story research facility and the other half to provide annual operating expenses. Charles F. Kettering, vice president and director of research for General Motors Corporation, was to organize and apply modern American industrial research techniques to cancer research.
In addition to the Sloan grant, a public campaign to raise an additional US$3 million to US$4 million was undertaken and an important financier who stepped in at a critical juncture was the ongoing supporter Laurance Rockefeller, of the philanthropic Rockefeller family.
At the August 8, 1945 announcement, Sloan and Kettering emphasized that the dramatic news of the atomic bomb, developed with a US$2 billion research program, was a graphic illustration of what can be accomplished by scientifically organized research as practiced by American industry. If as much money and talented personnel were available as the government had for the atomic bomb, they said, very rapid progress could be made in cancer research.

The same way natural medicine was attacked and banned by the Rockefellers and their associates, natural, safe and effective cancer treatments were attacked and banned. All the population was left with to treat cancer was radiotherapy, surgery, and chemotherapy. Two of the three choices cause cancer! And chemotherapy puts people right back to a reliance on chemicals, something the makers of cancer have a monopoly on.
Chemotherapy
Chemotherapy (often abbreviated to chemo and sometimes CTX or CTx) is a category of cancer treatment that uses chemical substances, especially one or more anti-cancer drugs (chemotherapeutic agents) that are given as part of a standardized chemotherapy regimen.
-----
The first use of drugs to treat cancer was in the early 20th century, although it was not originally intended for that purpose. Mustard gas was used as a chemical warfare agent during World War I and was discovered to be a potent suppressor of hematopoiesis (blood production).[337] A similar family of compounds known as nitrogen mustards were studied further during World War II at the Yale School of Medicine.[338] It was reasoned that an agent that damaged the rapidly growing white blood cells might have a similar effect on cancer.[338] Therefore, in December 1942, several patients with advanced lymphomas (cancers of the lymphatic system and lymph nodes) were given the drug by vein, rather than by breathing the irritating gas.[338] Their improvement, although temporary, was remarkable.[339] Concurrently, during a military operation in World War II, following a German air raid on the Italian harbour of Bari, several hundred people were accidentally exposed to mustard gas, which had been transported there by the Allied forces to prepare for possible retaliation in the event of German use of chemical warfare. The survivors were later found to have very low white blood cell counts.[340] After WWII was over and the reports declassified, the experiences converged and led researchers to look for other substances that might have similar effects against cancer. The first chemotherapy drug to be developed from this line of research was mustine. Since then, many other drugs have been developed to treat cancer, and drug development has exploded into a multibillion-dollar industry, although the principles and limitations of chemotherapy discovered by the early researchers still apply.[341]

Chlormethine (INN, BAN), mechlorethamine (widely used in the US, not the USAN, however) also known as mustine and HN2 and in former USSR known as Embichin is a nitrogen mustard sold under the brand name Mustargen.
-----
Successful clinical use of chlormethine (mechlorethamine) resulted in development of the field of anticancer chemotherapy, led by Cornelius P. Rhoads at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. The drug is a nitrogen-based analogue of mustard gas (which is sulfur-based) and was derived from chemical warfare research.

The only explanation for this fact is refrigeration.

Entomological warfare
Description
Entomological warfare (EW) is a specific type of biological warfare (BW)[1] that uses insects in a direct attack or as vectors to deliver a biological agent, such as plague or cholera. Essentially, EW exists in three varieties.[2] One type of EW involves infecting insects with a pathogen and then dispersing the insects over target areas.[3] The insects then act as a vector, infecting any person or animal they might bite. Another type of EW is a direct insect attack against crops; the insect may not be infected with any pathogen but instead represents a threat to agriculture.[3] The final method of entomological warfare is to use uninfected insects, such as bees, to directly attack the enemy.[2]

Japan
Japan used entomological warfare on a large scale during World War II in China.[13] Unit 731, Japan's infamous biological warfare unit led by Lt. General Shirō Ishii, used plague-infected fleas and flies covered with cholera to infect the population in China.[13] The Japanese military dispersed the insects by spraying them from low-flying airplanes and dropping bombs filled with a mixture of insects and disease.[9] Localized and deadly epidemics resulted and nearly 500,000 Chinese died of disease.[13][14] An international symposium of historians declared in 2002 that Japanese entomological warfare in China was responsible for the deaths of 440,000.[9]
The late Ban Shigeo, a technician at the Japanese Army's 9th Technical Research Institute, left a rare and valuable account of the activities of Noborito Research Institute which was published in Rikugun Noborito Kenkyujo no shinjitsu - The Truth About the Army Nororito Institute available only in the Japanese language. Of the Japanese Army's ten numbered institutes, only the 9th Army Technical Research Institute came under the covert operations section of the Army General Staff's Second Bureau (Intelligence). On the sensitive issue of Japanese biological warfare, Ban did not shrink from including an account of his trip to Nanking in 1941 to participate in the testing of poisons on Chinese prisoners. One of his book's contributions is to further tie Noborito to the Japanese Army's infamous Unit 731, which participated in biomedical research. When the war ended, the US Army quietly enlisted certain members of Noborito in its efforts against the communist camp in the early years of the Cold War. The author notes near the end of the book that Ban led the "chemical section" of a US clandestine unit hidden within Yokosuka naval base during the Korean War, and then worked on unspecified projects inside the United States from 1955 to 1959, before returning to Japan to enter the private sector.[15] Shirō Ishii of Unit 731, having not been charged as a war criminal, also continued his work to consult with American authorities, especially during the height of the Cold War, and died in 1959 of throat cancer.[16]
In 1989, a British study of Unit 731 strongly supported the theory of United States-Japanese BW culpability in Korea. Chinese experts doggedly insist today that BW weapons created in an American-Japanese collaboration were used in the Korean war.[17]
Further evidence that Japanese continued to assist the United States Chemical, Biological warfare, as well as Radiological effects and Entomological warfare program efforts continued after the Korean war into Vietnam includes a visit to Rocky Mountain Arsenal in September of 1962 by Japanese delegation I-63.[18]

United States
The United States seriously researched the potential of entomological warfare during the Cold War. The United States military developed plans for an entomological warfare facility, designed to produce 100 million yellow fever-infected mosquitoes per month.[9] A U.S. Army report[13] titled "Entomological Warfare Target Analysis" listed vulnerable sites within the Soviet Union that the U.S. could attack using entomological vectors.[9] The military also tested the mosquito biting capacity by dropping uninfected mosquitoes over U.S. cities.[9]
North Korean and Chinese officials leveled accusations that during the Korean War the United States engaged in biological warfare, including EW, in North Korea. The claim is dated to the period of the war, and has been thoroughly denied by the U.S.[22] In 1998, Stephen Endicott and Edward Hagermann claimed that the accusations were true in their book, The United States and Biological Warfare: Secrets from the Early Cold War and Korea[7] The book received mixed reviews, some called it "bad history"[23] and "appalling",[22] while other praised the case the authors made.[23] Other historians have revived the claim in recent decades as well.[24] The same year Endicotts' book was published Kathryn Weathersby and Milton Leitenberg of the Cold War International History Project at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington released a cache of Soviet and Chinese documents which revealed the North Korean claim was an elaborate disinformation campaign.[24]
During the 1950s the United States conducted a series of field tests using entomological weapons. Operation Big Itch, in 1954, was designed to test munitions loaded with uninfected fleas (Xenopsylla cheopis).[10] Big Itch went awry when some of the fleas escaped into the plane and bit all three members of the air crew.[10] In May 1955 over 300,000 yellow fever mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti) were dropped over parts of the U.S. state of Georgia to determine if the air-dropped mosquitoes could survive to take meals from humans.[25] The mosquito tests were known as Operation Big Buzz.[14] Operation Magic Sword was a 1965 U.S. military operation designed to test the effectiveness of the sea-borne release of insect vectors for biological agents. The U.S. engaged in at least two other EW testing programs, Operation Drop Kick and Operation May Day.[25] A 1981 Army report outlined these tests as well as multiple cost-associated issues that occurred with EW.[25] The report is partially declassified — some information is blacked out, including everything concerning "Drop Kick"[25] — and included "cost per death" calculations.[3] The cost per death, according to the report, for a vector-borne biological agent achieving a 50% mortality rate in an attack on a city was $0.29 in 1976 dollars.[25] Such an attack was estimated to result in 625,000 deaths.[25]

Unit 731
Unit 731 (Japanese: 731部隊 Hepburn: Nana-san-ichi Butai?) was a covert biological and chemical warfare research and development unit of the Imperial Japanese Army that undertook lethal human experimentation during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945) of World War II. It was responsible for some of the most notorious war crimes carried out by Japan. Unit 731 was based at the Pingfang district of Harbin, the largest city in the Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo (now Northeast China).
It was officially known as the Epidemic Prevention and Water Purification Department of the Kwantung Army (関東軍防疫給水部本部 Kantōgun Bōeki Kyūsuibu Honbu?). Originally set up under the Kempeitai military police of the Empire of Japan, Unit 731 was taken over and commanded until the end of the war by General Shiro Ishii, an officer in the Kwantung Army. The facility itself was built between 1934 and 1939 and officially adopted the name "Unit 731" in 1941.
-----
The unit received generous support from the Japanese government up to the end of the war in 1945. The Nazis and Japanese conspired in their experimental efforts.[10]
Instead of being tried for war crimes, the researchers involved in Unit 731 were given immunity by the U.S. in exchange for their data on human experimentation.[11] Some were arrested by Soviet forces and tried at the Khabarovsk War Crime Trials in 1949. Americans did not try the researchers so that the information and experience gained in bio-weapons could be co-opted into the U.S. biological warfare program.[12]

Formation
In 1932, General Shirō Ishii (石井四郎 Ishii Shirō), chief medical officer of the Japanese Army and protégé of Army Minister Sadao Araki was placed in command of the Army Epidemic Prevention Research Laboratory. Ishii organized a secret research group, the "Tōgō Unit", for various chemical and biological experimentation in Manchuria. Ishii had proposed the creation of a Japanese biological and chemical research unit in 1930, after a two-year study trip abroad, on the grounds that Western powers were developing their own programs. One of Ishii's main supporters inside the army was Colonel Chikahiko Koizumi, who later became Japan's Health Minister from 1941 to 1945.

Germ warfare attacks
Prisoners were injected with inoculations of disease, disguised as vaccinations, to study their effects. To study the effects of untreated venereal diseases, male and female prisoners were deliberately infected with syphilis and gonorrhea, then studied. Prisoners were also repeatedly subject to rape by guards.[24]
Plague fleas, infected clothing, and infected supplies encased in bombs were dropped on various targets. The resulting cholera, anthrax, and plague were estimated to have killed around and possibly more than 400,000 Chinese civilians.[25] Tularemia was tested on Chinese civilians.[26]
Unit 731 and its affiliated units (Unit 1644 and Unit 100 among others) were involved in research, development, and experimental deployment of epidemic-creating biowarfare weapons in assaults against the Chinese populace (both civilian and military) throughout World War II. Plague-infested fleas, bred in the laboratories of Unit 731 and Unit 1644, were spread by low-flying airplanes upon Chinese cities, coastal Ningbo in 1940, and Changde, Hunan Province, in 1941. This military aerial spraying killed thousands of people with bubonic plague epidemics.[27]
-----
Biological warfare
Japanese researchers performed tests on prisoners with Bubonic plague, cholera, smallpox, botulism, and other diseases.[34] This research led to the development of the defoliation bacilli bomb and the flea bomb used to spread bubonic plague.[35] Some of these bombs were designed with ceramic (porcelain) shells, an idea proposed by Ishii in 1938.
These bombs enabled Japanese soldiers to launch biological attacks, infecting agriculture, reservoirs, wells, and other areas with anthrax, plague-carrier fleas, typhoid, dysentery, cholera, and other deadly pathogens.

Unit 731 was part of the Epidemic Prevention and Water Purification Department which dealt with contagious disease and water supply generally.

American grant of immunity
Among the individuals in Japan after their 1945 surrender was Lieutenant Colonel Murray Sanders, who arrived in Yokohama via the American ship Sturgess in September 1945. Sanders was a highly regarded microbiologist and a member of America's military center for biological weapons. Sanders’ duty was to investigate Japanese biological warfare activity. At the time of his arrival in Japan he had no knowledge of what Unit 731 was.[45] Until Sanders finally threatened the Japanese with bringing communism into the picture, little information about biological warfare was being shared with the Americans. The Japanese wanted to avoid the Soviet legal system so the next morning after the threat Sanders received a manuscript describing Japan's involvement in biological warfare.[46] Sanders took this information to General Douglas MacArthur, who was the Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers responsible for rebuilding Japan during the Allied occupations. MacArthur struck a deal with Japanese informants[47]—he secretly granted immunity to the physicians of Unit 731, including their leader, in exchange for providing America, but not the other wartime allies, with their research on biological warfare and data from human experimentation.[11]

Go to the web page if you want to see how outrageous their experimentations were.
Unit 731 was officially known as the Epidemic Prevention and Water Purification Department, and General Shirō Ishii was placed in command of the Army Epidemic Prevention Research Laboratory. These names are similar to the disease creating, disease spreading, human testing agencies of the US. Is this a coincidence, or is it a result of being controlled by the same people – the elite?
And you know much of that information from the Japanese went to Fort Detrick.
Shirō Ishii
Arrested by the US occupation authorities at the end of World War II, Ishii and other Unit 731 leaders were to be thoroughly interrogated by the Soviet authorities.[9] Instead Ishii and his team managed to negotiate and receive immunity in 1946 from war-crimes prosecution before the Tokyo tribunal in exchange for their full disclosure of germ warfare data based on human experimentation. Although the Soviet Russian authorities wished the prosecutions to take place, the United States objected after the reports of the investigating US microbiologists. Among these was Dr. Edwin Hill (Chief of Fort Detrick), whose report stated that the information was "absolutely invaluable", it "could never have been obtained in the United States because of scruples attached to experiments on humans", and "the information was obtained fairly cheaply".[9] On 6 May 1947, Douglas MacArthur wrote to Washington that "additional data, possibly some statements from Ishii probably can be obtained by informing Japanese involved that information will be retained in intelligence channels and will not be employed as 'War Crimes' evidence."[10] The deal was concluded in 1948.[citation needed] In this way Ishii was never prosecuted for any war crimes.
Richard Drayton, a Cambridge University history lecturer, claimed that Ishii later went to Maryland to advise on bioweapons.[11] If Ishii did travel to Maryland, it was most likely to advise at Fort Detrick, a well known major biomedical experimentation facility in Frederick, Maryland.[citation needed] Another source says he stayed in Japan, where he opened a clinic where he did examinations and treatments for free.[12]

Green Cross (Japan)
Green Cross Corporation (株式会社ミドリ十字; Kabushiki Gaisha Midori Jūji) was one of the premier pharmaceutical companies in Japan. The company merged into Yoshitomi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (吉富製薬株式会社) on April 1, 1998, and renamed to Welfide Corporation (ウェルファイド株式会社) on April 1, 2000. Finally Welfide Corp. and Mitsubishi-Tokyo Pharmaceutical Inc. (三菱東京製薬株式会社) were merged to form Mitsubishi Pharma Corporation (三菱ウェルファーマ株式会社) on October 1, 2001.
Green Cross was founded in 1950 as Japan's first commercial blood bank and became a diversified international pharmaceutical company producing ethical drugs for delivery or administration by doctors and healthcare workers. Its founders included war criminals such as Kitano Masaji who performed torture and experiments on humans in the Japanese military's notorious Unit 731 during World War II.

