Water Treatment Plant Operator . Certification Course. This course is a total of 32 hours, plus exam. Classes start at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and end about 11:00 AM Friday. Fee for the class is $625.00 per attendee for one grade or $650.00 for both.
