Paragraph One of the Complaint: The Defendant, Hannah Hope, does not know where the Plaintiff, Samuel Sirewan, lives, but admits that he is the father of a child born out of wedlock.

Paragraph Two of the Complaint: Hannah Hope admits that this Complaint is about Henry Hope born February 29, 2014 and that Henry lives at 1313 Blue View Terrace, Jonestown, MA 00000.

Paragraph Three of the Complaint: Hannah Hope, admits that she is the mother of Henry Hope and that she lives at 1313 Blue View Terrace, Jonestown, MA 00000.

Paragraph Four of the Complaint: Hannah Hope admits that she and Samuel Sirewan are not married.

Paragraph Five of the Complaint: Hannah Hope admits that she was not married at the time of the child’s birth and was not married within 300 days before the birth of the child.

WHEREFORE the Defendant asks the Court to:

1. Establish Samuel Sirewan as the legal father of Henry Hope.

2. Order Samuel Sirewan to pay child support for Henry.

3. Order Samuel Sirewan to provide health insurance for Henry.

4. Grant Hannah Hope physical and legal custody of Henry.

5. Grant Samuel Sirewan reasonable parenting time with Henry.