In the late 1980s, Green Cross and Takeshi Abe were at the center of a scandal in which up to 3,000 Japanese contracted HIV through the distribution and use of blood products which were known to be unsafe.[1][2]

The Agencies and Institutions “in place to help us”.
The following information goes into the background of some of the agencies and institutions involved in the population control agenda. Their full involvement may not be apparent at first, but as you go through this document it will become very clear.
Excepts from The National Board of Health 1879-1883 by W. G. Smillie
The idea of unified, correlated national health services had been germinating slowly since the epidemic of yellow fever in 1793. Three National Sanitary Conventions had been held from 1857 to 1860, and the question of a nation-wide quarantine service was discussed at these meetings. At the first meeting of the American Public Health Association in 1872, Dr. C.C. Cox, Health Officer of Washington D.C. gave a discourse on the necessity for a national health organization and outlined its functions and a suitable organization. In 1874 the National Association of State Health Commissioners was formed, and the obvious need for a central federal health agency became more and more apparent.
Disputes between the three national government departments that already possessed medical officers - the Army, Navy, and Marine Hospital Service - kept the idea of a central health agency of the federal government from coming about. After a yellow fever epidemic of 1878 that swept through the Mississippi Valley, the Valley states felt that their only hope against a future disaster was in a coordinated health service under national auspices.
In April, 1878, Dr. J.M. Woodworth of the Marine Hospital Service succeeded in getting a bill through Congress which conferred quarantining powers on his department, but he wasn't given appropriation to carry out the objects of his bill.
When Congress convened in 1879, the sentiment of the public unmistakable. There must be no repetition of the disaster of 1878. The Army and the Marine Hospital Service both sponsored bills relating to a National Health Department. The act that Congress finally accepted in March of 1879 was sponsored by the American Health Association and drawn by Mr. Eaton. It transferred from the Marine Hospital Service all the health duties and powers conferred upon it up to that time, including all maritime quarantine. The new act created a National Board of Health. The following men were appointed to membership: J.L. Cabell, J.S. Billings, T.J. Turner, P.H. Bailhache, S.M. Bemiss, H.I. Bowditch, R.W. Mitchell, Stephen Smith, S.F. Phillips, and T.S. Verdi.
It sent a yellow fever commission to study conditions in Cuba, with Dr. Chaille of New Orleans as Chairman and Dr. Sternberg as Secretary.
In the summer of 1880, Dr. Joseph Jones, secretary of the Louisiana Board of Health, wrote Dr. Cabell: "The Board of Health of the State of Louisiana cannot delegate its quarantine powers to any other organization, whether created by a National Congress or by other individual States." Shortly thereafter an epidemic broke out in the delta below New Orleans. Samuel Bemiss, a member of the National Board who lived in New Orleans, wrote Dr. Jones the facts in rather superior manner, stating that the National Board could be drawn upon for necessary funds for disinfectants, sanitary inspections, and for necessary equipment in order to control the epidemic. He stated just how funds were to be allotted and indicated that approval of all expenditures must, of course, be in his hands.
-----
The year 1882 was the most active and productive of the National Board of Health. The report of the year is a book nearly six inches thick devoted to various sanitary investigations that were carried out by members of the Board, or that were authorized by the Board. All states, says the report rather plaintively, are willing to cooperate with the National Board except Louisiana.
When Congress was considering the appropriation for the National Board that summer, the New Orleans press accused the Board of "manufacturing yellow fever in the Mississippi Valley".

Anyone who has studied these elite families knows that it’s highly probably that the epidemic of yellow fever in 1793 and 1878 was intentionally created to accomplish desired agendas (following the pattern of what’s typically called “problem, reaction, solution”).
United States Public Health Service
History
The origins of the Public Health Service can be traced to the passage, by the 5th Congress of the United States, of "An Act for the Relief of Sick and Disabled Seamen" in 1798. This act created Marine Hospitals to care for sick seamen. They were initially located along the East Coast, at the harbors of the major port cities, with Boston being the site of the first such facility, followed later by others including in the Baltimore vicinity at Curtis Bay.[4]
At the time this act was passed the east coast was the only shore with harbors. As the boundaries of the United States expanded, and harbors were built on other coasts, so too were marine hospitals. In the 1830s and 1840s they were built along inland waterways, the Great Lakes, and the Gulf of Mexico. After the acquisition of the Oregon Territory (1846) and California (1848) hospitals were built in 1850s at Pacific Coast harbors.[4]
Funding for the hospitals was provided by a mandatory tax of about 1% of the wages of all maritime sailors.[4][5]
A reorganization in 1870 converted the loose network of locally controlled marine hospitals into a centrally controlled Marine Hospital Service, with its headquarters in Washington, D.C. The position of Supervising Surgeon (later titled the Surgeon General) was created to administer the Service, and John Maynard Woodworth, (1837-1879), was appointed as the first incumbent in 1871. He moved quickly to reform the system and adopted a military model for his medical staff; putting his physicians in uniforms, and instituting examinations for applicants. Woodworth created a cadre of mobile, career service physicians, who could be assigned as needed to the various Marine Hospitals. The commissioned officer corps was established by legislation in 1889, and signed by 22nd/24th President Grover Cleveland. At first open only to physicians, over the course of the 20th Century, the Corps expanded to include veterinarians, dentists, physician assistants, sanitary engineers, pharmacists, nurses, environmental health officers, scientists, and other types of health professionals. It is now known as the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
The scope of activities of the Marine Hospital Service also began to expand well beyond the care of merchant seamen in the closing decades of the nineteenth century, beginning with the control of infectious disease. Starting in the mid-14th century, ships entering harbors were quarantined when any of the crew was sick. This practice was normal procedure at United States harbors, with guarantine originally a function of the individual states, rather than of the Federal Government. The National Quarantine Act of 1878 vested quarantine authority to the Marine Hospital Service. and the National Board of Health.[6] The National Board was not reauthorized by Congress in 1883 and its powers reverted to the Marine Hospital Service.[6] Over the next half a century, the Marine Hospital Service increasingly took over quarantine functions from individual state authorities.
As immigration increased dramatically in the late 19th Century, the Federal Government also took over the processing of immigrants from the individual states, beginning in 1891. The Marine Hospital Service was assigned the responsibility for the medical inspection of arriving immigrants at sites such as Ellis Island in New York Harbor. Commissioned officers played a major role in fulfilling the Service's commitment to prevent disease from entering the country.
Because of the broadening responsibilities of the Service, its name was changed in 1902 to the "Public Health and Marine Hospital Service". As the emphasis of its responsibilities shifted from sailors to general public health and with the decommissioning of various old marine hospitals the name was changed again, in 1912, to just the "Public Health Service" (PHS). The Service continued to expand its public health activities as the Nation entered the 20th Century, with the PHS's Commissioned Corps leading the way. As the century progressed, commissioned officers of the PHS served their country by controlling the spread of contagious diseases such as smallpox and yellow fever, conducting important biomedical research, regulating the food and drug supply, providing health care to underserved groups, supplying medical assistance in the aftermath of disasters, and in numerous other ways.
Today the mission of the Commissioned Corps of the PHS is "Protecting, promoting, and advancing the health and safety of the Nation."

Seal of United States Public Health Service
John Maynard Woodworth
John Maynard Woodworth (August 15, 1837 – March 14, 1879) was an American physician and member of the Woodworth political family. He served as the first Supervising-Surgeon General under U.S. president Ulysses S. Grant, then changed to Surgeon General of the United States Marine Hospital Service from 1871 to 1879.
-----
The Marine Hospital Service thus moved into public health activities under Woodworth, paving the way for its later evolution into the Public Health Service.
Woodworth also designed the seal of the Service, which he first used on a publication that he authored in 1874 on Nomenclature of Diseases. The seal consisted of a fouled anchor, to represent the seamen cared for by the Service, and the caduceus of Mercury.
Woodworth political family
The Woodworth political family is a collection of American and Canadian politicians who descend directly from colonial settler Walter Woodworth. They rose to prominence in the 19th century, serving in several states, in the United States House of Representatives, the Canadian House of Commons, and included America's first Surgeon General. In the modern era, two United States Presidents claim lineage to Walter.[1][2][3][4]

United States Public Health Service
Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Black Male
In 1932, the Public Health Service, working with the Tuskegee Institute in Tuskegee, Alabama, began a study to record the natural history of syphilis in hopes of justifying treatment programs for blacks. It was called the "Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male".
The study initially involved 600 black men – 399 with syphilis, 201 who did not have the disease. The study was conducted without the benefit of patients' informed consent. Researchers told the men they were being treated for "bad blood," a local term referring to several ailments, including syphilis, anemia, and fatigue. In truth, they did not receive the proper treatment needed to cure their illness. In exchange for taking part in the study, the men received free medical exams, free meals, and burial insurance. Although originally projected to last 6 months, the study actually went on for 40 years. Penicillin - which can be used to treat syphilis - was discovered in the 1940s. However, the study continued and treatment was never given to the subjects. Because of this, it has been called "arguably the most 'infamous' biomedical research study in U.S. history."[7]
Syphilis Studies in Guatemala
A USPHS physician who took part in the 1932-1972 Tuskegee program, John Charles Cutler, was in charge of the U.S. government's syphilis experiments in Guatemala, in which in the Central American Republic of Guatemala, Guatemalan prisoners, soldiers, orphaned children, and others were deliberately infected with syphilis and other sexually-transmitted diseases from 1946-1948, in order to scientifically study the disease, in a project funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health of the United States in Bethesda, Maryland.

Didn’t they infect people then let some them live their lives infecting other people, and those people other people? If you do a “study” such as the syphilis experiments mentioned, you’re not only studying and infecting the people who were the initial test subjects, you’re spreading disease throughout the population they live in. And there’s no way those who did it didn’t know that. So, they know that they are spreading disease.
“After taking part in the Tuskegee experiment, John Cutler, a US Public Health Service physician, ran the US syphilis experiments in Guatemala, which were funded by National Institute of Health (US). The experiments were carried out with the cooperation of some Guatemalan health ministries and officials.”

Take note of how they were able to do this in another country.
So, you have the US Public Health Service and the National Institute of Health spreading diseases.
Additional information on the study:
The study appears to have ended in 1948, partly because of medical “gossip” about the work, and partly because penicillin was very costly. However, some follow-up laboratory testing and patient observation continued until the early 1950s.
Additionally, similar research was also conducted on the transmission and prophylaxis of gonorrhea and chancroid.[7] The subjects for all of the STD experiments consisted of female sex workers, prisoners, soldiers, and mental hospital patients; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention acknowledges that "the design and conduct of the studies was unethical in many respects, including deliberate exposure of subjects to known serious health threats, lack of knowledge of and consent for experimental procedures by study subjects, and the use of highly vulnerable populations."[7]
Apology and response
In October 2010, the U.S. government formally apologized and announced that the violation of human rights in that medical research was still to be condemned, regardless of how much time had passed.[8][9] [10]In a joint statement, Hillary Clinton and Kathleen Sebelius said:
Although these events occurred more than 64 years ago, we are outraged that such reprehensible research could have occurred under the guise of public health. We deeply regret that it happened, and we apologize to all the individuals who were affected by such abhorrent research practices. The conduct exhibited during the study does not represent the values of the US, or our commitment to human dignity and great respect for the people of Guatemala.[11]
President Barack Obama apologized to President Álvaro Colom, who had called these experiments "a crime against humanity".[12]
"It is clear from the language of the report that the U.S. researchers understood the profoundly unethical nature of the study. In fact the Guatemalan syphilis study was being carried out just as the “Doctors’ Trial” was unfolding at Nuremberg (December 1946 – August 1947), when 23 German physicians stood trial for participating in Nazi programs to euthanize or medically experiment on concentration camp prisoners."[13]

Read this selection from the article on Birth Control in the United States and note that WWI was in early 1900’s: “A major turning point for the movement came during World War I, when many U.S. servicemen were diagnosed with venereal diseases. The government's response included an anti-venereal disease campaign that framed sexual intercourse and contraception as issues of public health and legitimate topics of scientific research. This was the first time a U.S. government institution had engaged in a sustained, public discussion of sexual matters; as a consequence, contraception transformed from an issue of morals to an issue of public health.” It is possible that they were intentionally infected to further the birth control/population control agenda. If you recall, a US Public Health Service physician who took part in the 1932-1972 Tuskegee program, John Charles Cutler, was in charge of the U.S. government's syphilis experiments in Guatemala, in which in the Central American Republic of Guatemala, Guatemalan prisoners, soldiers, orphaned children, female sex workers, and mental hospital patients were deliberately infected with syphilis and other sexually-transmitted diseases from 1946-1948. Soldiers and female sex workers were infected with sexually-transmitted diseases …. And it occurred in the Central American Republic of Guatemala.
National Institutes of Health
History
NIH's roots extend back to a Marine Hospital Service in the late 1790s that provided medical relief to sick and disabled men in the U.S. Navy. By 1870, a network of marine hospitals had developed and was placed under the charge of a medical officer within the Bureau of the Treasury Department. In the late 1870s, Congress allocated funds to investigate the causes of epidemics like cholera and yellow fever, and it created the National Board of Health, making medical research an official government initiative.[6]
In 1887, a laboratory for the study of bacteria, the Hygienic Laboratory, was established at the Marine Hospital in New York.[7][8] In the early 1900s, Congress began appropriating funds for the Marine Hospital Service. By 1922, this organization changed its name to Public Health Services and established a Special Cancer Investigations laboratory at Harvard Medical School. This marked the beginning of a partnership with universities. In 1930, the Hygienic Laboratory was re-designated as the National Institute of Health by the Ransdell Act and was given $750,000 to construct two NIH buildings. Over the next few decades, Congress would increase its funding tremendously to the NIH, and various institutes and centers within the NIH were created for specific research programs.[9] In 1944, the Public Health Service Act was approved, and National Cancer Institute became a division of NIH. In 1948, the name changed from National Institute of Health to National Institutes of Health.

A laboratory for the study of bacteria, the Hygienic Laboratory, was “re-designated” as the National Institute of Health. A laboratory for bacteria became the National Institute of Health? In 1944, National Cancer Institute became a division of NIH, who, a couple of years later, funded the STD experiments in Guatemala. But they wouldn’t intentionally spread cancer would they? In case you forgot, the Rockefeller Institute’s Puerto Rican Cancer Experiment of 1932 killed at least thirteen people by injecting them with cancer viruses.
Joseph J. Kinyoun
Joseph James Kinyoun MD (November 25, 1860 – February 14, 1919) was founder and first director 1887-1899 of the United States' Hygienic Laboratory, the predecessor of the National Institutes of Health.[1]

Kinyoun was educated at St. Louis Medical College and graduated from Bellevue Medical College in 1882. He did postdoctoral studies in pathology and bacteriology at the Carnegie Laboratory[3] and in Europe under Robert Koch. He was awarded a Ph.D. from Georgetown University in 1896.

