Have you asked your spouse whether it’s OK to be on Wood Badge staff:
Response: Yes, but I can decide for myself.
While on staff, what are you most looking forward to:
Response: Sharing the knowledge and seeing their eyes light up, like children on an Aha moment. I look forward to the commaraderie, fellowship with other scouters and being able to learn from them also. In the fellowship we can share with each other, learn and teach, eventually getting a better program to the youth.
While on staff, what are you most afraid of:
Response: Failure. I want to meet with former QM to get the list of LESSONS LEARNED. It is very helpful and mistakes are not repeated. However, suggestions are very useful and can help make our job easier. No need to reinvent the wheel if someone else has already done it.
One amusing/interesting fact about you that most people don't know:
Response: I'll try anything once... bit of a daredevil. I love to sing and dance and enjoy the outdoors. I enjoy singing in the choir and miss that tremendously. I love to dance and taught my husband how to dance. Yes, I get a kick when caught off guard...
