1. Mopar Career Automotive Program (Mopar CAP) ? The original program has served the needs of dealers nationwide with a FCA-focused curriculum designed to thoroughly train Technicians. If you are not involved, and are experiencing difficulty in finding new Technicians, Mopar CAP is the place to grow your own Technicians.

2. Mopar Career Automotive Program LOCAL [NEW] ? This hybrid program is designed for dealers who don't have access to a nearby Mopar CAP school. It provides a basic curriculum that a local college or technical institution can easily integrate into their offerings. Like Mopar CAP, CAP LOCAL has no dealer enrollment fees and is a great way to establish your dealership as an organization that cares about its employees and the quality of their work through training and support.

3. New Hire Technical Training Warranty Exemption Program [NEW] ? To recruit experienced Technicians from competitive sources (LOF techs, private fleets, etc.), FCA Performance Institute offers this program which allows Technicians to start earning immediately with a plan to complete training within a specified period of time.