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is one of the 27 institutes and centers that make up the National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). NIAID's mission is to conduct basic and applied research to better understand, treat, and prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases.[1]
NIAID has "intramural" (in-house) laboratories in Maryland and Montana, and funds research conducted by scientists at institutions in the United States and throughout the world. NIAID also works closely with partners in academia, industry, government, and non-governmental organizations in multifaceted and multidisciplinary efforts to address emerging health challenges such as the pandemic H1N1/09 virus.
History
NIAID traces its origins to a small laboratory established in 1887 at the Marine Hospital on Staten Island, New York (now the Bayley Seton Hospital).[2] Officials of the Marine Hospital Service in New York decided to open a research laboratory to study the link between microscopic organisms and infectious diseases. Dr. Joseph J. Kinyoun, a medical officer with the Marine Hospital Service, was selected to create this laboratory, which he called a "laboratory of hygiene."[3]
Kinyoun's lab was renamed the Hygienic Laboratory in 1891 and moved to Washington, D.C., where Congress authorized it to investigate "infectious and contagious diseases and matters pertaining to the public health."[4] With the passage of the Ransdell Act in 1930, the Hygienic Laboratory became the National Institute of Health. In 1937, the Rocky Mountain Laboratory, then part of the United States Public Health Service, was transferred to Division of Infectious Diseases, part of the NIH.
In mid-1948, the National Institute of Health became the National Institutes of Health (NIH) with the creation of four new institutes.[5] On October 8, 1948, the Rocky Mountain Laboratory and the Biologics Control Laboratory were joined with the NIH Division of Infectious Diseases and Division of Tropical Diseases to form the National Microbiological Institute. In 1955, Congress changed the name of the National Microbiological Institute to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to reflect the inclusion of allergy and immunology research. That change became effective on December 29, 1955.[6]

While reading, take note of what was being done, how it was being done, what was being used, and by whom. And please note, this is most definitely not the extent of the experiments and purposeful infections.
Unethical human experimentation in the United States
From 1913 to 1951, Dr. Leo Stanley, chief surgeon at the San Quentin Prison, performed a wide variety of experiments on hundreds of prisoners at San Quentin. Many of the experiments involved testicular implants, where Stanley would take the testicles out of executed prisoners and surgically implant them into living prisoners. In other experiments, he attempted to implant the testicles of rams, goats, and boars into living prisoners. Stanley also performed various eugenics experiments, and forced sterilizations on San Quentin prisoners.[8] Stanley believed that his experiments would rejuvenate old men, control crime (which he believed had biological causes), and prevent the "unfit" from reproducing.[8][9]

Pathogens, disease, and biological warfare agents
Late 19th century
In the 1880s, in Hawaii, a California physician working at a hospital for lepers injected six girls under the age of 12 with syphilis.[7]
In 1895, New York City pediatrician Henry Heiman intentionally infected two mentally disabled boys—one four-year-old and one sixteen-year-old—with gonorrhea as part of a medical experiment. A review of the medical literature of the late 19th and early 20th centuries found more than 40 reports of experimental infections with gonorrheal culture, including some where gonorrheal organisms were applied to the eyes of sick children.[7][10][11]
U.S Army doctors in the Philippines infected five prisoners with bubonic plague and induced beriberi in 29 prisoners; four of the test subjects died as a result.[12][13] In 1906, Professor Richard Strong of Harvard University intentionally infected 24 Filipino prisoners with cholera, which had somehow become contaminated with plague. He did this without the consent of the patients, and without informing them of what he was doing. All of the subjects became sick and 13 died.[13][14]
Early 20th century
In 1908, three Philadelphia researchers infected dozens of children with tuberculin at the St. Vincent's House orphanage in Philadelphia, causing permanent blindness in some of the children and painful lesions and inflammation of the eyes in many of the others. In the study they refer to the children as "material used".[15]
In 1909, F. C. Knowles released a study describing how he had deliberately infected two children in an orphanage with Molluscum contagiosum after an outbreak in the orphanage, in order to study the disease.[7]
In 1911, Dr. Hideyo Noguchi of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research injected 146 hospital patients (some of whom were children) with syphilis. He was later sued by the parents of some of the child subjects, who allegedly contracted syphilis as a result of his experiments.[16]
The Tuskegee syphilis experiment[17] was a clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama, by the U.S. Public Health Service. In the experiment, 400 impoverished black males who had syphilis were offered "treatment" by the researchers, who did not tell the test subjects that they had syphilis and did not give them treatment for the disease, but rather just studied them to chart the progress of the disease. By 1947, penicillin became available as treatment, but those running the study prevented study participants from receiving treatment elsewhere, lying to them about their true condition, so that they could observe the effects of syphilis on the human body. By the end of the study in 1972, only 74 of the test subjects were alive. 28 of the original 399 men had died of syphilis, 100 were dead of related complications, 40 of their wives had been infected, and 19 of their children were born with congenital syphilis. The study was not shut down until 1972, when its existence was leaked to the press, forcing the researchers to stop in the face of a public outcry.[18]
1940s
In 1941, at the University of Michigan, virologists Thomas Francis, Jonas Salk and other researchers deliberately infected patients at several Michigan mental institutions with the influenza virus by spraying the virus into their nasal passages.[19] Francis Payton Rous, based at the Rockefeller Institute and editor of the Journal of Experimental Medicine, wrote the following to Francis regarding the experiments:
"It may save you much trouble if you publish your paper... elsewhere than in the Journal of Experimental Medicine. The Journal is under constant scrutiny by the anti-vivisectionists who would not hesitate to play up the fact that you used for your tests human beings of a state institution. That the tests were wholly justified goes without saying."[20]
Rous closely monitored the articles he published since the 1930s, when revival of the anti-vivisectionist movement raised pressure against certain human experimentation.[21]
In 1941 Dr. William C. Black inoculated with herpes a twelve-month-old baby "offered as a volunteer". He submitted his research to The Journal of Experimental Medicine and it was rejected on ethical grounds. The editor of the Journal of Experimental Medicine, Francis Payton Rous, called the experiment "an abuse of power, an infringement of the rights of an individual, and not excusable because the illness which followed had implications for science."[22][23][24] The study was later published in the Journal of Pediatrics.[25]
The Stateville Penitentiary was the site of a controlled study of the effects of malaria on the prisoners of Stateville Penitentiary near Joliet, Illinois beginning in the 1940s. The study was conducted by the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago in conjunction with the United States Army and the State Department. At the Nuremberg trials, Nazi doctors cited the precedent of the malaria experiments as part of their defense.[26][27] The study continued at Stateville Penitentiary for 29 years. In related studies from 1944 to 1946, Dr. Alf Alving, a professor at the University of Chicago Medical School, purposely infected psychiatric patients at the Illinois State Hospital with malaria, so that he could test experimental treatments on them.[28]
In a 1946 to 1948 study in Guatemala, U.S. researchers used prostitutes to infect prison inmates, insane asylum patients, and Guatemalan soldiers with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, in order to test the effectiveness of penicillin in treating the STDs. They later tried infecting people with "direct inoculations made from syphilis bacteria poured into the men's penises and on forearms and faces that were slightly abraded . . . or in a few cases through spinal punctures". Approximately 700 people were infected as part of the study (including orphan children). The study was sponsored by the Public Health Service, the National Institutes of Health and the Pan American Health Sanitary Bureau (now the World Health Organization's Pan American Health Organization) and the Guatemalan government. The team was led by John Charles Cutler, who later participated in the Tuskegee syphilis experiments. Cutler chose to do the study in Guatemala because he would not have been permitted to do it in the United States. In 2010 when the research was revealed, the US officially apologized to Guatemala for the studies.[29][30][31][32] A lawsuit has been launched against Johns Hopkins University, Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Rockefeller Foundation for alleged involvement in the study.[33]
1950s
In 1950, in order to conduct a simulation of a biological warfare attack, the U.S. Navy sprayed large quantities of the bacteria Serratia marcescens – considered harmless at this time – over the city of San Francisco. Numerous citizens contracted pneumonia-like illnesses, and at least one person died as a result.[34][35][36][37][38][39] The family of the man who died sued the government for gross negligence, but a federal judge ruled in favor of the government in 1981.[40] Serratia tests were continued until at least 1969.[41]
Also in 1950, Dr. Joseph Stokes of the University of Pennsylvania deliberately infected 200 female prisoners with viral hepatitis.[42]
From the 1950s to 1972, mentally disabled children at the Willowbrook State School in Staten Island, New York were intentionally infected with viral hepatitis, for research whose purpose was to help discover a vaccine.[43] From 1963 to 1966, Saul Krugman of New York University promised the parents of mentally disabled children that their children would be enrolled into Willowbrook in exchange for signing a consent form for procedures that he claimed were "vaccinations." In reality, the procedures involved deliberately infecting children with viral hepatitis by feeding them an extract made from the feces of patients infected with the disease.[44][45]
In 1952, Chester M. Southam, a Sloan-Kettering Institute researcher, injected live cancer cells into prisoners at the Ohio State Prison. Also at Sloan-Kettering, 300 healthy women were injected with live cancer cells without being told. The doctors stated that they knew at the time that it might cause cancer.[46]
In 1955, the CIA allegedly conducted a biological warfare experiment where they released whooping cough bacteria from boats outside of Tampa Bay, Florida, causing a whooping cough epidemic in the city, and killing at least 12 people.[47][48][49] However, some have expressed improbability and lack of evidence for this claim.[50]
During the 1950s the United States conducted a series of field tests using entomological weapons. Operation Big Itch, in 1954, was designed to test munitions loaded with uninfected fleas (Xenopsylla cheopis). In May 1955 over 300,000 uninfected mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti) were dropped over parts of the U.S. state of Georgia to determine if the air-dropped mosquitoes could survive to take meals from humans. The mosquito tests were known as Operation Big Buzz. The U.S. engaged in at least two other EW testing programs, Operation Drop Kick and Operation May Day.
1960s
In 1963, 22 elderly patients at the Jewish Chronic Disease Hospital in Brooklyn, New York were injected with live cancer cells by Chester M. Southam, who in 1952 had done the same to prisoners at the Ohio State Prison, in order to "discover the secret of how healthy bodies fight the invasion of malignant cells". The administration of the hospital attempted to cover the study up, but the New York medical licensing board ultimately placed Southam on probation for one year. Two years later, the American Cancer Society elected him as their Vice President.[51]
-----
During the Nuremberg Medical Trials, several of the Nazi doctors and scientists who were being tried for their human experiments cited past unethical studies performed in the United States in their defense, namely the Chicago malaria experiments conducted by Dr. Joseph Goldberger.[12][51] Subsequent investigation led to a report by Andrew Conway Ivy, who testified that the research was "an example of human experiments which were ideal because of their conformity with the highest ethical standards of human experimentation".[173] The trials contributed to the formation of the Nuremberg Code in an effort to prevent such abuses.[174]
A secret AEC document dated April 17, 1947, titled Medical Experiments in Humans stated: "It is desired that no document be released which refers to experiments with humans that might have an adverse reaction on public opinion or result in legal suits. Documents covering such fieldwork should be classified Secret."[60]
At the same time, the Public Health Service was instructed to tell citizens downwind from bomb tests that the increases in cancers were due to neurosis, and that women with radiation sickness, hair loss, and burned skin were suffering from "housewife syndrome".[60]

Three of the incidents stand out and should tell you something about the institutions involved:
1. In 1952, Chester M. Southam, a Sloan-Kettering Institute researcher, injected live cancer cells into prisoners at the Ohio State Prison. Also at Sloan-Kettering, 300 healthy women were injected with live cancer cells without being told. The doctors stated that they knew at the time that it might cause cancer.

Simon Flexner
Simon Flexner, M.D. ForMemRS[1] (March 25, 1863 in Louisville, Kentucky – May 2, 1946) was a physician, scientist, administrator, and professor of experimental pathology at the University of Pennsylvania (1899–1903). He served as the first director of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (1901–1935) (later developed as Rockefeller University) and a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation. He was also a friend and adviser to John D. Rockefeller, Jr..
Among Flexner's most important achievements are studies into poliomyelitis and the development of serum treatment for meningitis. Among his lab assistants were Hideyo Noguchi and Cornelius Rhoads, later directors of Memorial Hospital and the Sloan-Kettering Institute, respectively.

And in case you don’t recall:
“In 1911, Dr. Hideyo Noguchi of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research injected 146 hospital patients (some of whom were children) with syphilis. He was later sued by the parents of some of the child subjects, who allegedly contracted syphilis as a result of his experiments.”
Excerpts from Rockefeller Sanitary Commission (RSC)
“The Rockefeller Sanitary Commission for the Eradication of Hookworm Disease (RSC) was a separate organization created to eradicate hookworm disease in the American South. The work of the RSC was the first major attempt at disease eradication, and it provided a model for future work of the Rockefeller Foundation (RF) and its associated organizations, like the International Health Division (IHD).”
“The RSC was formed in 1909 with a donation from John D. Rockefeller, Sr., of $1 million over five years. The stated object of the commission, according to its by-laws, was ‘ … to bring about a co-operative movement of the medical profession, public health officials, boards of trade, churches, schools, the press and other agencies for the cure and prevention of hookworm disease.’ However, eradication of hookworm was not the RSC’s only goal. This rampant yet easily curable disease provided what was described as a ‘favorable wedge,’ allowing the RSC to promote the creation of an organized and well-funded public health network across the southern United States, a region where health programs had long been neglected. A 1939 RF report tracing the development of rural health services noted that when the RSC began its work, one of the most serious obstacles was the lack of organized public health services in rural districts. In 1909 only three states in the South had a state department of health, and only a few cities had full time health officers.”
“Through health surveys, traveling dispensaries for treatment and lectures and demonstrations on disease prevention and sanitation, the RSC hoped to create a model that would convince southern states that public health issues were vitally important.”

The framework, or structural foundation, for population control was laid.
Also critical in the development of the International Health Division, and all that Rockefellers were doing, was Frederick T. Gates.
International Health Division
The International Health Division of the Rockefeller Foundation (also known as the International Health Board (1916-1927) and the International Health Commission (1913-1916)) was an early public health entity which conducted campaigns against malaria, yellow fever, and hookworm in areas throughout Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean including Italy, France, Venezuela, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Founded in 1913, it succeeded the Rockefeller Sanitary Commission.
The first director was Wickliffe Rose, followed by F.F. Russell in 1923, Wilbur Sawyer in 1935, and George Strode in 1944. A number of notable physicians and field scientists worked on the international campaigns, including Lewis Hackett, Hideyo Noguchi, Juan Guiteras, George C. Payne, Livingston Farrand, Cornelius P. Rhoads, and William B. Castle.
The World Health Organization, seen as a successor to the IHD, was formed in 1948, and the IHD was subsumed by the larger Rockefeller Foundation in 1951, discontinuing its overseas work.
Source:
- The International Health Division (IHD) was also known as the International Health Board (IHB).
The World Health Organization was probably seen as the successor to the IHD because the IHD, along with other Rockefeller international health organizations, led to the creation of the League of Nations Health Organization, which became the World Health Organization.
Yellow fever
During 1920–1923, the Rockefeller Foundation’s International Health Board (IHB) undertook an expensive and successful yellow fever eradication campaign in Mexico. The IHB gained the respect of Mexico’s federal government because of the success. The eradication of yellow fever strengthened the relationship between the US and Mexico, which had not been very good in the past. The eradication of yellow fever was also a major step toward better global health.[66]
In 1927, scientists isolated the yellow fever virus in West Africa.[67] Following this, two vaccines were developed in the 1930s. The vaccine 17D was developed by the South African microbiologist Max Theiler at the Rockefeller Institute in New York City. This vaccine was widely used by the U.S. Army during World War II.[42] Following the work of Ernest Goodpasture, Theiler used chicken eggs to culture the virus and won a Nobel Prize in 1951 for this achievement.

