Check this calendar for your zone collection schedule. Each zone lasts several working days. Bulk/junk may only

be placed at curb 3 days prior to the beginning of your zone collection date but must be placed at curb

before your zone begins. Failure to do so could result in missed collection. City holidays are bolded in BLACK.

BRUSH COLLECTION

Residents receive once a month brush collection service. Although the schedule for brush is the same as junk, they

cannot be mixed together in a pile. Each is emptied into a different place. After separating the brush from the junk

waste, remember to stack brush near the curb with the butt end of the limbs facing the street. (No longer than 12

foot lengths.)

JUNK COLLECTION

Junk is appliances and all the big items that you can¡¯t fit in your garbage can. Depending on what the items are, you

may have to separate them too. Some things are recyclables like tires, cardboard boxes and many products made of

steel. Other items like old toys, furniture, and small kitchen appliances can be placed in a pile in the front alongside

the tires (no rims) and metals. No paint or food waste can be mixed in the junk.

LEAF COLLECTION

The Spring Loose Leaf Collection begins on March 15th in the red zone. All zones will be collected one time in the

spring. The Fall Loose Leaf Collection begins October 15th in the Red Zone continuing through November and

December. The Fall schedule for leaf pickup is the same as brush/junk collection except for January. In January, the

City will do one last leaf collection starting Monday, January 4th. Citizens must have any remaining loose leaves at the

curb by Sunday, January 3rd for the last collection. Please loose leaves in the front yard, not in a ditch or drainage

system. This could clog up your storm drain.
