2012 -2014:

Architectural and Structural design of a private Villa in New Assuit city, Egypt: Land is 980 Sq meter, Main building 350 Sq meter, 4 floors with execution and site supervision including QA/QC of the construction works.

2011 – 2012:

Preparing and reviewing the technical specifications for AlRAYADAH project, Jeddah, KSA. The technical specifications include General, Civil, Structural, Archetectural, Mechanical, and Electrical specifications according to CSI format for as per the following scope of work:

Contractor : Saudi Bin-Ladin Group (SBG).

Build Up Area : 75,000 Sq. m.

Project Value : 240 Million SR.

Scope of Work : Developing and implementing quality assurance, control systems of works and close monitoring all activities. Make quality surveillance on site frequently. Reporting to the concern accordingly any issues may arise. Follow up all issues to be done according to the specifications. Review site inspections, test plans according to the project specifications and the standards. Check the approved materials according to the specifications. Make co-ordinations among the consultant team and between the consultant and the contractor. Attend and share in the related meetings (QA/QC, Progress, Health and Safety, project closeout, etc). Make assessments of the Contractors and the sub-contractors. Review curriculum of the candidates for the contractor positions. Carry the duties of the Project Engineer since April 2008. Assist the Project manager in payment certificates, variation orders, and claims review and approvals.

Monitoring all MEP systems testing and commissioning, finishing works, and project closing-out procedure. Following and controlling the critical issues to achieve the best solution. Leading the site team work in all aspects.

Also, at the same time working as deyuty project manger carrying out all the RE duties.