This was the early 1900’s.
Here’s a recap of some of the previous information in this document:
- The idea of unified, correlated national health services had been germinating slowly since the epidemic of yellow fever in 1793.
- After a yellow fever epidemic of 1878 that swept through the Mississippi Valley, the Valley states felt that their only hope against a future disaster was in a coordinated health service under national auspices.
- In the late 1870s, Congress allocated funds to investigate the causes of epidemics like cholera and yellow fever, and it created the National Board of Health.
- In the summer of 1880, Dr.
- When Congress was considering the appropriation for the National Board that summer, the New Orleans press accused the Board of "manufacturing yellow fever in the Mississippi Valley".
Did they cause the yellow fever epidemics in Mexico?
Excerpts from Yellow Fever
“Before World War II, the IHD expended half of its budget on yellow fever programs, which culminated in the development of a successful yellow fever vaccine. This funding also contributed to the building of a wide and effective network of research laboratories, as well as the development of important scientific careers through support for individual fellowships.”
“Concern about the spread of yellow fever prompted Rockefeller Foundation (RF) interest in eradicating yellow fever. After Gorgas’ success in mosquito control in Panama, the RF recruited him in 1916 to chair the newly formed Yellow Fever Commission and to direct its efforts in eradication. Gorgas focused on vector control. He aimed to destroy mosquito breeding grounds in key communities, or ‘seedbeds,’ where the aedes aegypti mosquitoes lived alongside a non-immune population. The first successful IHD campaign in yellow fever eradication took place in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
More ambitious projects were to follow. One of the most significant campaigns began in 1923 when the Brazilian Government requested IHD assistance in its efforts to eradicate yellow fever. For the next 17 years the IHD took the lead role in this campaign and even after the Brazilian Government took charge of the program in 1940, the IHD remained involved, contributing major support towards the cost of field work and lab tests.
Although its early work in yellow fever was concentrated in South America, the IHD began to redirect a large portion of its funding to Africa in 1929. In that year the agency established its first African research laboratory in Lagos, Nigeria, and created the West Africa Yellow Fever Commission.
As with other IHD initiatives, efforts to combat yellow fever in the field complemented efforts in the laboratory to develop new cures for the disease. In 1925, a promising yellow fever vaccine was being tested in the labs of the Rockefeller Institute in New York. The vaccine was developed by Hideyo Noguchi, a respected Rockefeller scientist who had earlier made advancements in the study of syphilis and Oroya fever. In this case, however, Noguchi had erred.”
“Max Theiler, who came to the IHD in 1930, worked intensively on the development of a yellow fever vaccine in the IHD’s New York laboratories and by 1936, he and his associates had developed an effective vaccine. The IHD funded the first field trials of the vaccine in Brazil in 1937, and following the success of these trials, the RF funded large-scale manufacturing of the vaccine. Theiler’s 17D vaccine remains the primary vaccine against yellow fever, and Theiler would go on to win the Nobel Prize in 1951 for his work.”
“Following the war, and the administration of 34,000,000 vaccines (funded by the RF), the manufacture and distribution of the yellow fever vaccine passed from the RF to the United States Public Health Service, as well as other international institutions and government agencies. While the IHD continued working on yellow fever, largely focusing on prevention rather than cure, the importance of yellow fever research waned.
The success of the yellow fever research and vaccination campaign had an immense impact on the reputation and direction of the IHD. Disease identification and the development of vaccines solidified the IHD record of producing high quality research, and the discovery of the yellow fever vaccine appeared to validate the IHD’s decision to shift its priorities from the development of public health institutions toward the funding of scientific research.”

Excerpts from The Wilbur A. Sawyer Papers – From Hookworm to Yellow Fever: Rockefeller Foundation, 1919-1927
“There were not yet any large federal or international health agencies to help fund public health studies and carry out control programs. But the Rockefeller Foundation (RF), established in 1913, had initiated such public health projects in America and abroad to eliminate debilitating diseases such as hookworm infection. The foundation's International Health Division (IHD) provided initial funding and personnel, but required that local governments contribute a portion of these as well, with the ultimate goal of building self-sufficient public health programs. (The RF also funded schools of medicine, nursing, and public health to provide trained staff for public health programs.)”
“Sawyer and his family (which now included a son born in 1921) returned to the U.S. in 1924 (by way of India, Egypt, Palestine, and Europe). That fall, he was appointed Director of Laboratories, replacing Dr. Frederick F. Russell, who had become director of the International Health Division. One of the foundation's many missions was to assist in the development of county and municipal public health laboratories in the United States and abroad. These were often, though not always, adjuncts to the RF hookworm and malaria control projects. As Director of Laboratories, Sawyer initiated the establishment of such laboratories and also visited periodically to assess their operations. He also spent considerable time conferring with other public health officials, promoting cooperation between government and private public health organizations, and developing strategies for disease control efforts.”

What was going on was similar to how a military sets up bases for a future campaign.
Take a look at what they were doing in China:
Excerpts from The Fred L. Soper Papers – Fighting Yellow Fever and Malaria in Brazil, 1928-1942
“When Fred Soper became the Rockefeller Foundation's regional representative in late 1927, Brazil's Federal Yellow Fever Service (established ca. 1917) had yellow fever under control in most areas, and had been working with the Rockefeller Foundation's Yellow Fever Commission to eliminate what was thought to be the last vestiges of the disease.”
“In May 1928 yellow fever broke out in Rio de Janeiro--which had been free of the disease for 20 years--and subsequently in many other parts of Brazil. The Cooperative Yellow Fever Service (CYFS), combining efforts of local, federal, and RF health teams, was formed in early 1929. Soper (as Rockefeller Foundation representative) and Dr. Clementino Fraga, Director of Brazil's National Department of Public Health, directed the new agency.”
“While Soper and the CYFS were advancing both control and understanding of yellow fever, another serious disease threat appeared in northeastern Brazil. Anopheles gambiae mosquitoes, the most efficient malaria vectors, were indigenous to Africa. But in 1930, Raymond Shannon, a Rockefeller Foundation entomologist, discovered that gambiae (apparently recently arrived from Africa) were breeding in Natal, Brazil. Three weeks later, a severe outbreak of malaria was underway there. Soper urged Brazilian authorities, including the President, to eradicate the gambiae while their numbers were still small, but nothing was done immediately. In 1931, the CYFS was asked to help with eradication efforts in Natal; these efforts were successful by 1932, but the campaign was not carried inland. Meanwhile, yellow fever eradication kept everyone busy, including Soper, and no serious outbreaks of malaria were reported.
As Soper later wrote, the Brazilian authorities and the CYFS directors misjudged badly when they failed to follow up their successes in 1932. Epidemic malaria appeared in Ceará in April 1938, and a gambiae survey begun in October showed that the mosquitoes had become established far into the interior. In January 1939, the Malaria Service of the Northeast (MSNE) was established by Brazil's government, with Rockefeller Foundation contracted to administer the program, and freely share personnel and resources with the CYFS. Soper was chief of both services.”

Excerpt from Brief History of Malaria Control in War Areas program
“To assist the Army in solving problems with malaria, the Public Health Service in the spring of 1941 detailed Dr. Louis L. Williams, Jr., its chief specialist in mosquito-borne diseases, as liaison officer to the Fourth Service Command of the Army in Atlanta, Georgia. Most malaria in the United States was in the area of this command. Dr. Williams drafted the plan of field organization for malaria control in military areas. The Public Health Service also assigned engineers [and] entomologists to certain state health departments to assist with malaria control in defense areas. Thus in 1941, with no funds as authority for organization, the Public Health Service did what was possible to provide protection against malaria.
Finally, with strong support from the War Department, the Public Health Service received an appropriation in 1942 to operate a program for malaria control in war areas in 15 southeastern states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other Caribbean areas controlled by the United States.
Thus was born the Office of Malaria Control in War Areas (MCWA), with headquarters in Atlanta. Dr. Williams was in charge, assisted by sanitary engineer officer Mark D. Hollis, Harry G. Hanson, and Wesley Gilbertson. Later they were joined by Stanley B. Freeborn, a medical entomologist.”

Dr. Williams retired in 1953 after 38 years with PHS and five years as chief of its Division of International Health.
He was a delegate to a number of international health conferences, including the 1946 New York conference at which the World Health Organization was established.
Born in Hampton, Va., Dr. Williams received his M.D. in 1913 from the University of Virginia. In 1926 he was put in charge of PHS’ malaria investigations at the National Institute of Health, which he headed until 1940.
Dr. Williams served as chief of the Malaria Commission to the China-Burma Highway, and in 1942-43 he organized and directed malaria-control programs around soldiers’ camps and war plants.
As PHS Liaison Officer to the State Department from 1945 to 1948, Dr. Williams helped organize State’s International Health Affairs Branch. In 1947 he was a delegate to the Pan American Sanitary Conference in Caracas and a member of the organizing committee for the Fourth International Congress on Tropical Medicine.
From 1954 to 1963 Dr. Williams served as a consultant to the Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization. He was a former president of both the National Malaria Committee and the American Society of Tropical Medicine and had lectured at the Medical College of Virginia, George Washington University, Johns Hopkins University and Harvard.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
History
The Communicable Diseases Center was founded July 1, 1946, as the successor to the World War II Malaria Control in War Areas program[7] of the Office of National Defense Malaria Control Activities.[8] Preceding its founding, organizations with global influence in malaria control were the Malaria Commission of the League of Nations and the Rockefeller Foundation.[9] The Rockefeller Foundation greatly supported malaria control,[9] sought to have the governments take over some of its efforts, and collaborated with the agency.[10]
The new agency was a branch of the U.S. Public Health Service and Atlanta was chosen as the location because malaria was endemic in the Southern United States.[11] The agency changed names (see infobox on top) before adopting the name Communicable Disease Center in 1946. Offices were located on the sixth floor of the Volunteer Building on Peachtree Street. With a budget at the time of about $1 million, 59 percent of its personnel were engaged in mosquito abatement and habitat control with the objective of control and eradication of malaria in the United States[12] (see National Malaria Eradication Program).
Among its 369 employees, the main jobs at CDC were originally entomology and engineering. In CDC's initial years, more than six and a half million homes were sprayed, mostly with DDT. In 1946, there were only seven medical officers on duty and an early organization chart was drawn, somewhat fancifully, in the shape of a mosquito. Under Joseph Mountin, the CDC continued to advocate for public health issues and pushed to extend its responsibilities to many other communicable diseases.[13] In 1947, the CDC made a token payment of $10 to Emory University for 15 acres (61,000 m2) of land on Clifton Road in DeKalb County, still the home of CDC headquarters today. CDC employees collected the money to make the purchase. The benefactor behind the “gift” was Robert W. Woodruff, chairman of the board of The Coca-Cola Company. Woodruff had a long-time interest in malaria control, which had been a problem in areas where he went hunting.
-----
The mission of CDC expanded beyond its original focus on malaria to include sexually transmitted diseases when the Venereal Disease Division of the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) was transferred to the CDC in 1957. Shortly thereafter, Tuberculosis Control was transferred (in 1960) to the CDC from PHS, and then in 1963 the Immunization program was established.[15]
It became the National Communicable Disease Center (NCDC) effective July 1, 1967.[8] The organization was renamed the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on June 24, 1970, and Centers for Disease Control effective October 14, 1980.[8] An act of the United States Congress appended the words "and Prevention" to the name effective October 27, 1992. However, Congress directed that the initialism CDC be retained because of its name recognition.[16]
Currently the CDC focus has broadened to include chronic diseases, disabilities, injury control, workplace hazards, environmental health threats, and terrorism preparedness. CDC combats emerging diseases and other health risks, including birth defects, West Nile virus, obesity, avian, swine, and pandemic flu, E. coli, and bioterrorism, to name a few. The organization would also prove to be an important factor in preventing the abuse of penicillin.
In May 1994 the CDC admitted having sent several biological warfare agents to the Iraqi government from 1984 through 1989, including Botulinum toxin, West Nile virus, Yersinia pestis and Dengue fever virus.[17]

Excerpt from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Joseph Mountin
“In July 1946, when Mountin was head of the USPHS Bureau of State Services, the Communicable Disease Center was established in Atlanta as the Bureau’s field station. It was through Mountin’s connections, while in the Malaria Control Agency, with Emory University and with the head of the Coca Cola Company, that CDC was established in Atlanta, obtained a near-campus site, and eventually took an active academic role.
Mountin would argue before Congress that if NIH were to be concerned with basic research, CDC would be concerned with service to the states. In fact, CDC left NIH freer to pursue its basic research in chronic diseases. Its formulation would presumably get Mountin “off the back” of NIH by assuming responsibility for applying new knowledge directly to disease control.
In 1948, Mountin became frustrated at the inactivity of the Epidemiology Division at the new CDC, and, after a thorough search, engaged Alexander Langmuir from Johns Hopkins to head Epidemiology, thus assuring the intense and thoughtful pursuit of infectious disease control. As infectious diseases diminished in national urgency by the 1950s, two dramatic events established the further essentiality of CDC. First, was the Cutter Laboratory incident in 1955, when live virus got into the Salk polio vaccine, and the second, in 1957, the epidemic of Asian influenza, after which the CDC’s central position and its permanence were assured.”
“In 1976, CDC got into political trouble with its massive swine flu vaccination for an epidemic that never materialized.
In 1980, the new name became: Centers for Disease Control. Barely had the new name taken hold when AIDS appeared.”

Excerpt from CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC) IN THE UNITED STATES: 50 YEARS
The survival of CDC as an institution was not at all certain in the 1950s. In 1947, Emory University gave land on Clifton Road for a headquarters, but construction did not begin for more than a decade. PHS was so intent on research and the rapid growth of the National Institutes of Health that it showed little interest in what happened in Atlanta. Congress, despite the long delay in appropriating money for new buildings, was much more receptive to CDC's pleas for support than either PHS or the Bureau of the Budget.
Two major health crises in the mid-1950s established CDC's credibility and ensured its survival. In 1955, when poliomyelitis appeared in children who had received the recently approved Salk vaccine, the national inoculation program was stopped. The cases were traced to contaminated vaccine from a laboratory in California; the problem was corrected, and the inoculation program, at least for first and second graders, was resumed. The resistance of these 6- and 7-year-olds to polio, compared with that of older children, proved the effectiveness of the vaccine. Two years later, surveillance was used again to trace the course of a massive influenza epidemic. From the data gathered in 1957 and subsequent years, the national guidelines for influenza vaccine were developed.
CDC grew by acquisition. The venereal disease program came to Atlanta in 1957 and with it the first Public Health Advisors, nonscience college graduates destined to play an important role in making CDC's disease-control programs work. The tuberculosis program moved in 1960, immunization practices and the MMWR in 1961. The Foreign Quarantine Service, one of the oldest and most prestigious units of PHS, came in 1967; many of its positions were soon switched to other uses as better ways of doing the work of quarantine, primarily through overseas surveillance, were developed. The long-established nutrition program also moved to CDC, as well as the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and work of already established units increased. Immunization tackled measles and rubella control; epidemiology added family planning and surveillance of chronic diseases.

National Malaria Eradication Program
Prior to the establishment of the NMEP, malaria had been endemic across much of the United States. By the 1930s, it had become concentrated in 13 southeastern states. (For example, in the Tennessee River Valley it had a prevalence of about 30% in 1933.)
A national malaria eradication effort was originally proposed by Louis Laval Williams. The NMEP was directed by the federal Communicable Disease Center (now the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or CDC[2]) created in 1946 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. It was a cooperative undertaking by federal, state and local health agencies. The Program had evolved from the Office of Malaria Control in War Areas, which had been created in 1942 to suppress malaria near military bases in the United States during World War II. The CDC’s first director – Justin M. Andrews -- was also Georgia’s chief malariologist
-----
During the CDC's first few years, more than 6,500,000 homes were sprayed with the insecticide DDT. DDT was applied to the interior surfaces of rural homes or entire premises in counties where malaria was reported to have been prevalent in recent years. In addition, wetland drainage, removal of mosquito breeding sites, and DDT spraying (occasionally from aircraft) were all pursued. In 1947, some 15,000 malaria cases were reported. By the end of 1949, over 4,650,000 housespray applications had been made and the United States was declared free of malaria as a significant public health problem. By 1950, only 2,000 cases were reported. By 1951, malaria was considered eliminated altogether from the country and the CDC gradually withdrew from active participation in the operational phases of the program, shifting its interest to surveillance. In 1952, CDC participation in eradication operations ceased altogether.
A major international effort along the lines of the NMEP — the Global Malaria Eradication Programme (1955–1969), administered by the World Health Organization — was unsuccessful.

