Light Refreshments will be offered in the lower level after Mass for families participating in VBS. Knights of Columbus: Fish Fry’s on Feb 26, March 12 & 26. Smaller menu. Drive-thru pick-up and dine-in available. Blood Drive - Garic will schedule a Parish Center walk-thru with Community Blood Services. Knights are planning to host a Blood Drive on a Saturday in the near future.Thursday Night at the Movies: “Song of Bernadette” February 11th Movie Night will be @ 6:45 PM in Parish Center, which will follow The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes/Anointing of the Sick Mass at 5:30 PM.“Joseph of Nazareth: The Story of the Man Closest to Christ” Movie Night will be March 18th @ 6:30 PM in the Parish Center.PrayerLent – Stations of the Cross: Feb 19, March 5, 12, 19 & 26. Parish Council members are encouraged to attend and assist with the readings at all Stations except the Middle School Youth Group’s March 5th Stations.Tolton Statue: The statue is very close to being ready for pickup.Lent 40 Hours Devotion: Feb 28: Mass at 5 PM with Exposition until 9 PM. March 1: Exposition from 9 AM until 7 PM. Mass (Extraordinary Form) with Exposition until 9 PM. March 2: Exposition from 9 AM until 7 PM. Mass with Celebrant & Homilist, Fr. Zach Edgar, Chaplain Illinois Veteran’s Home, QuincyFormationPSR Family of Faith: Fall of 2021 Immaculate Conception & St. Columcille PSR classes will begin Family of Faith, a 4-year series developed by Sophia Institute. Families will meet twice per month Sept through May. First scheduled weekend the adults will meet with Fr John while students are in class. Fr John will teach adults while students receive age-appropriate lessons based on the same subject. The second scheduled weekend will be a social gathering that includes refreshments, provided by the Social Committee, and activities and crafts for students based on the previous weeks lesson. Family of Faith will meet on Sundays from 9:15-10:15 AM.Lenten Men’s Conference: March 27th in the Parish Center with Professor Matt Ramage and Deacon Gene Uptmor headlining the conference.Adult Enrichment: Jesus: The Way, The Truth, The Life – Thursdays @ 9:30 AM in PC from January 7 through March 11th.Romans: The Gospel of Salvation – Thursdays @ 9:30 AM in PC from April 8 through May 27thChristian Formation Center: VBS: Vacation Bible school will begin with a Family VBS Mass on Sunday, June 6th at 5 PM, followed by refreshments provided by the Social Committee in the Lower Level of Church. Monday, June 7th and Tuesday, June 8th from 5:00 to 7:30 PM in the Christian Formation Center, students will learn about St. Joseph and St. Margaret Mary and the Sacred Heart. ServiceSt. Joseph’s Table: Italian custom to be held on March 19th, The Feast of St. Joseph. Possible fundraiser for Mattoon Food Pantry.March Meeting: Note Date Change to Monday, March 8t, 2021, @ 6:30 PM in Parish Center.
