|Company’s Role |As an independent contractor, JoAnne Noel developed and designed the newsletter for BC’s Centre for Curriculum |

| |wide, identified and wrote newsletter content, and supervised and edited the work of other staff. She was also|

| |responsible for production and distribution of the publication, as well as contract administration, budgeting |

| |project sponsor, business SME’s, the technical team and QA Analysts. The objective of the project was to |

| |enhance an existing mission-critical system by delivering additional functionality, improved user experience, |

| |improved financial controls and compliance requirements for a reporting website on the Internet. This |

| |application was accessed by both internal and external users. All project requirements were tied directly to |

| |critical corporate objectives of resolving existing or potential service issues, providing better controls and |

| |supporting client commitments. Ron’s responsibilities included: |