Excerpts from DR. JUSTIN M. ANDREWS - An Oral History - Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases National Institutes of Health Bethesda, Maryland
Interview with DR. WYNDHAM D. MILES - Historian, National Institutes of Health
27 July 1964
Q: You mentioned having such excellent teachers in biology, that they attracted you to it. Apparently you didn't have good teachers like that in chemistry, because you said that you liked chemistry when you started off.
DR. ANDREWS: This is true. This is true. I think that the chemistry was purely fortuitous, because they needed somebody to teach some freshmen in high school. Dr. Dunlap knew that I had some interest in it, and that's really how I got involved in that. I was glad to have had the experience, what little it was, and it was helpful when later I had to have biochemistry and the other things which related to biology.
Q: But at Brown, apparently, they didn't have the sort of chemistry teachers that kept attracting you to it, is that it?
DR. ANDREWS: I guess this is correct. This doesn't mean that the chemistry teachers at Brown were not as capable or as plausible as the biology ones, but I happened, as a result of this freshman course in biology, to become attracted to the people who were teaching biology. I did have to take chemistry, of course, advanced courses in it, but chemistry never had the same pull to me that biology did. This was accentuated even more by the fact that it was either the second or third summer – I don’t recall which – I went with the professor of comparative anatomy, Dr. Herbert Eugene Walters, to Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island, where there was a laboratory which was attended by a number of different sorts of people. There was a biology laboratory there. This was also the place where the Carnegie Institute had one of its large installations, and at that time, such people as C.C. Little were carrying on researches at Cold Spring Harbor. I went there as a student once the first summer, and then I went back, taking increasing interest in the work and teaching for five years, five summers at Cold Spring Harbor.
I taught nature study classes, about which I knew very little, and we gave a course in animal surgery, about which I knew very little, but we all had a real good time. This was a wonderful place. We met many people who have since become very prominent. Dr. Peter Churchill, who is now the Professor of Surgery at Harvard, was there as a student years and years ago, and C.C. Little and part of his establishment was starting out there at Carnegie Institute. You see, this was a combination of the biological laboratory that had been developed by Dr. C.C. Davenport, who was a well-known geneticist, and he was the man who had established this biological laboratory at Cold Spring. Dr. Reginald Harris was there at that time, and he ultimately married the daughter of Dr. Davenport. I met many people who were students or were doing graduate studies at Cold Spring Harbor who later became fairly prominent individuals. After I left high school, I went to John Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.
Q: Why did you pick out John Hopkins?
DR. ANDREWS: To tell the truth, because I was offered a job there. These fortuitous things have a great deal to do with making or changing people's careers, I’m sure. But I was offered a job by Dr. Robert William Hegner, who had just taken on a new position at John Hopkins at the School of Hygiene and Public Health, to present such courses as parasitology and protozoology and a variety of biological quasi-medical concerns that were financed very largely by the Rockefeller Foundation in those days. They sent students from all over the world to John Hopkins and to Harvard, where they were given training which led ultimately to the development of good health officers. But basically, they had to have medicine and they had to have a variety of courses in child hygiene, in development, and in parasitology and in a variety of things which were designed to give them greater capability as health officers.
-----
While I was at Hopkins, I was made a special member of the Rockefeller Foundation so that I could participate in a job that they wanted done in the West Indies. This was a malaria survey which was made in the island of Grenada, which is in British West Indies.
-----
Q: When you say you returned to the Public Health Service, had you been in the Public Health Service?
DR. ANDREWS: Yes. Just before the war, the Public Health Service evolved the idea of enlisting all of the state health personnel in various different states. They were all made commissioned officers in the Public Health Service for the duration of the war, and that was how I really got blanketed into the Public Health Service in the first place. Then after I returned from the Army, I was given an honorary LL.D. by my own alma mater, John Hopkins, which touched me greatly, of course. Then I was made an Assistant Surgeon General of the Public Health Service in 1953, and was Associate Chief for Programs in the Bureau of State Services downtown. Dr. Joe Mountin was my colleague there, so to speak, and he is the man, of course, who is very, very prominent in public health activities those years. I was one of the "Joe Mountin boys," and worked with him in various activities particularly concerning malaria, because I was still a malariologist primarily. I stayed with the Public Health Service from '53 to ‘57, of course, never really left the Public Health Service because then I came in from the Bureau of State Services, I was invited by Dr. Shannon to come to the National Institutes of Health and be the Director of the Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. This is what I have done ever since. This was in 1957.

And when you look at the treatment for Malaria during the well-known outbreaks you see another side of the operation.
Malaria
The first effective treatment for malaria came from the bark of cinchona tree, which contains quinine. This tree grows on the slopes of the Andes, mainly in Peru. The indigenous peoples of Peru made a tincture of cinchona to control fever. Its effectiveness against malaria was found and the Jesuits introduced the treatment to Europe around 1640; by 1677, it was included in the London Pharmacopoeia as an antimalarial treatment.[136] It was not until 1820 that the active ingredient, quinine, was extracted from the bark, isolated and named by the French chemists Pierre Joseph Pelletier and Joseph Bienaimé Caventou.[137][138]
Quinine became the predominant malarial medication until the 1920s, when other medications began to be developed. In the 1940s, chloroquine replaced quinine as the treatment of both uncomplicated and severe malaria until resistance supervened, first in Southeast Asia and South America in the 1950s and then globally in the 1980s.

Chloroquine
Chloroquine was discovered in 1934 by Hans Andersag and coworkers at the Bayer laboratories, who named it "Resochin".[24] It was ignored for a decade because it was considered too toxic for human use. During World War II, United States government-sponsored clinical trials for antimalarial drug development showed unequivocally that chloroquine has a significant therapeutic value as an antimalarial drug. It was introduced into clinical practice in 1947 for the prophylactic treatment of malaria.[25]

Chloroquine was discovered by a German, Hans Andersag, in 1934 at Bayer I.G. Farbenindustrie A.G. laboratories in Eberfeld, Germany. He named his compound resochin. Through a series of lapses and confusion brought about during the war, chloroquine was finally recognized and established as an effective and safe antimalarial in 1946 by British and U.S. scientists.

From In Lies We Trust: The CIA, Hollywood and Bioterrorism :
The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War by the U.S. Army War College was released two decades after the Report from Iron Mountain was released. Many of it’s strategies for population control began years earlier. The military equated its content to the discovery of gunpowder and the atomic bomb. This new type of military action emphasized “non-lethal” warfare. The weapons deployed in this revolution, like cancer viruses, are deadly but they kill slowly, and most expensively, through medical management. These “non-lethal” armaments include the use of toxic biological, chemical, and electro-magnetic technologies; including genetically modified organisms called GMOs used to slowly, but surely, make people sick.
The research and development of biological weapons and vaccines that took place at Fort Detrick, and through companies like Merck and Litton Industries, is the exact same science used to produce GMOs. One documentary listed below, The Future of Food, shows the use of bacteria and viruses to create GMOs.
Genetically modified organism
Production
Genetic modification involves the mutation, insertion, or deletion of genes. Inserted genes usually come from a different species in a form of horizontal gene-transfer. In nature this can occur when exogenous DNA penetrates the cell membrane for any reason. To do this artificially may require:
• attaching the genes to a virus
• physically inserting the extra DNA into the nucleus of the intended host with a very small syringe
• with the use of electroporation (that is, introducing DNA from one organism into the cell of another by use of an electric pulse)
• with very small particles fired from a gene gun.[1][2][3]
Other methods exploit natural forms of gene transfer, such as the ability of Agrobacterium to transfer genetic material to plants,[4] or the ability of lentiviruses to transfer genes to animal cells.[5]

Seeds Of Death
- The active ingredient in Roundup is glyphosate. Glyphosate was patented in 1964, not as an herbicide, but as a broad spectrum chelator. It attaches to minerals needed by plants and doesn’t allow them to use them. It also destroys some beneficial microorganisms in the soil which provide nutrients to the plant. It also promotes pathogenic organisms in the soil which then overrun the plant.
Are people so naïve that they believe these scientists didn’t know what affect this product would have on the soil? Their scientists have to know soil science to even deal with plant-life on the level that they do, so there’s no way they didn’t know.
- In 2001, a small biotech company called Epicyte patented a gene which caused both men and women who ate it to produce antibodies to sperm (the men can’t cause pregnancy, the women can’t get pregnant). Dupont and Monsanto formed a joint venture to purchase the Epicyte firm which produced the Epicyte Gene.
- Micro-RNA from GMOs modify human cells, including gut bacteria.

Genetic Fallacy: How Monsanto Silences Scientific Dissent
Reading the following article will give further insight into how citizens are manipulated by companies like Monsanto:
The Shocking Email From Monsanto: Why I am submitting a FOIA request
Excerpts from a truthful comment on that page: “For starters – Read the book ‘Science in the Private Interest’ by Professor Krimsky of Purdue University. It goes well beyond GMO’s! Money trumps science ethics big time. Universities troll for it and are part of the problem. Professors who speak out are censored!”
“Fake scientific consensus begins with a few paid scientists and pathetic scientific journals which will publish anything. Then the brainwashing begins and all other scientists have to get on board or be shunned by their peers and then it becomes extremely difficult for them to get or keep a job. Then the media is threatened to have commercials pulled if they don’t continue the commercials during articles and news segments. Anyone who questions the corporate written stories are labeled crazy conspiracy theorists and anti-science.”

The World According to Monsanto
- Between 1995-2005 Monsanto acquired over fifty seed companies throughout the world.
[pic]
The Future of Food
- The US pesticide industry bought the seed industry. Monsanto spent 8 billion dollars buying up seed companies. By the 1990’s companies began patenting GMO and non-GMO seeds.
- 75% of the world’s 1.4 billion farmers depend on saved seed as their primary seed source.
- In Monsanto’s regulatory package submitted to the FDA and EPA for Roundup Ready Soybeans, Monsanto didn’t look at routine stresses – drought, plant pathogens, and other things soybean plants deal with in the environment. In the year 2000, a team of scientists based at the University of Arkansas documented decreases in the size of the root system, and under droughty conditions these reductions were 25%. That 25% impairment will translate into several bushels of lost yield in any part of the world.
- One of the biggest threats to yield comes from super weeds – weeds that have become resistant to herbicides like Roundup. As a result, farmers have to spray with even stronger chemicals, and spray more.
Somehow, this mirrors the creation and sale of vaccines and medicine coming from the other side of the biological and chemical empire. The more you use it, the more the target mutates and becomes resistant; the more the target mutates and becomes resistant, the more product you’ll buy and use and the more the company has to reinvent their product; and the more they can reinvent their product, the more they can sell it as a new product. And don’t forget about the poisoning that is taking place the entire time. (I guess that’s where the ouroboros comes in at.)
GM crops promote superweeds, food insecurity and pesticides, say NGOs
And on the subject of seeds, here is a statement from that article:
“Monsanto, Dupont and Syngenta, the world's three largest GM companies, now control nearly 70% of global seed sales.”
- The corporate control of genetic research is not limited to the field of agriculture. One of the genes responsible for breast cancer was allowed to be patented.
- The reason why over 800 million people starve everyday has nothing to do with the amount of food available. Most of these people used to be farmers, but were reduced to poverty and starvation by the loan traps of the World Bank and the IMF (prime example: ). It has been pointed out that the problem of hunger is not a production problem, it’s an access problem. In some places, especially the US, there is actually overproduction.
Just like the many population control measures, biotechnology and the production of GMOs, was sold to the people and governments of the world as a huge lifesaving benefit. They even linked it to overpopulation, stating that it will be a need due to future overpopulation.
- The terminator technology of the biotech industry consists of “a suicide gene”. With this gene, a crop reproduces for only one growing season, and the seeds produced from that plant will be sterile, forcing growers to go back to buy seed again. All this gene has to do is contaminate crops around the world and the world will be forced to buy seeds from those who control the seeds.

The GMO Agenda (and how to combat it)
Scotland Issues GM Crop Ban (#Winning!)
The elite are seeking greater and greater amounts of control of the planet, and everyone and everything on it. Planning is where they excel, and like a game of chess, they think several steps ahead. You may believe you can avoid their plots involving food by simply growing your own (you may last for a while), but they’ve already thought of that, and have ways to make you dependant on them. One such means is through chemtrails. Chemtrails are being sprayed globally, right? This shows you that it’s part of a global agenda. If you only take into consideration the relationship between chemtrails and the sun, you’d see that the elite are able to alter plant life in various ways using chemtrails. When coupled with other weather modification techniques, their power is greater, even to the point of creating seasons, which dictates the growth stages of plants. And if that’s not enough, consider what the chemtrails do to plant life and soil once they descend from the sky and land on plants, soil, and water. So, in the end, they can actually control what you grow.
When you consider the ongoing poisoning of the soil and water; and the disruption of the planet’s ecosystems with chemicals (i.e. man-made fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides), the push for RoundUp resistant crops and other GMOs; and the elimination of organic, non-GMO crops through laws, persecution, propaganda, and contamination by GMOs, you get a situation where the people in the countries of the world, outside of the elite inner circle, will not have access to real food in the future. The only people who will have the good soil and organic, non-GMO crops (real food) will be the elite. Their investments into seed banks prove even further that this is their goal.

Svalbard Global Seed Vault
The Svalbard Global Seed Vault (Norwegian: Svalbard globale frøhvelv) is a secure seed bank on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen near Longyearbyen in the remote Arctic Svalbard archipelago, about 1,300 kilometres (810 mi) from the North Pole.[4] Conservationist Cary Fowler, in association with the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR),[5] started the vault to preserve a wide variety of plant seeds that are duplicate samples, or "spare" copies, of seeds held in gene banks worldwide. The seed vault is an attempt to insure against the loss of seeds in other genebanks during large-scale regional or global crises. The seed vault is managed under terms spelled out in a tripartite agreement between the Norwegian government, the Global Crop Diversity Trust (GCDT) and the Nordic Genetic Resource Center (NordGen).[6]
The Norwegian government entirely funded the vault's approximately NOK 45 million (US$9 million) construction.[7] Storing seeds in the vault is free to end users, with Norway and the Global Crop Diversity Trust paying for operational costs. Primary funding for the Trust comes from such organisations as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and from various governments worldwide.[8]

History
The Nordic Gene Bank (NGB) has, since 1984, stored backup Nordic plant germplasm via frozen seeds in an abandoned coal mine at Svalbard, over the years depositing more than 10,000 seed samples of more than 2,000 cultivars for 300 different species. The Nordic collection has for years duplicated seed samples from the Southern African Development Community. Both the Nordic and African collections have been transferred to the new Svalbard Global Seed Vault facility.

