Installing Over Citrix ReceiverDownload the latest appropriate Citrix Workspace App for PC or Mac from this link: the downloaded fileClick StartCheck the “I accept the license agreement” and click InstallAllow Installation to run. It will also uninstall any previous versions of citrix.Click FinishAllow PC to restart.After the PC restarts click on the windows start button in the bottom left hand corner and search “Citrix”Citrix Workspace should be your top result. Click on it to run.You will be prompted to sign in with your username and password.Next to your name click on the drop down arrow and select “Accounts…”In the new window click on on the “Add…” buttonType in “go.evans-” and click on the “Add” buttonYou will be prompted to sign-in.If completed successfully you should now have the “GO” account in the list of Add or Remove AccountsUncheck or Remove the other accounts in the list that are not “GO” and click on “OK”Click on the Disable button each time it comes up.You should now be on the new citrix.
