20 cm/ 8 in diameter cake tin

baking paper

blender or food processor

measuring cups

measuring spoons

plate scraper

cooking skewer

1. Preheat oven to 175¡ãC/ 350¡ãF.

2. Line the cake tin with the baking paper.

3. Add to the blender or food processor

? cup liquid coconut or macadamia oil

? cup filtered water

? cup honey

1 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract

3 tsp apple cider vinegar

3 eggs

4. Blend or process until smooth.

1 ? cups almond meal

? cup cocao or cocoa powder

? tsp bicarb. (baking) soda

5. Add

6. Blend or process until just combined.

7. Pour batter into the cake tin and bake

for 20 to 30 minutes or until the skewer

comes out clean.

8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the cake

tin before removing.

9. Before serving, it can be sprinkled with extra cocao or cocoa