Excerpt from “Doomsday Seed Vault” in the Arctic – Bill Gates, Rockefeller and the GMO giants know something we don’t
“Bill Gates is investing millions in a seed bank on the Barents Sea near the Arctic Ocean, some 1,100 kilometers from the North Pole. Svalbard is a barren piece of rock claimed by Norway and ceded in 1925 by international treaty (see map).
On this God-forsaken island Bill Gates is investing tens of his millions along with the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto Corporation, Syngenta Foundation and the Government of Norway, among others, in what is called the ‘doomsday seed bank.’ Officially the project is named the Svalbard Global Seed Vault on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen, part of the Svalbard island group.”
“Did we miss something here? Their press release stated, ‘so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future.’ What future do the seed bank’s sponsors foresee, that would threaten the global availability of current seeds, almost all of which are already well protected in designated seed banks around the world?
Anytime Bill Gates, the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto and Syngenta get together on a common project, it’s worth digging a bit deeper behind the rocks on Spitsbergen. When we do we find some fascinating things.
The first notable point is who is sponsoring the doomsday seed vault. Here joining the Norwegians are, as noted, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; the US agribusiness giant DuPont/Pioneer Hi-Bred, one of the world’s largest owners of patented genetically-modified (GMO) plant seeds and related agrichemicals; Syngenta, the Swiss-based major GMO seed and agrichemicals company through its Syngenta Foundation; the Rockefeller Foundation, the private group who created the ‘gene revolution with over $100 million of seed money since the 1970’s; CGIAR, the global network created by the Rockefeller Foundation to promote its ideal of genetic purity through agriculture change.’
CGIAR and ‘The Project’
As I detailled in the book, Seeds of Destruction1, in 1960 the Rockefeller Foundation, John D. Rockefeller III’s Agriculture Development Council and the Ford Foundation joined forces to create the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in Los Baños, the Philippines. By 1971, the Rockefeller Foundation’s IRRI, along with their Mexico-based International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center and two other Rockefeller and Ford Foundation-created international research centers, the IITA for tropical agriculture, Nigeria, and IRRI for rice, Philippines, combined to form a global Consultative Group on International Agriculture Research (CGIAR).
CGIAR was shaped at a series of private conferences held at the Rockefeller Foundation’s conference center in Bellagio, Italy. Key participants at the Bellagio talks were the Rockefeller Foundation’s George Harrar, Ford Foundation’s Forrest Hill, Robert McNamara of the World Bank and Maurice Strong, the Rockefeller family’s international environmental organizer, who, as a Rockefeller Foundation Trustee, organized the UN Earth Summit in Stockholm in 1972. It was part of the foundation’s decades long focus to turn science to the service of eugenics, a hideous version of racial purity, what has been called The Project.
To ensure maximum impact, CGIAR drew in the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization, the UN Development Program and the World Bank. Thus, through a carefully-planned leverage of its initial funds, the Rockefeller Foundation by the beginning of the 1970’s was in a position to shape global agriculture policy. And shape it did.
Financed by generous Rockefeller and Ford Foundation study grants, CGIAR saw to it that leading Third World agriculture scientists and agronomists were brought to the US to ‘master’ the concepts of modern agribusiness production, in order to carry it back to their homeland. In the process they created an invaluable network of influence for US agribusiness promotion in those countries, most especially promotion of the GMO ‘Gene Revolution’ in developing countries, all in the name of science and efficient, free market agriculture.
Genetically engineering a master race?
Now the Svalbard Seed Bank begins to become interesting. But it gets better. ‘The Project’ I referred to is the project of the Rockefeller Foundation and powerful financial interests since the 1920’s to use eugenics, later renamed genetics, to justify creation of a genetically-engineered Master Race. Hitler and the Nazis called it the Ayran Master Race.
The eugenics of Hitler were financed to a major extent by the same Rockefeller Foundation which today is building a doomsday seed vault to preserve samples of every seed on our planet. Now this is getting really intriguing. The same Rockefeller Foundation created the pseudo-science discipline of molecular biology in their relentless pursuit of reducing human life down to the ‘defining gene sequence’ which, they hoped, could then be modified in order to change human traits at will. Hitler’s eugenics scientists, many of whom were quietly brought to the United States after the War to continue their biological eugenics research, laid much of the groundwork of genetic engineering of various life forms, much of it supported openly until well into the Third Reich by Rockefeller Foundation generous grants.2
The same Rockefeller Foundation created the so-called Green Revolution, out of a trip to Mexico in 1946 by Nelson Rockefeller and former New Deal Secretary of Agriculture and founder of the Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed Company, Henry Wallace.
The Green Revolution purported to solve the world hunger problem to a major degree in Mexico, India and other select countries where Rockefeller worked. Rockefeller Foundation agronomist, Norman Borlaug, won a Nobel Peace Prize for his work, hardly something to boast about with the likes of Henry Kissinger sharing the same.
In reality, as it years later emerged, the Green Revolution was a brilliant Rockefeller family scheme to develop a globalized agribusiness which they then could monopolize just as they had done in the world oil industry beginning a half century before. As Henry Kissinger declared in the 1970’s, ‘If you control the oil you control the country; if you control food, you control the population.’
Agribusiness and the Rockefeller Green Revolution went hand-in-hand. They were part of a grand strategy which included Rockefeller Foundation financing of research for the development of genetic engineering of plants and animals a few years later.
John H. Davis had been Assistant Agriculture Secretary under President Dwight Eisenhower in the early 1950’s. He left Washington in 1955 and went to the Harvard Graduate School of Business, an unusual place for an agriculture expert in those days. He had a clear strategy. In 1956, Davis wrote an article in the Harvard Business Review in which he declared that ‘the only way to solve the so-called farm problem once and for all, and avoid cumbersome government programs, is to progress from agriculture to agribusiness.’ He knew precisely what he had in mind, though few others had a clue back then— a revolution in agriculture production that would concentrate control of the food chain in corporate multinational hands, away from the traditional family farmer.3”
“The explicit aim of the eugenics lobby funded by wealthy elite families such as Rockefeller, Carnegie, Harriman and others since the 1920’s, has embodied what they termed ‘negative eugenics,’ the systematic killing off of undesired bloodlines. Margaret Sanger, a rapid eugenicist, the founder of Planned Parenthood International and an intimate of the Rockefeller family, created something called The Negro Project in 1939, based in Harlem, which as she confided in a letter to a friend, was all about the fact that, as she put it, ‘we want to exterminate the Negro population.’ 11
A small California biotech company, Epicyte, in 2001 announced the development of genetically engineered corn which contained a spermicide which made the semen of men who ate it sterile. At the time Epicyte had a joint venture agreement to spread its technology with DuPont and Syngenta, two of the sponsors of the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault. Epicyte was since acquired by a North Carolina biotech company. Astonishing to learn was that Epicyte had developed its spermicidal GMO corn with research funds from the US Department of Agriculture, the same USDA which, despite worldwide opposition, continued to finance the development of Terminator technology, now held by Monsanto.
In the 1990’s the UN’s World Health Organization launched a campaign to vaccinate millions of women in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines between the ages of 15 and 45, allegedly against Tentanus, a sickness arising from such things as stepping on a rusty nail. The vaccine was not given to men or boys, despite the fact they are presumably equally liable to step on rusty nails as women.
Because of that curious anomaly, Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization became suspicious and had vaccine samples tested. The tests revealed that the Tetanus vaccine being spread by the WHO only to women of child-bearing age contained human Chorionic Gonadotrophin or hCG, a natural hormone which when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier stimulated antibodies rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy. None of the women vaccinated were told.
It later came out that the Rockefeller Foundation along with the Rockefeller’s Population Council, the World Bank (home to CGIAR), and the United States’ National Institutes of Health had been involved in a 20-year-long project begun in 1972 to develop the concealed abortion vaccine with a tetanus carrier for WHO. In addition, the Government of Norway, the host to the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault, donated $41 million to develop the special abortive Tetanus vaccine. 12
Is it a coincidence that these same organizations, from Norway to the Rockefeller Foundation to the World Bank are also involved in the Svalbard seed bank project?”

The Truth About the Gene Revolution
“The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which is sponsoring the Guardian's Global development site is being heavily criticised in Africa and the US for getting into bed not just with notorious GM company Monsanto, but also with agribusiness commodity giant Cargill.
Trouble began when a US financial website published the foundation's annual investment portfolio, which showed it had bought 500,000 Monsanto shares worth around $23m. This was a substantial increase in the last six months and while it is just small change for Bill and Melinda, it has been enough to let loose their fiercest critics.”

Excerpts from Dark Side of Giving: The Rise of Philanthro-Capitalism
“How then would he evaluate the much celebrated Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) - an initiative driven by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the oldest and the largest philanthropic repositories, respectively, in the world? The Gates Foundation alone has committed $264.5 million to AGRA.”
“The $23.1-million investment by the Gates Foundation in Monsanto, the world's largest producer of GM seeds, is a small example of a trend.”
“The Gates Foundation and its partners have re-invigorated health issues and given them a global profile like never before. Since 1994, the foundation has invested over $13 billion in healthcare alone, representing 60% of its giving to date.
In public health, other than the US government, there is no donor as influential as the Gates Foundation. It has emerged as the second largest donor to the World Health Organisation (WHO).”

Excerpts from Gates Foundation ties with Monsanto under fire from activists
“Much of the foundation’s work has avoided major controversy.
That changed when, four years ago, the foundation, along with the Rockefeller Foundation, created the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), aimed at alleviating hunger by boosting farm productivity.”
“But over time, the work has been seen as increasingly tied to large-scale industrial agriculture and has pushed the use of genetically modified crops, critics say. For example, the foundation helped fund $37 million in grants to engineer crops to increase their vitamins and minerals.”
“The Gates Foundation gave a $42 million grant to the African Agricultural Technology Foundation to develop new varieties of drought-tolerant maize in a partnership with Monsanto. The new varieties are expected to be available in about seven years and will be royalty-free for small-scale farmers in Africa, the Gates Foundation spokeswoman said.
To Day and other activists, the foundation’s connection with Monsanto makes the strategy all the more troubling.
Monsanto produces the widely used herbicide Roundup, along with seeds that have been genetically engineered to be resistant to Roundup. The idea is that a farmer can spray an entire field, and the genetically engineered crops will survive.
The problem, Day believes, is that Monsanto owns the patent to the seeds, and farmers have to buy them from the company — along with millions of gallons of Roundup — year after year.”

These Elite have worldwide control. They are global. Their banks, corporations, round table groups, and secret societies dominate the governments of the world. They brought the Nazi scientists to America and employed them. They created the CIA. The Black Projects, which are secret, continuous research and development of inventions, are there’s. The top scientists, of all fields, work for them. The statistics on literally everything, go to them. The technology they possess is at least 30 years ahead of what we are allowed to have and know of. The elite have nearly all of the best at their disposal. So, when they put mercury, aluminum, and other substances into vaccines, you don’t think they know exactly what they’re doing? When they develop these pesticides, herbicides, medicines, and GMOs, you don’t think they know exactly what they’re doing? You don’t think they know nearly every single consequence their creation will have on you? You actually believe the only studies done were the ones they let you know about? The stupidity of the public needs to cease.
The Big Six
Here is a little information on the “Big Six” – just enough to show that they are a part of the same conspiracy.
Monsanto is one of the "Big 6" Biotech Corporations, along with BASF, Bayer, Dow Chemical Company, Dupont, and Syngenta (so called because they dominate the agricultural input market -- that is, they own the world’s seed, pesticide and biotechnology industries).[1][2]
In the fiscal year ending in August of 2010, the company reported sales of approximately 10.5 billion dollars and had 27,600 employees. [3]
Monsanto is perhaps the most controversial of the Big 6 and is considered the mother of agricultural biotechnology. The company produces biotechnology, genomics and herbicides for corn, cotton, oil seeds, and vegetables. It produces genetically altered seeds to tolerate it's flagship product, Roundup. Monsanto also produces Asgrow, DEKALB, Deltapine, and Seminis seeds. Other products have included Agent Orange, the now ubiquitous PCBs, DDT, Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) and Aspartame.
-----
The Monsanto company was created in 1901 by John Francis Queeny (photo) and named after his wife, Olga Mendez Monsanto. Monsanto was originally founded to produce saccharine, an artificial sweetener that at the time was only available in Germany. The company soon expanded into other products including "caffeine, vanillin, aspirin, synthetic rubber and synthetic fibers."[5]
Monsanto was heavily involved in the creation of the first nuclear bomb for the Manhattan Project during WWII via its facilities in Dayton, Ohio. The Dayton Project was headed by Charlie Thomas, Director of Monsanto's Central Research Department. He later became the company's president.[6][7] Monsanto also operated a nuclear facility for the federal government in Miamisburg, Ohio, called the Mound Project, until the 1980s.
"In 1967, Monsanto entered into a joint venture with IG Farben. (The) German chemical firm that was the financial core of the Hitler regime, and was the main supplier of Zyklon-B to the German government during the extermination phase of the Holocaust." [8][9]
IG Farben was not dissolved until 2003.[10] See also pharmaceutical industry.
-----
Monsanto expanded into producing herbicides after World War II, including the brands Ramrod, Lasso, and (later on) Roundup. In 1985, it acquired the drug company G. D. Searle, which produced aspartame under the brand name NutraSweet. At the time, Searle faced lawsuits related to its Copper-7 intrauterine contraceptive device.[5]

Excerpts from WALL STREET AND THE RISE OF HITLER by Antony C. Sutton
“The Farben cartel dated from 1925, when organizing genius Hermann Schmitz (with Wall Street financial assistance) created the super-giant chemical enterprise out of six already giant German chemical companies — Badische Anilin, Bayer, Agfa, Hoechst, Weiler-ter-Meer, and Griesheim-Elektron. These companies were merged to become Inter-nationale Gesellschaft Farbenindustrie A.G. — or I.G. Farben for short.”
“German bankers on the Farben Aufsichsrat (the supervisory Board of Directors)1 in the late 1920s included the Hamburg banker Max War-burg, whose brother Paul Warburg was a founder of the Federal Reserve System in the United States. Not coincidentally, Paul Warburg was also on the board of American I. G., Farben's wholly owned U.S. subsidiary. In addition to Max Warburg and Hermann Schmitz, the guiding hand in the creation of the Farben empire, the early Farben Vorstand included Carl Bosch, Fritz ter Meer, Kurt Oppenheim and George von Schnitzler.2 All except Max Warburg were charged as "war criminals" after World War II.
In 1928 the American holdings of I. G. Farben (i.e., the Bayer Company, General Aniline Works, Agfa Ansco, and Winthrop Chemical Company) were organized into a Swiss holding company, i. G. Chemic (Inter-nationale Gesellschaft fur Chemisehe Unternehmungen A. G.), controlled by I. G. Farben in Germany. In the following year these American firms merged to become American I. G. Chemical Corporation, later renamed General Aniline & Film. Hermann Schmitz, the organizer of I. G. Farben in 1925, became a prominent early Nazi and supporter of Hitler, as well as chairman of the Swiss I. G.”

IG Farben
Following the Nazi takeover of Germany, the company became embroiled in the Nazi regime's policies as a large government contractor. In 1951, IG Farben was split into its four largest original constituent companies, which remain some of the world's largest chemical and pharmaceutical companies. The current main successor companies are AGFA, BASF, Bayer and Sanofi.
-----
Foundation of IG Farben
IG Farben was founded on December 25, 1925 as a merger of the following six companies: BASF (27.4 percent of equity capital), Bayer (27.4 percent), Hoechst including Cassella and Chemische Fabrik Kalle (27.4 percent), Agfa (9.0 percent), Chemische Fabrik Griesheim-Elektron (6.9 percent) and Chemische Fabrik vorm. Weiler Ter Meer (1.9 percent). In 1926, IG Farben had a market capitalization of 1.4 billion Reichsmark and a workforce of 100,000 people, of which 2.6 percent were university educated, 18.2 percent were salaried professionals and 79.2 percent were workers.[1] BASF was the nominal survivor; all shares were exchanged for BASF shares.
-----
IG Farben had bought the patent for the pesticide Zyklon B, which had been invented by the Nobel Prize-winning Jewish German chemist Fritz Haber's research group at the Institute for Physical Chemistry and Elektrochemistry in the 1920s, and which was originally used as an insecticide, especially as a fumigant in grain stores. IG Farben licensed the pesticide to various companies, including the American Cyanamid Company for use, for example, in de-lousing incoming Mexican immigrants in the 1930s, and to the German company Degesch (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Schädlingsbekämpfung), founded by Fritz Haber, and whose products were used in Holocaust gas chambers. IG Farben owned 42.2 percent of the shares of Degesch and was represented in its supervisory board.
-----
Break-up and liquidation
Due to the company's entanglement with the Nazi regime, it was considered by the Allies to be too morally corrupt to be allowed to continue to exist. The Soviet Union seized most of IG Farben's assets located in the Soviet occupation zone, as part of their reparation payments. In the western occupation zone, the policy of destroying the company was very quickly abandoned, not least because of the company's large entanglement with American companies, notably with the successors of Standard Oil which IG Farben was modelled after and which had itself been broken up into several companies. In the late 1940s, IG Farben was being rebuilt in the western zones and continuing doing business. In 1951, the company was split into its original constituent companies. The four largest quickly bought the smaller ones.
Today Agfa, BASF, and Bayer remain, Hoechst having in 1999 spun off its chemical business as Celanese AG before merging with Rhône-Poulenc to form Aventis, which later merged with Sanofi-Synthélabo to form Sanofi. Two years earlier, another part of Hoechst was sold in 1997 to the chemical spin-off of Sandoz, the Muttenz (Switzerland) based Clariant. The successor companies remain some of the world's largest chemical and pharmaceutical companies.

