Results: Median age in the ALD cohort was 50. Diagnostic performance of ELF in ALD was excellent, with AUROC 0.895 in cirrhosis and 0.923 in moderate fibrosis. Using ELF 10.5 to diagnose cirrhosis, 87.7% of ALD cases could have avoided biopsy, with a sensitivity of 91% and specificity of 85%. ................
