Approve to waive the organization’s sewer bills so long as the consumption is less than the minimum.Approve to advertise the intent to adopt Ordinance No. 491, ratifying the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Kennedy Township and Robinson Township setting forth language and terms for the development of certain property, known as Sir Henry’s Haven.Approve Resolution No. 07-2013, a petition to the Pennsylvania General Assembly to amend the State Prevailing Wage Act.Approve Resolution No. 08-2013, authorizing CIM Investment Management, Inc. to proceed with the process to refinance the Series 2009 General Obligation bond and to appoint the Financial Advisor, the Underwriter, the Paying Agent and Bond Counsel to take steps necessary to prepare and complete the financing project.Approve the CIM Financial Advisor Proposal dated June 10, 2013, setting forth the service fees for the preparation of the refinancing of the 2009 General Obligation bond.Approve Resolution No. 09-2013, approving the Irene S.