Otto Ambros
Otto Ambros (19 May 1901 – 23 July 1990) was a German chemist and Nazi war criminal, notably involved with the research of chemical nerve agents.
Career
Beginning in 1926, Ambros worked at BASF in Ludwigshafen. In 1930 he spent a year studying in the Far East.
From 1934 he worked at IG Farben, becoming head of their Schkopau plant in 1935. His division of IG Farben developed chemical weapons, including the nerve agents sarin (in 1938) and soman (in 1944). In this capacity, he was an advisor to Carl Krauch, a company executive.
Ambros then managed the IG Farben factories at Dyhernfurth, which produced sarin and soman, and at Gendorf, which produced mustard gas, a skin irritant. In 1944 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of War Merit Cross. He was an expert on tabun, an extremely lethal chemical.
Arrest
Ambros was arrested by the US Army in 1946. He had tested poisons and chemicals on concentration camp inmates, and had overseen the IG Buna Werke rubber plant at Auschwitz. At Nuremberg in 1948 he was sentenced to eight years confinement, and was ultimately released from Landsberg Prison early in 1952.
Release from prison
After his release, he became an adviser to chemical companies such as J. Peter Grace, Dow Chemical, as well as the U.S. Army Chemical Corps, and Konrad Adenauer.[1][2]

Chlorpyrifos
Chlorpyrifos (IUPAC name: O,O-diethyl O-3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-yl phosphorothioate) is a crystalline organophosphate insecticide. It was introduced in 1965 by Dow Chemical Company and is known by many trade names (see table), including Dursban and Lorsban. It acts on the nervous system of insects by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase.
Chlorpyrifos is moderately toxic to humans, and exposure has been linked to neurological effects, persistent developmental disorders, and autoimmune disorders. Exposure during pregnancy retards the mental development of children, and most use in homes has been banned since 2001 in the U.S.[5] In agriculture, it remains "one of the most widely used organophosphate insecticides", according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).[6]

It was formed in 2000 by the merger of Novartis Agribusiness and Zeneca Agrochemicals. As of 2014 Syngenta was the world’s largest crop chemical producer, strongest in Europe.[3] As of 2009 it ranked third in seeds and biotechnology sales.[4] Sales in 2014 were approximately US$15.1 billion, over half of which were in emerging markets.[1][page needed]

Bisphenol A
History
Bisphenol A was discovered in 1891 by Russian chemist Aleksandr Dianin.[33]
Based on research by chemists at Bayer and General Electric, BPA has been used since the 1950s to harden polycarbonate plastics, and make epoxy resin, which is contained in the lining of food and beverage containers.[34][35]

From “Doomsday Seed Vault” in the Arctic – Bill Gates, Rockefeller and the GMO giants know something we don’t
“On this God-forsaken island Bill Gates is investing tens of his millions along with the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto Corporation, Syngenta Foundation and the Government of Norway, among others, in what is called the ‘doomsday seed bank.’ Officially the project is named the Svalbard Global Seed Vault on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen, part of the Svalbard island group.”
It should be clear by now that these companies are nothing more than fronts for carrying out the plans of the elite. They operate like, or actually are, CIA front-companies. Can’t you tell that Google and Facebook are a couple of other ones; they’re just carrying out different parts of the New World Order plan, such as censorship, spying, intelligence gathering, creating and molding public opinion, and so on? A cover is made for these front-companies through the use of mass media which convinces the population that every wicked act these companies commit is done because of their desire for money. One company adds a particular poison to a product instead of using one of the many other harmless alternatives, and it’s said that they are only trying to save money. Another company pushes a product out onto the market without proper testing, and it’s said that they just want to make money quick. Another company continues to sell a product knowing the harm it’s causing or harmful chemicals it contains, and it’s said they’re just concerned with making money. Their greed is the reason for it all. But in reality, this is not true.
And as you’ve seen, the conspiracy doesn’t just involve front-companies, it involves front-organizations and institutions.
Depopulation and Vaccination
Inoculation
Inoculation (also known as variolation) was a historical method for the prevention of smallpox by deliberate introduction into the skin of material from smallpox pustules. This generally produced a less severe infection than naturally-acquired smallpox, but still induced immunity to it. The term entered medical English through horticultural usage meaning to graft a bud (or eye) from one plant into another. It is derived from the Latin in + oculus (eye).[1] Though innoculation/innoculate is sometimes seen, this is incorrect, possibly erroneously thought to be related to innocuous, which is derived from the Latin in + nocuus (not harmful).
The terms inoculation, vaccination, immunization and injection are often used synonymously to refer to artificial induction of immunity against various infectious diseases. This is supported by some dictionaries.[1][2][3] However, there are some important historical and current differences. In English medicine inoculation referred only to the prevention of smallpox until the very early 1800s. When Edward Jenner introduced smallpox vaccine in 1798 this was initially called cowpox inoculation or vaccine inoculation. Soon, to avoid confusion, smallpox inoculation was referred to as variolation (from variola = smallpox) and cowpox inoculation was referred to as vaccination (from Jenner's use of Variolae vaccinae = smallpox of the cow). Then, in 1891 Louis Pasteur proposed that the terms vaccine/vaccination should be extended to include the new protective procedures being developed.

Smallpox vaccine
Another early account was Dr John Fewster's 1765 paper on "Cowpox and its ability to prevent smallpox" read to the London Medical Society.[19] He reported that variolation induced no reaction in persons who had had cowpox. Fewster was a contemporary and friend of Jenner. Dr. Rolph, another Gloucestershire physician, stated that all experienced physicians of the time were aware of this.[citation needed]
Jenner was born in Berkeley, England. At the age of 13, he was apprenticed to apothecary Daniel Ludlow and later surgeon George Hardwick in nearby Sodbury. He observed that people who caught cowpox while working with cattle were known not to catch smallpox. Jenner assumed a causal connection but the idea was not taken up at that time. From 1770 to 1772 Jenner received advanced training in London at St Georges Hospital and as the private pupil of John Hunter, then returned to set up practice in Berkeley.[3] When a smallpox epidemic occurred he advised the local cattle workers to be inoculated, but they told him that their previous cowpox infection would prevent smallpox. This confirmed his childhood suspicion, and he studied cowpox further, presenting a paper on it to his local medical society.
Perhaps there was already an informal public understanding of some connection between disease resistance and working with cattle. The "beautiful milkmaid" seems to have been a frequent image in the art and literature of this period. But it is known for certain that in the years following 1770, at least six people in England and Germany (Sevel, Jensen, Jesty 1774, Rendall, Plett 1791) tested successfully the possibility of using the cowpox vaccine as an immunization for smallpox in humans. In 1796, Sarah Nelmes, a local milkmaid, contracted cowpox and went to Jenner for treatment. Jenner took the opportunity to test his theory. He inoculated James Phipps, the eight-year-old son of his gardener, with material taken from the cowpox lesions on Sarah's hand. After a mild fever and the expected local lesion James recovered after a few days. About two months later Jenner inoculated James on both arms with material from a case of smallpox, with no effect; the boy was immune to smallpox.
Jenner sent a paper reporting his observations to the Royal Society in April 1797. Its contents are unknown. It was not submitted formally and there is no mention of it in the Society's records. Jenner had sent the paper informally to Sir Joseph Banks, the Society's president, who asked Everard Home for his views. His report, published for the first time in 1999, was sceptical and called for further vaccinations.[20] These were done and in 1798 Jenner published an analysis of 23 'cases' including several individuals who had resisted natural exposure after previous cowpox. It is not known how many Jenner vaccinated or challenged by inoculation with smallpox virus; e.g. Case 21 included 'several children and adults'.

The Royal Society was full of elites. This is the wrong group to give vaccination information to, and the wrong group to be conducting vaccination research. And it didn’t even start in the late 1700’s.
Check this out:
“Prior to the introduction of vaccination with material from cases of cowpox (heterotypic immunisation), smallpox could be prevented by deliberate inoculation of smallpox virus, later referred to as variolation to distinguish it from smallpox vaccination. The earliest hints of the practice of inoculation for smallpox in China come during the 10th century.[34] The Chinese also practiced the oldest documented use of variolation, dating back to the fifteenth century. They implemented a method of ‘nasal insufflation’ administered by blowing powdered smallpox material, usually scabs, up the nostrils. Various insufflation techniques have been recorded throughout the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries within China.[35]:60 Two reports on the Chinese practice of inoculation were received by the Royal Society in London in 1700; one by Dr. Martin Lister who received a report by an employee of the East India Company stationed in China and another by Clopton Havers.[36]”

“He became a master mason 30 December 1802, in Lodge of Faith and Friendship #449. From 1812–1813, he served as worshipful master of Royal Berkeley Lodge of Faith and Friendship.”

Jenner sent his findings to the Royal Society in 1797. Take a look at this if you don’t recall what else was occurring during that time:
“Malthus became deeply concerned with the growing mismatch between people and resources, and in 1798 put ‘his thoughts to paper’ with his Essay on Population. This seminal work made him world-famous and has been studied and argued about ever since.”
“The economist Thomas Malthus argued in An Essay on the Principle of Population (1798) that population growth generally expanded in times and in regions of plenty until the size of the population relative to the primary resources caused distress. He demonstrated that two types of checks hold population within resource limits: positive checks, which raise the death rate; and preventive ones, which lower the birth rate. The positive checks include hunger, disease and war; the preventive checks, abortion, birth control, prostitution, postponement of marriage and celibacy.
“His gloomy forecasts called for ‘periodic wars, famines or plagues to “reduce the surplus population”, or we would soon be standing shoulder to shoulder.”
“... we should facilitate, instead of foolishly and vainly endeavouring to impede, the operations of nature in producing . . . mortality; and if we dread the too frequent visitation of the horrid form of famine, we should sedulously encourage the other forms of destruction, which we compel nature to use. Instead of recommending cleanliness to the poor, we should encourage contrary habits. In our towns we should make the streets narrower, crowd more people into the houses, and court the return of the plague.”
Even Malthus became a Fellow of the Royal Society 1818.
Clearly, they had a new weapon – vaccination.
Polio vaccine
Two polio vaccines are used throughout the world to combat poliomyelitis (or polio). The first was developed by Jonas Salk through the use of HeLa cells and first tested in 1952. Announced to the world by Dr Thomas Francis Jr. on 12 April 1955,[1] it consists of an injected dose of inactivated (dead) poliovirus. An oral vaccine was developed by Albert Sabin using attenuated poliovirus. Human trials of Sabin's vaccine began in 1957, and it was licensed in 1962.[2]
-----
Inactivated vaccine
The first effective polio vaccine was developed in 1952 by Jonas Salk at the University of Pittsburgh, but it would require years of testing.
-----
Beginning 23 February 1954, the vaccine was tested at Arsenal Elementary School and the Watson Home for Children in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[13] Salk's vaccine was then used in a test called the Francis Field Trial, led by Thomas Francis; the largest medical experiment in history. The test began with some 4,000 children at Franklin Sherman Elementary School in McLean, Virginia,[14] and would eventually involve 1.8 million children, in 44 states from Maine to California.[15] By the conclusion of the study, roughly 440,000 received one or more injections of the vaccine, about 210,000 children received a placebo, consisting of harmless culture media, and 1.2 million children received no vaccination and served as a control group, who would then be observed to see if any contracted polio.[16]
-----
Soon after Salk's vaccine was licensed in 1955 children's vaccination campaigns were launched. In the U.S, following a mass immunization campaign promoted by the March of Dimes, the annual number of polio cases fell from 35,000 in 1953 to 5,600 by 1957.[18][unreliable medical source?]
-----
Oral polio vaccines were developed by several groups, one of which was led by Albert Sabin. Other groups, led by Hilary Koprowski and H.R. Cox, developed their own attenuated vaccine strains.
-----
During the race to develop an oral polio vaccine several large scale human trials were undertaken. By 1958, the National Institutes of Health had determined that OPV produced using the Sabin strains were the safest.[16] Between 1957 and 1960, however, Hilary Koprowski continued to administer his vaccine around the world. In Africa, the vaccines were administered to roughly one million people in the Belgian territories, now the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda and Burundi.[52][53] The results of these human trials have been controversial,[54] and accusations in the 1990s arose that the vaccine had created the conditions necessary for transmission of SIV from chimpanzees to humans, causing HIV/AIDS.
-----
In 1952 and 1953, the U.S. experienced an outbreak of 58,000 and 35,000 polio cases, respectively, up from a typical number of some 20,000 a year. Amid this U.S. polio epidemic, millions of dollars were invested in finding and marketing a polio vaccine by commercial interests, including Lederle Laboratories in New York under the direction of H. R. Cox. Also working at Lederle was Polish-born virologist and immunologist Hilary Koprowski, who claims to have created the first successful polio vaccine, in 1950. His vaccine, however, being a live attenuated virus taken orally, was still in the research stage and would not be ready for use until five years after Jonas Salk's polio vaccine (a dead-virus injectable vaccine) had reached the market. Koprowski's attenuated vaccine was prepared by successive passages through the brains of Swiss albino mice. By the seventh passage, the vaccine strains could no longer infect nervous tissue or cause paralysis. After one to three further passages on rats, the vaccine was deemed safe for human use.[16][63] On 27 February 1950, Koprowski's live, attenuated vaccine was tested for the first time on an 8-year-old boy living at Letchworth Village, an institution for the physically and mentally disabled located in New York. After the child suffered no side effects, Koprowski enlarged his experiment to include 19 other children.[16][64]
The development of two polio vaccines led to the first modern mass inoculations.

There was Koprowski’s polio vaccine in 1950, and then Salk’s polio vaccine in 1952; and then this:
“In 1952 and 1953, the U.S. experienced an outbreak of 58,000 and 35,000 polio cases, respectively, up from a typical number of some 20,000 a year. Basil O'Connor
Basil O'Connor[1] (January 8, 1892 – March 9, 1972) was an American lawyer. In co-operation with US-President Franklin D. Roosevelt he started two foundations for the rehabilitation of polio patients and the research on polio prevention and treatment. From 1944 to 1949 he was Chairman and President of the American Red Cross and from 1945 to 1950 he was Chairman of the League of Red Cross Societies.
On Roosevelts advice O'Connor was Chairman of the American Red Cross from 1944 to 1947 and its President from 1947 to 1949. In this capacity he was also Chairman of the League of Red Cross Societies from 1945 to 1950.

