At the end of each calendar year, Sandra will be credited with a bonus equivalent to the principal and interest owing at that time pursuant to the Promissory Note. This is a conflict of interest for Sandra to maintain a relationship with Royal Alliance rather than serving our clients’ best interest to move to another broker/dealer that is more suitable, lower cost, and/or offer services that better serve you. The costs to a client to maintain accounts through Royal Alliance may be higher or lower than other broker/dealers. To mitigate this conflict of interest, we are providing you with this disclosure.
