JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Reading daily worksheets & making notations on those sheets of type of payment & amount, and of any problems encountered at house.

2. Bringing in vacuums at end of workday every Friday.

3. Keeping two working vacuums at all times on the job & labeling vac with description of problem when exchanging for replacement.

4. Taking proper keys to job site.

5. Reporting car problems or needs to office asap.

6. Keeping vehicles interiors clean.

7. Locking cars whenever not in them: on the jobsite & parked for overnight.

8. Turn in time cards every Monday.

9. The workday is from 8-4. If earlier you may leave when it is satisfactorily completed. IF the job takes longer you are expected to stay until the job is done.

ABSENCE POLICY

1. Missing work for whatever reason the day before or the day after a company holiday results in loss of holiday pay and is an unexcused absence.

2. Any personal day must be requested as soon as possible, but no less than 2 business days in advance or it will be recorded as an unexcused absence.

3. Failure to call in sick before 6:30 A.M. will result in the loss of 1%, or the equivalent, on that weeks wages and will constitute and unexcused absence. Please use the cell phone # 564-6979.

4. An absence of more than three consecutive days requires a doctor’s note upon return or will be an unexcused absence.

5. If you arrive late (past 8:15A.M.) without notice you may be sent home and it will be treated as an unexcused absence.

6. Arriving late (after 8:15 a.m.) more than 2 days per month, or having more than 4 unexcused absences per month is grounds for dismissal. One warning will be given.

7. Vacation days may not be taken on any week that already contains a company observed national holiday. ie: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Years Day.

RULES & REGULATIONS

AT THE OFFICE

1. Refusal to perform assigned task will result in first a warning either written or verbal with or without suspension, & second time dismissal.

2. All jobs must be done in the order assigned. A change in order without permission may result in a problem because of your incomplete information, therefore it will result in a 1% loss of income for that week and a written warning. Two written warnings equal dismissal.

3. It is company policy that seatbelts must be worn in all vehicles at all times. Being caught not wearing your seatbelt will result in one day’s suspension without pay.

4. Irresponsible driving or unauthorized use of company vehicle will result in

dismissal.

5. Only employees of Stanitec Inc. may drive a company car. Personal use without

permission is strictly forbidden and will result in dismissal.

6. Carelessness with company vehicles, ie; not locking, not keeping the interior clean and orderly will result in one day suspension without pay.

7. Cell phones may not be used by the driver while driving.

8. All employees are responsible to get to and from work on their own. When starting late or leaving early, transportation will not be provided by staff or crew.

9. Any employee of Stanitec Inc. may not take on the account of any customer leaving said company within two years of customer’s termination date. Doing so will result in immediate dismissal.

10. One week ( as many days as you are regularly employeed per week) paid vacation will be given after one full year employment.

2 weeks advance notice must accompany request. No more than one employee

is allowed to take the same week.

11.Uniform shirts have been provided. Any failure to wear them to work may

in suspension without pay for that day.

12.Solicitation: An employee must agree not to privately solicit Classic Touch

Cleaning or Becky’s Cleaning Service customers or ex-customers while employed by us or for a period of two years thereafter.

13. If you miss work on payday you will receive your paycheck on your next workday.

ON THE JOBSITE

1. No smoking in, on, or around the jobsite. A written warning will be given on the first offense. The third offense will result in dismissal.

2. Smoking in company vehicles is permitted by agreement of both occupants.

3. The use of profane language on the jobsite will result in first a written warning, secondly a one to three day suspension and finally in dismissal.

4. Unauthorized use of customer property, ie: use of the telephone for personal calls, etc., will result in written warning, or suspension and dismissal.

5. No charging of cell phones in customer’s home, no conversations (on the phone or between crew members) while working.

6. No children in or around the jobsite. Disregard of this guideline will result in immediate termination.

7. In cases with much higher than average breakage the employee will repeat a day of training. If this continues some personal responsibility may need to be required.

8. Any housekeeping deficiency can be improved. If the customer complains within 24 hours, the crew will be asked to return the next day and correct the deficiency without additional pay. If a deficiency is not corrected, and/or the customer has a serious issue but does not desire our return, or another employee must return to correct the mistake, an appropriate reduction in pay may be taken.

9. A complaint book will be kept.

10. The first complaint in any given week your rate of pay will decrease by 2% for that entire week. The second complaint that same week your rate of pay will be reduced by an additional 3% for that week. If a 3rd complaint comes in during that same calendar week you may be terminated.

11. Any team member of a complaint house whose work was not at issue but did not either tell the partner that the work was inferior or call the office while in the home an notify us, will receive a 1% reduction in pay for that week.

12. Any house brought back into the office at the close of the day without first notifying one office staff in person (not voice mail) will not be given work for the following 3 days.

Addendum: 4/3/2012

1. Vans must be kept in such condition that we would not be embarrassed to allow a client to ride in them. Vans will be inspected on the last day that they are in use each week after the employees who used them park them here for the evening. The interior needs to be clean and trash free and the gas tank holding enough gas for the next day’s work. If the van is not returned in this condition, the responsible employee will no longer be allowed to drive a van for this company resulting in a 1% loss of pay.

2. Kits & Vacuums must be brought into the shop and left in the ‘product room’ for weekly inspection on your last workday of the week. Failure to do so will result in a flat $15 fine for both users.

3. For the first six months the vacuum is in service, payment for cord repairs will be the responsibility of the employees using the device.