Excerpt from How the March of Dimes Got Behind Dr. Salk
“O'Connor was impressed, as were others, with the spectacular wartime success of the killed-virus vaccine for influenza. He became convinced that its analogue might offer the short cut to the elimination of polio. On the advice of Thomas Francis, at the University of Michigan, who had headed the wartime flu-vaccine effort, O'Connor recruited young Jonas Salk to spearhead the effort to develop a killed-virus vaccine for polio.
O'Connor, with foundation funds, established Jonas Salk in his professorship at the University of Pittsburgh. Salk's applications for funding of his research and development had to pass muster, however, with the foundation's scientific advisory committee, made up of the most distinguished pediatric virologists.
They twice rejected Salk's applications. Upon his third try, the committee delegated one of its members (Frank Horsfall, then at the Rockefeller Institute, later president of Memorial Sloan-Kettering, and my informant in this aspect of the story) to assure O'Connor that they would not stand in the way of the grant.
The Salk-O'Connor campaign succeeded in getting the killed-virus vaccine through clinical trials in 1954 and made possible the national immunization campaign that all but eliminated polio from the population by 1960, before the live-virus effort had a safe vaccine ready for general use.”

Excerpt from Medical Philanthropy
“Three private organizations figured prominently in the history of poliomyelitis in the United States and worldwide: the Rockefeller Institute, the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis (March of Dimes), and Rotary International.
Rockefeller University
Industrialist John D. Rockefeller founded the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in New York in 1901. Karl Landsteiner, who identified polio as a virus in 1908, joined the institute’s faculty in 1922, and studied human blood groups (for which he won a Nobel Prize in 1930).
Much of modern virology derives from the work of Rockefeller Institute investigators, including Simon Flexner, Thomas Rivers, and Peter Olitsky. Albert Sabin, arrived in 1935 and joined them in poliomyelitis research. The institute became ‘Rockefeller University’ in 1965 and continues to be a leading research center for the molecular biology of human diseases.
The March of Dimes
President Franklin Roosevelt established the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis in 1938. Its hugely successful fund-raising campaigns collected enough money to fund John Enders’s laboratory, where poliovirus was first grown in nonneural tissue; both Jonas Salk’s and Albert Sabin’s vaccine development; the 1954–55 field trial of Salk vaccine; and the supply of free vaccine to thousands of children afterward.”

Jonas Salk
Jonas Edward Salk (/sɔːlk/; October 28, 1914 – June 23, 1995) was an American medical researcher and virologist. He discovered and developed the first successful polio vaccine.
In 1941, during his postgraduate work in virology, Salk chose a two-month elective to work in the laboratory of Dr. Thomas Francis at the University of Michigan. Francis had recently joined the faculty of the medical school after working for the Rockefeller Foundation, where he had discovered the type B influenza virus. According to Bookchin, "the two-month stint in Francis's lab was Salk's first introduction to the world of virology—and he was hooked."[14]:25
-----
As time went on, however, Salk began securing grants from the Mellon family and was able to build a working virology laboratory, where he continued his research on flu vaccines.[14]

Albert Sabin
Sabin received a medical degree from New York University in 1931. He trained in internal medicine, pathology, and surgery at Bellevue Hospital in New York City from 1931–1933. In 1934, he conducted research at The Lister Institute for Preventive Medicine in England, then joined the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (now Rockefeller University). During this time, he developed an intense interest in research, especially in the area of infectious diseases.
-----
With the menace of polio growing, Sabin and other researchers, most notably Jonas Salk in Pittsburgh and Hilary Koprowski and Herald Cox in New York and Philadelphia, sought a vaccine to prevent or mitigate the illness.

Hilary Koprowski
Hilary Koprowski (5 December 1916 – 11 April 2013) was a Polish and American virologist and immunologist, and the inventor of the world's first effective live polio vaccine.
-----
In 1939, after Germany's invasion of Poland, Koprowski and his wife, likewise a physician, fled the country, using Koprowski family business connections in Manchester, England. Hilary went to Rome, where he spent a year studying piano at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory; while Irena went to France, where she gave birth to their first child, Claude Koprowski, and worked as an attending physician at a psychiatric hospital.[9]
As the invasion of France loomed in 1940, Irena and the infant escaped from France via Spain and Portugal —where the Koprowski family reunited — to Brazil, where Koprowski worked in Rio de Janeiro for the Rockefeller Foundation. His field of research for several years was finding a live-virus vaccine against yellow fever. After World War II the Koprowskis settled in Pearl River, New York, where Hilary was hired as a researcher for Lederle Laboratories, the pharmaceutical division of American Cyanamid. Here he began his polio experiments, which ultimately led to the creation of the first oral polio vaccine.

So, it was just like a presidential race, those who seemed to be independent and competing against one another were really under Rockefeller control.
Now think about the unusual polio outbreaks.
CDC Global Health Partnerships (from the CDC website):
“…CDC works in close partnership with a wide array of international agencies and institutions to shape global health policies and to fund, implement, and evaluate programs. CDC's partnerships with international and multinational organizations include the World Health Organization and its regional offices, other United Nations agencies (such as UNICEF) and affiliated agencies (such as the United Nations Foundation), the World Bank, other federal agencies within the U.S. Government, private foundations, universities, and global health organizations.”
“In the private sector, several U.S. foundations demonstrate an interest in global health issues and projects by supporting programming in areas important to CDC. For example, the Rockefeller Foundation, with the help of consultants trained in the CDC EIS program, implemented the Public Health Schools Without Walls program, which shares the mission and competency-based field epidemiology training approach used by the Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP). The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation recently has given high priority to its global health programs. Its areas of emphasis, including vaccine delivery, maternal mortality reduction, malaria, and TB are aligned with CDC's interests, leading to many collaborative efforts. Rotary International supports the efforts of CDC and other global partners to add polio to the list of diseases eradicated from the world - a goal that is within reach.”
“Launched in February 2001, the Measles Initiative is a long-term commitment to control measles deaths in Africa by vaccinating 200 million children and preventing 1.2 million deaths over five years. Leading this effort is the American Red Cross, United Nations Foundation, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the World Health Organization (WHO). Other key players in the fight against measles include the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and countries and governments affected by measles.”

“Since the first Marburg virus outbreaks, which originated at vaccine labs, every single Marburg virus outbreak, as well as Ebola virus outbreak, has been associated with a bio-weapons lab accident or an intentional release. When the second Marburg outbreak occurred in southern Uganda in 1975, many scientists suspected foul play by the CIA since the genetic sequence of the 1975 strain was essentially identical to the 1968 strain. Mercury, Autism & the Global Vaccine Agenda - Dr. David Ayoub Lecture
- The Rockefeller Commission Report – Population and the American Future – The Report of The Commission on Population Growth and the American Future (1972)
- NSSM 200 was created a couple of years after the Rockefeller Commission Report
- The Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunization (GAVI) – launched in 1999 with $754 from the Gates Foundation. GAVI is comprised of government agencies in developing and developed countries, NGOs, WHO, UNICEF, the World Bank Group, private organizations like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, research and technical health institutes, and the pharmaceutical industries of developing and industrialized countries. This is almost the exact same list of who the NSSM 200 said it would used to reduce world population.
- “It has been a matter of general understanding for years that population control policies, government directives and actions to prevent births, are made a condition for development, lending, and economic assistance.” What this is referring to is not know by hardly anyone in the US. In order for non-White countries to get loans through the IMF and World Bank, loans that are really economic debt traps, they must agree to allow countries and organizations to flood them with birth control products, literature, and training. When there’s a natural, or even a “natural” disaster (man-made), in order to receive aide these countries must agree to the same thing. The media only shows the US or UN going to help, they don’t tell about this part of the “help”.
Here are two noteworthy heads of the World Bank (which is a part of the elite-created United Nations):
John J. McCloy
US High Commissioner for Germany, which was established by the US, UK, and France after the 1948 breakdown of the Allied Control Council (governing body of Allied Occupation Zones in Germany – a section of Germany that was divided into four parts by the Allied forces) to regulate and supervise the development of newly established Federal Republic of Germany. He was a legal counselor to I.G. Farben, a German chemical industry conglomerate who in 1944 had a factory in Auschwitz which used 83,000 slave laborers to produce synthetic oil and rubber. I.G. Farben also held the patent to Zyklon B, used in gas chambers during the Holocaust, and owned 42.2 shares in the company that manufactured it. In 1941, it was discovered that John D. Rockefeller’s Standard Oil had a close business partnership with I.G. Farben. DuPont and US Industrial Alcohol Co. also had business relationships with I.G. Farben during this time.
McCloy served as chairman of the Rockefeller Chase Manhattan Bank from 1953-1960, Chairman of the Ford Foundation from 1958-1965, and a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation from 1946-1949; and again from 1953-1958. From 1954-1970, he was chairman of the Council of Foreign Relations in New York, succeeded by David Rockefeller, who worked closely with him at Chase. He had a long association with the Rockefellers that went back to his Harvard days when he taught the Rockefeller brothers how to sail. After the war, McCloy became a partner in the Rockefeller-associated law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy where he represented the big oil companies, which included the Rockefeller’s.
Robert McNamara
Head of the World Bank from 1968-1981. In 1968, at the Annual Meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group he stated that countries permitting birth control practices would get preferential access to resources.
- A Seattle newspaper listed the Rockefeller Foundation as a member of GAVI.
- K.C. Smithburn, the scientist who did the Indianapolis thimerosal study in 1931, was working for the Rockefellers.
This study may have been the study done by Eli Lilly:
This means the Rockefellers were involved with the research that introduced mercury into vaccines.
- In 1911, Peyton Rous, a scientist at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, discovered that a virus can cause cancer. His discovery earned him the Nobel prize in 1966.
- Birth control vaccines have existed for a long time, and studies on birth control through vaccines has existed for a long time. Information may be found under “immunocontraception”.
- Tetanus toxoid and Diptheria toxoid are carrier proteins for hCG. Tetanus and Diptheria vaccines containing hCG were given in Nicaragua, Mexico, and the Philippines
- Partners in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative under GAVI was administering oral Polio vaccines.
- HIV infections in sub-Saharan Africa not explained by sexual or vertical transmission
Questions: If AIDS is being spread through sexual transmission, why are sexual transmitted diseases on the decline, and HIV is on the rise? How is it that children are HIV positive, and their mothers are HIV negative?
I’ll go one step further. It was constantly stated through the US media that Blacks made up a great number of AIDS cases in the 1980’s, early 1990's, and afterwards. From the mid 1990’s there was an explosion in “baby’s mothers and baby’s fathers” in the Black community – pregnancy from pre-martial sex. This means there was increased, widespread definite mucus exchange through sexual intercourse amongst Blacks. And yet, in 2015, Black people are still here, and almost none of them have ever known anyone with HIV or AIDS, nor have they been to a funeral of someone who has died from HIV or AIDS. Cancer? Yes. AIDS? No. So, what’s really going on?

The Ebola Effect: Hyping the Next Bioweapon For Fear and Profit
- The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, was written with a CDC grant in late 2001, after 9/11, during the anthrax scare – a scare created from anthrax that came from a US military lab. The last time there was a push for this to be implemented was during the 2009 Swine Flu scare – a scare created by another lab outbreak.
Take a look at the following statements from In Lies We Trust:
“The mother of Ebola is the Marburg virus, which first broke out in three vaccine production facilities in three different parts of the world, simultaneously, in 1967. Litton Bionetics supplied the monkeys.”
“Since the first Marburg virus outbreaks, which originated at vaccine labs, every single Marburg virus outbreak, as well as Ebola virus outbreak, has been associated with a bio-weapons lab accident or an intentional release. The only explanation for this fact is refrigeration.”
- Medical Martial Law. Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) – a special state that can be declared by the Rockefeller created World Health Organization (WHO) under the International Health Regulations, an agreement signed on to by nearly every country in the world. By signing, all of these countries, in the event of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, have to allow the WHO to gather and share data on the crisis, and restrict travel anywhere in the world with or without governmental consent. NATO assets may be mobilized to help implement this PHEIC.
If you read the following articles you will see something similar in regards to the Marine Hospital Service:
- AIDS and Ebola found to use same mechanism to spread in body, Reuters (12/1/01)
- “A possible connection I find interesting is how the British TV series ‘Utopia’ centers its story around depopulation. Through creating a virus (A “Russian Flu”) that is supposed to kill thousands of people, a group lead by an MI5 agent called Milner (reference to Albert Milner) wants to prompt the rest of the earth’s population to take a sterilizing vaccine targeted to leave only a small elite [race] able to bear children.”

From previous information: In 1963 a global policy think tank met at Iron Mountain. The Report from Iron Mountain discussed keeping growing populations manageable. This report stated, “A viable political substitute for war must posit a generalized external menace to each society of a nature and degree sufficient to require the organization and acceptance of political authority.”
This shows that before 1963, war was being used as a weapon.
From previous information on Malthus: His gloomy forecasts called for “periodic wars, famines or plagues to ‘reduce the surplus population’, or we would soon be standing shoulder to shoulder” (Gray, op. cit.).
From previous information on Malthus: The economist Thomas Malthus argued in An Essay on the Principle of Population (1798) that population growth generally expanded in times and in regions of plenty until the size of the population relative to the primary resources caused distress. He demonstrated that two types of checks hold population within resource limits: positive checks, which raise the death rate; and preventive ones, which lower the birth rate. The positive checks include hunger, disease and war; the preventive checks, abortion, birth control, prostitution, postponement of marriage and celibacy.
2. Hunger, or famine
See the following:
You’ve just read this from Malthus, and seen if carried out by the UN and the Rockefellers mainly (through debt traps of the World Bank and IMF, and the green revolution, for example).
3. Death
The word translated to “death” here in Revelation 6:8 can also be translated to “pestilence”.
See the following:
How can one kill by death? Death is the weapon which they kill with. Do you know of anything that matches that? Have you heard of such a thing as killing millions by death? Sure you have. “Family planning,” birth control, is the main one.
And if “thanatos” is to be translated as “pestilence,” what matches that? What you’ve read on Malthus, and seen carried out by others.

From previous information on Malthus: "... we should facilitate, instead of foolishly and vainly endeavouring to impede, the operations of nature in producing . . . mortality; and if we dread the too frequent visitation of the horrid form of famine, we should sedulously encourage the other forms of destruction, which we compel nature to use.
From previous information on Malthus: Before the eugenics movement (the science of bettering the human stock), formulated by Francis Galton and Ernst Haeckel, Malthus promoted “hygienically unsound practices amongst impoverished populations,” believing “that the ‘undesirable elements’ of the human herd could be naturally culled by various maladies. The spread of disease could be further assisted through discriminative vaccination and zoning programs.”
From previous information on Malthus: Reverend Thomas Robert Malthus (1766-1834) an English economist who argued that increases in population would outgrow increases in the means of subsistence, especially if natural checks were removed or meliorated. Consequently, Malthus believed civilised society to maintain its level of social development should encourage diseases and plagues to limit the population.
4. Beasts of the earth
Strong's Exhaustive Concordance

Thayer's Greek Lexicon
STRONGS NT 2342: θηρίον
θηρίον, θηρίου, τό (diminutive of θήρ; hence, a little beast, little animal; Plato, Theact., p. 171 e.; of bees, Theocritus, 19, 6; but in usage it had almost always the force of its primitive; the later diminutive is θηριδιον (cf. Epictetus diss. 2, 9, 6)); (from Homer down); the Sept. for חַיָה and בְּהֵמָה, an animal; a wild animal, wild beast, beast ….

Beasts of the earth = animal, little animal, even bees of the earth.
You’ve already read some things that match this as well. Here are some possible matches: The use of mosquitoes, flees and other means of entomological warfare; microorganisms, genetic material and viruses from animals (for GMOs, vaccines, and engineered viruses such as the Swine Flu, for example), and bees. That’s the use of little animals to kill millions. And there may even be more to come.
REVELATION
CHAPTER 6
7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice
of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that
sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And
power was given unto them over the fourth part of the
earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death,
and with the beasts of the earth.
