PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am seeking the role of ………… at ………… where …………

My involvement in sport and other activities has meant that I have developed the ability to organise and manage my time. This also applies to my part-time work where I have proved to be a reliable, punctual and committed employee.

I have assisted in coaching junior sports and debating teams which has given me the confidence and ability to work with other people in a leadership role.

Debating has taught me to think logically and given me experience speaking in front of people. It has also helped my written English and essay writing in general.

I plan to go to university once I have completed Year 13 and do a degree in Communications. My long term goal is to work in the marketing or advertising industry. I know I would enjoy the creative side of business and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company.
