Chapter 21 Ordinance

WHEREAS, the City seeks to enact an ordinance that conforms with state law as set forth in Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-8-198. SECTION 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, that following is hereby added to Chapter 21, entitled "Vehicles and Traffic," of the Memphis Code of Ordinances and shall read as follows. ................
