III. Welcome and Introductions ? Vice President Schmidt welcomed everyone to the meeting.

IV. Executive Board Reports a. President ? President Albertsen shared that she will be attending dialogue with the board Monday, November 9. b. Vice President ? No Report. Treasurer ? Treasurer Altis shared the balances as of November 1, 2020: District $24,853.08 Auxiliary $12,558.93 c. Recording Officer ? No Report.

V. Committee Reports a. Fundraising ? Senator Kraus shared that Classified Senate kicked off the See's Candy Fundraiser. All orders must be placed by December 4.

b. Scholarships ? Senator Rees shared that the Calculator Scholarship was kicked off. Classified Senate will be awarding 6 graphing calculators.

c. Constitution & Bylaws ? No Report. d. Website ? No Report. e. Procedure Manual ? Treasurer Altis shared that the Procedure Manual

Subcommittee met and discussed updates. The next meeting to review updates

will be in January.

f. Caring Campus ? No Report. g. Newsletter ? Senator Cascio shared that the December issue newsletter has

been started and it will be released before the winter break. VI. Consent Agenda

Senator Bruchet motioned for approval of the consent agenda; Senator Rees seconded. The consent agenda was unanimously approved. Through this action, the following were approved: a. Meeting Minutes ? October 2, 2020 b. Hiring Committee Appointments ? N/A c. Shared Governance Committee Appointments ?

? RAC (Resource Allocation Committee) Classified Tri-chair: Norma Rojero, Business Services & Economic Development

d. Sunshining of Policies & Procedures ? this was completed and sent to Jim Fillpot

VII. Old Business a. Liaisons to Senate ? Faculty Senate Liaison Robin Witt shared a brief update of new and upcoming things going on with Faculty Senate. b. Backpack Project Distribution ? Senator Kraus shared that Classified Senate received approval to purchase all supplies needed for the backpack project. c. Black Minds Matter Scholarship Donation ? Senator Kraus motioned to approve a $200 donation from Classified Senate to the BMM Scholarship, Treasurer Altis seconded. This was approved.

VIII. New Business a. Liaison to Faculty Senate ? Vice President Schmidt shared that Classified Senate is looking for volunteers to sit as a liaison. An email will be sent out and anyone interested will need to let Senator Kraus know so this can be approved at the next meeting. b. Faculty Senate/District Website Request ? President Albertsen shared that Faculty Senate is looking to put together a work group to review the functionality of the website. An email will be sent out for Classified Senate volunteers. c. Senator Torres motioned to approve President Albertsen's signature and the Classified Senate logo to be added to the 4CS newsletter. Treasurer Altis [;=.01 d. \4Presentations ? N/A
