This brochure is designed to give you a helpful overview of all that Children's Ministry has to offer your family. Our Children's Ministry exists to glorify God through evangelizing children, encouraging parents, and edifying servants. We minister to children in age-appropriate ways, always seeking to maintain a fun and safe environment that is saturated with Christ's love and truth.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Children's Ministry of Grace Community Church exists to glorify God through evangelizing children, encouraging parents, and edifying servants so that the gospel may be spread among our children, families may be supported, and the church may be strengthened.

NURSERY

Infants through three years The nursery at Grace Community Church is a safe and loving environment for children. Our mission is simple-- to serve the children and their families so that Christ is glorified and the family is encouraged. Our nursery is available during all church-wide functions, as well as many other times throughout the week. Each time the nursery is open, our Children's Ministry servants prepare age-appropriate Bible lessons, songs, prayers, hands-on activities, and snacks for the children.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Three years through third grade Our Sunday school classes provide age-appropriate Bible lessons and learning activities that are both fun and biblically rich. The children learn about the character of God, the work of Christ, and the means of living in a right relationship with Him. We help children engage with these themes by teaching our Generations of Grace Sunday school curriculum with crafts that further illustrate the day's lesson. We also use music to exalt Christ while educating children at the same time. Sunday school takes place during both morning services, and children can attend either one class or both. We also have a Special Needs Sunday school class which takes place during the 10:30 a.m. service.

JUNIORS

Fourth through sixth grade In Juniors, we strive to present the truths of Scripture in an age-appropriate manner. Our regular ministry involves a time of music, a Bible lesson, and small-group time. Small-group time is a unique opportunity for these young people to consider biblical truths in a personal setting. In addition to Sunday mornings, Juniors also holds other significant calendar events--Family Fun Night takes place in the summer and gives our new students and families a fun opportunity to get to know their leaders, while also learning more about the ministry. We also offer winter camp, which provides children with a focused time in God's Word together with their friends and Juniors leaders.

THE MASTER'S KIDS

Pre-Kindergarten The Master's Kids is a pre-kindergarten ministry that allows mom and child to spend dedicated time together before the formal education process begins. Children earn pre-kindergarten-level material and biblical truths through lesson times, crafts, field trips, and much more.

ADVENTURE CLUB

Three years through sixth grade Adventure Club is a high energy program intended for children three years old through sixth grade. This ministry provides a fun, energetic, Bible-centered experience for kids while their parents worship in our Sunday evening service. Adventure Club is organized into three age groups--Trackers (ages three?five), Scouts (grades 1?3), and Trailblazers (grades 4?6). The club consists of teaching time, game time, small group time, and music time. We do all of this for the ultimate purpose of evangelizing our children and encouraging our parents. Adventure Club offers opportunities for you to serve our families and have an influence in the lives of the children.
