Where to park? Useful Parking Map and Transit and Parking link to apply for parking permit of choice.

o Parking violations happen; make sure you park in designated parking spot. Violations

o Orange Parking Permit/Lot- This parking permit/lot are for students only. Location is next to Beechwood Apartments near College Shoe

store on MLK Blvd. (Most affordable permit)

o Green Parking Permit/Lot- This parking permit/lots are for students only. (2nd most affordable parking).

o Red Parking Permit/Lot- This parking permit/lots are residential only, always AVOID PARKING .

o Yellow Parking Permit/Lot- This parking permit/lot is available for faculty and staff only.

o Blue Parking Permit/Lot- Reserved parking permit/lot available for faculty or accommodations for (ADA) American Disabled Act. (Most

expensive)

Paratransit- Services available for individuals with permanent or temporary disabilities. Call Razor Transit for additional information:

(479) 575-7433 or visit the Paratransit link for accommodation.

3 eligible reasons for paratransit:

(1) Person with specific impairment and have difficulty to travel in bus.

(2) Particular location due to difficult constrains on wheelchair.

(3) People who are unable to board, ride, exit, or have difficulties navigate in the fixed bus route system.

o Parking Meters: Noticeable parking meters are on Arkansas Ave. and Maple St, the streets the surround Old Main. Use the Flowbird app

for parking meter. KEEP AN EYE ON Athletic Events.

o Parking Garages on campus: Parking garage meters vary in hourly price. Parking garage parking permits also available, use the link

above if interested.

o Meadow Street Parking Garage is located westside of the HPER Building.

o Harmon Parking Garage is located on 146 Harmon Ave., buildings near garage Mechanical Engineering, JB Hunt, and Walker.

o Garland Parking Garage-Located at 650 Garland Ave., has 30 min retail parking designated parking only.

o Stadium Drive Parking Garage is located at 380 N. Stadium Drive, close to the Arkansas Union and Union Bus Station.

Where to find free parking? Free parking is limited.

o Free parking available at West Avenue Parking Lot located on intersections West Ave. and Dickson St. across from the Walton Arts

Center.

Free from: 2:00 AM-2:00 PM.

o Student General Parking- One can park on certain campus parking lots after 8:00 PM- 7:00 AM. Parking lots will differ when there are

athletic events.

o Central Methodist Church- Located on 6 W. Dickson St.

Free Student Parking use bus route 13 to arrive to main campus.

Where to find transportation off and on campus?

o On Campus Razor Transit- This is the official University of Arkansas transportation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND download (passiogo app)

to find bus stops near your location and track buses in service. (Sunday no services)

o Safe Ride- Hours of operation: Monday and Tuesday from 10:30PM-1:00AM and Wednesday-Saturday 10:30PM-3:00AM. Call (479)

575-7233 for assistance: 1.) verify your location, 2.) student ID, 3.) and destination for service. Designed for students who stay late on

campus.

o Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) Students need to present ID: if staying in Fayetteville $1.00 if transitioned to another city more charges apply.

There are 3 routes in Fayetteville:

1st runs on south of Fayetteville

2nd runs north of Fayetteville for Northwest Arkansas Mall through (College Ave/71 Business)

3rd runs north of Fayetteville towards Northwest Arkansas Mall but through Gregg.

o Biking racks around campus are free, follow the link to find the closest one to your destination. Make sure to have bike lock to secure it.

o Motor bike or Scooter-Both of these links share information for permit and parking for both matters this link for parking.

o VeoRide- Download the VeoRide app on phone and register your personal and banking account information and get access. App has a

GPS to find a Bike or Scooter ride near you.

o Founders Hall: Rocket Taco, Slim Chickens, True Burger, Where the Wild Green¡¯s AR, and Sushi with Gusto.

o Arkansas Union Food Court- Chick-fil-A, Flying Burrito, Rustic Italian, Paper Lantern, True Burger, Where the Wild Greens AR, and

Club Red at Arkansas Union.

o Subway- Garland Parking Garage (Temporarily closed for summer)

o Einstein Bro Bagel¡¯s- 1st Floor Willard Walker Building

o Brough Commons- Brough Food Hall, Club Red in Brough, Eureka Pizza, and Grab and Roll

o Fulbright Dining Hall- at Northwest Quad

o Pomfret Dining Hall- Pomfret Dinning Center and Pig Theory

o Champions Hall- The Market (new to campus)

o Bell Engineering- The Market (new to campus)

o Starbucks- Brough retail located on first floor.

Longest caf¨¦ on campus, has inside and outdoor sitting.

o Peabody Perks- Peabody Building 2nd floor, northeast side of Old Main. This caf¨¦ location is isolated from center area of campus, tends

to have shorter lines and it is a good spot to study.

o Arsaga¡¯s- Leflar Law Library Building 2nd floor, northwest of Mullins Library. Several seating areas and good spot to study, tends to be

busy during morning hours.

o Hill Coffee Company- Arkansas Union eastside entrance (main entrance)

Hill Coffee has several seating¡¯s inside and is a good location to move around campus.

Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry- located in Bud Walton Hall near the Stadium Drive Parking Garage. MUST HAVE

STUDENT ID, UAMS ID, or a PHOTO ID to receive assistance.

o There are mini food pantries located across campus:

Supermarket close to campus if looking for groceries, school supplies, and other household needs. The closest grocery to campus.
