SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

CCAL is hosting our 2017 Fall Education Conference at the West Baton Rouge Conference Center in Port Allen, Louisiana on Friday November 3 and Saturday, November 4, 2017. This conference is gears towards owners and directors of early learning centers who generally attend on Friday. Between Friday and Saturday, we anticipate 200 attendees.

Setup is at 7:30am and the conference concludes no later than 4:30 PM both days.

We would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor for our upcoming Fall Education Conference. Exhibitors will be furnished with a six-foot display table along with two chairs. If you are an Associate Member please join us for our upcoming conference by submitting the form below along with your check made payable to the Childcare Association of Louisiana in the amount of $250. If you are not a member of CCAL, please also fill out the associate membership form and send in as well with your membership dues of $250

Exhibit space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis

If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to share your promotional materials with our conference attendees, we invite you to send a box of your marketing materials, along with a sponsorship fee of $100 and we will distribute your materials to our conference attendees.
